“Great setting, great wines, great people!!!“

“We went for the Wassail Cider Fest for the first time and it was energetic! The band performance was something I'd never seen before and hosting it in their barn really added to the experience. They had a great cider selection from a very wide variety of vendors. It was very crowded and difficult to move around at times due to the high volume of traffic. The parking lot was full so we parked nearby at the Fred Meyer and walked which was to be expected. We got food from their restaurant after and besides a slightly burnt pattie on one of our burgers, they do a good job. And service is always great. Overall we had a great time! Spending per person includes our event tickets which was $48 per person.“

“We visited Copper River for the third time tonight, and this experience was completely different from our previous visits. Honestly, I usually do not give places three chances, but after speaking with a manager previously and being invited back, we decided to give it one more try.

The last two visits were rough. We waited over 15 minutes before being greeted after being seated, our order was forgotten, and the overall experience felt disconnected. Both times we were seated in the bar area, which may have contributed to the inconsistent service.

Tonight completely turned things around.

Destinee was outstanding from the moment we sat down. She greeted us quickly, stayed attentive throughout the meal, kept drinks up, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The service felt professional, relaxed, and organized. She honestly saved the experience for us and restored confidence in coming back again.

The calamari was crispy and flavorful, the steaks were cooked properly, and the overall timing of the meal was much smoother than our previous visits.

One suggestion: if possible, avoid seating guests in the bar area when the restaurant is slower, especially if staffing coverage is limited there. The difference in service tonight compared to our previous bar seating experiences was night and day.
