“Ordered online for the first time tonight. The process was quick and easy. Got there a little earlier than pickup time so had a drink while we waited. Very cool atmosphere, buzzing, and super friendly staff! Will definitely be back! And the pizza was pretty darn good too, ready to try all the different pies! 😍“

“I stopped by around lunch time with my daughter.. we were both craving noodles & company.. I was about to pay & my card was declined.. after many attempts the store manager Kevin insisted it was on the house, after many attempts in my end.. mind you all staff are very sweet & pleasant.. as a hungry pregnant woman I walked out very happy. I love this location ❤️❤️❤️“

“Thank you so much, Potbelly, for being so kind. I ordered sandwiches through a third party delivery service that shall not be named and the driver didn’t end up picking up our order. 3 hours and 4 hangry humans later we chose to take a chance on submitting another order because we weren’t in a place to leave the house. Lo and behold-what arrived was our order with a sweet little note apologizing for the missed delivery (not potbelly’s fault AT ALL). Thank you thank you for the kind gesture. Wrangling 3 hungry kids and dealing with customer service on the delivery end was frustrating to say the least. This small kindness went a long way. ❤️“

“We've tried several different flavors of pizza and loved each one! My sister has to get gluten free and it's honestly so delicious. it's very difficult to find great gluten free pizza and they've done it! plus the mango drink is so delicious!“
