“Went looking for an amazing coffee shop in Newport and after 3 busts, found a real winner! When we came in there was plenty of seating, amazing treats on display for purchase, seasonal crafted drinks and a menu that had something for everyone! I got the blended matcha and my husband got the seasonal stroopwafel drink. Both drinks were made to order and they took care with our special instructions. Items came out quickly and tasted great! Next time I’ll need to pick up a goodie to try. 1st times the charm here. UltraLife has become one of my go-to places in Newport. Such a gem in the Nye Beach area. Perfect location near the beach, public restrooms and other shopping. Thank you UltraLife for your great menu options other than flat coffees, teas, ect. ❤️So good and friendly staff too! “We were staying nearby and popped in for some breakfast. The person working the front was not very welcoming. She barely smiled or acknowledged us coming in the door. She was busy cleaning the counter and refilling some pastries. It was our first time there, and we thought we maybe missed "a way of doing something." Finally, my husband had to tell her that we were ready to order. We ordered two drip coffees, a bagel sandwich, and a burrito. It took a little longer than normal to get our food. This did give us plenty of time to observe the same girl do the same thing to person after person. It was not a friendly environment to walk into. After waiting almost 20+ minutes we took our food back to our hotel. There wasn't much room to sit in this place or even wait for our order. However, the food was absolutely delicious. And I would go as far as to say it was worth the wait. Just don't expect to make a quick stop if you are ordering any type of food. However, again, I will say it is worth the wait to get one of their food items!“

“It took about 10 minutes to walk from the Inn. I made a reservation for 5:30, and it wasn't too crowded, probably because it was raining in November, so I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. All the appetizers look delicious♪“

So happy they have both lanes back open and lights on! Drove up & first thing, saw how lively the environment was. Great turn around“
