“This wasn't just a restaurant. It was an experience. My girlfriend and I love visiting Portland and looking for an amazing culinary experience. Cabezon did not disappoint. Their freshly sourced ingredients were apparent in the dishes. The unique and limited menus are printed daily based on the featured ingredients they get for the day or season. Great attention to detail with the presentation. There's nothing better than eating food that looks just as delicious as it tastes.

“The food was a little slow getting from kitchen to table. Plates were left on table too long after finishing and long wait before being offered water refills, by anyone. Meals overall were very tasty. Only one meal was returned as it was presented "Black and Blue" when it was ordered "Blue", The restaurant did make a correction. Oysters Rockefeller or seafood Rockefeller for the night was tasty. The bacon provided crunch but everything else was monotone. Drinks, exceptional, even the non-alcoholic offerings. We were not offered bread until we sent back the steak. Gave restaurant another try after last visit. Sent steak back 2 times during that visit, so there was definitely improvement.“

“Came for dinner / happy hour. The Friday night fish fry here is delightful. Very crispy tasty fish, and the sauce paired with it is perfect. The oysters were divine, super fresh. The drinks were good. Fries weren’t very crisp and maybe could have been cooked a bit more. Good flavor though. The staff here were so nice and attentive, quick service, and I like the clean vibe of the restaurant.“

They are always impressed and want to go back. We have made it our new spot to celebrate life events. “I’m visiting from out of state, and want some seafood. Typed in seafood near me and Pacific Boil and lounge piped up. I drove there and was Greeted by a very nice young man behind the counter and he help my pick out the what I wanted and let me tell you I was not disappointed“

The mild had such a delicious flavor but I'm a add a lemon to it kind of a person and that just made it *chef's kiss! The spice blend was a bit sweet but not in an off putting way it just had such a nice balance. I did wish that they were juicier. The atmosphere was good, family oriented and plenty of space. The only low score was the service! My goodness did it take long and just in general for our server to attend to us in the first place took about 15-20min (no joke). When it came time for the check I just had to meet them at the register (without the ticket) because she never came back!! Do yourself a favor and just the fries! Both regular and sweet potato were good. Add the eggs to your boil and make sure you ask for everything you need right from the get go! Would definitely recommend and I would definitely return!“

Definitely going back and as this was my 1st trip, I'm going to encourage all my taco-fiends to go too! If you're thinking about it, STOP THINKING and just GO!!!! you'll not regret it.
The only con was the Horchata was a little bit too sweet and I had to split mine into 3 servings and add my own milk.“
