“We were at Humble Spirit last night and were blown away by our meal . We started with the meatballs and veggie platter, we had the pasta, chicken and the daily special of duck. Every one of the meals was absolutely divine !! The pasta is by far one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten. I highly recommend you try Humble Spirit !“

“A Must-Visit Lunch Spot in McMinnville! Every time I visit McMinnville, this restaurant is at the top of my list—and once again, it did not disappoint! In fact, my friend and I loved it so much that we had lunch here twice during our trip. The corn chowder was absolutely fantastic—so creamy with just the right amount of seasoning. My friend enjoyed the ½ Turkey Sandwich, while I devoured the Chicken Cashew Salad, which was fresh and delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay, but the tomato vegetable soup was a standout, according to my friend. And let’s not forget the in-house wheat bread—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to our meal. Our waitress, Andrea, was incredible! I highly recommend asking for her—she was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. To finish, we split a lemon cupcake—our only regret was sharing it! “Berts chuckwagon is some of the better barbecue we have around here. Trouble is in the northwest we just don’t have a lot of barbecue. I feel like the sides are what really shine. His ribs are good. They do it smoked style but they are pretty tough and dry and that’s what happens when you smoke ribs. Mine are like 10 times better in the oven and so juicy they fall off the bone. He’s a nice guy and the prices are moderate for what they offer portions are pretty generous. I’ve eaten here multiple times when I didn’t feel like cooking. Will probably come back again. But I do prefer to make my own barbecue over berts.“

“Sat outside. 5 of us in party, 4 of us had salads, one fish and chips, no cocktails. Salads were delish (cobb, taco and 2 pear and walnut, small v lg which is more than enough). My husband loved his fish and chips, perfectly cooked and plentiful fries. Server quick to take our order. Can't wait to return.“

“I have only had 1 other opportunity to eat on the roof at this hotel so we made a special trip here to see if we could do it again and we were in luck because the rooftop was open for business so that was amazing. The waitstaff was very nice and the food was delicious. The only real complaint I had was the way they shade the tables on the roof. Unfortunately we got a table which was in partial direct sun and as we ate we became more and more exposed until half the table was scorching in the heat ao we had to do some shuffling to survive lol.“
