We have always enjoyed their fresh seafood and make it a point to eat here when we're in the area! Prices have gone up, so I posted the current menu. Great location and plenty of tables to choose from inside and out. A sink is available to wash up after meals located inside between eating area and convenience store. Port-a-potties for restrooms outside.“

“Such a FIND! This bakery/coffee shop/antiques/cool new stuff store is quintessential Oregon coast. We enjoyed the cinnamon roll while sitting by the cozy fireplace, and met owner, Ruby, who is an absolute gem of a human! She has done an incredible job thoughtfully curating the items offered, both for shopping and offered in the bakery cases. We have been there twice now, and it's hard to choose favorites since literally everything is delicious! The pink-iced sugar cookie may share top-spot with the cinnamon roll. We just love this place--thank you, Ruby!“

“When it’s cold and rainy out I find myself dreaming of the organic pork ramen. It’s seriously the best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth is so savory, with warm notes of ginger and spice. The dumplings are delicious. The waitstaff is always kind and attentive. If you haven’t tried this place already it’s absolutely worth a visit! 10 stars!“

“Stayed in Newport a few days and came here with my wife for dinner and a few beers. First off, the beers were solid. I tried several. The hazy was very good and I'm not normally a hazy guy. The Dungeoness ipa was good, as well as the stout. The tangerine wheat was just ok, I wouldn't order it again. And then they had a guest mango sour on tap that was very good too! Good enough that I ordered it a second time when we came back two nights later. And yes, we came back two nights later, because the food was very good too. Not too pricy, good portions. The first night I had the pulled pork grilled cheese and some clam chowder. The grilled cheese had a mustard on it that balanced the flavors perfectly. The chowder was solid too. Wife got the elote bowl. It was pretty good, we both wished there was more cotija cheese, but other than that, she enjoyed it. The next time, I got the Rodeo Burger with fries. Just a good bbq burger, nothing too fancy. And then the wife got the calimari bowl. It was MASSIVE. She loved it, I ate her leftovers the next day and still didn't finish it all. Service was friendly. Looks like they have some outdoor seating in front next to the parking lot. The inside has some cool art on the walls. The chairs sit high up and are pretty comfy. Friendly atmosphere overall. This is about as rock-solid of an experience as you can ask out of a brewery. Nothing blew me away, but everything was just good! I'll come back here if we stay in Newport again.“

“Highly recommend Ultralife if you want vegan and non vegan options. Both options for food and pastries were delightful. We also loved their coffee.The owner personally greeted us and shared with us about the menu options and the employees there had great recommendations as well.The location is wonderful and the decor is super hip. The neighboring shop that you can visit from the inside of ultralife is filled with many delights.If you want to support a local and awesome husband wife business team, you should surely stop by Ultralife and Archway market and pay them a visit. “I feel like we hit this place on an off day with high hopes for the best coffee on the coast. Our coffees were light and not aromatic at all. The coffee tasted watered down. And that was disappointing. I thought it was just my hubby’s mocha but my latte was off too.The barista was excellent though and very friendly! Hoping to try this place again in the coming days to have a better cup.“

Newport Brewing Company is one of them!First off, the murals in this establishment are fabulous!Casey was our server. She’s everything you want in in a server; bright, bubbly, knowledgeable and super efficient!We shared an order of waffle cut, sweet potato fries, and recommend them!I had the Elote Bowl and it was exceptional. “We had lunch there on the porch (dogs allowed) and were quite happy with meal, service and atmosphere. We had shrimp melt and salmon sandwich and both were good. Servers also gave our Pomeranian a choice of hard and soft treats. We hope to go back.UPDATE a year later and Pacific Kitchen is still doing great! We had crab cakes and fish tacos plus clam chowder. “My wife and I visit the Oregon Coast frequently and we always swing through Newport and stop at Gino's. My wife loves Clam Chowder and this is her absolutely favorite that she has found so far. Not only did we eat here for lunch, but she got some to go to eat again later at the hotel.I'm not super into seafood so I had a hamburger meal and it was very good. So, there is a little something for everybody here and it is quality good.The vibe is great. It's in the heart of Newport's Historic Bayfront. It has seating both inside and outside. We sat outside on a nice day and we enjoyed it. When you are done eating, there is plent of shopping to do or you can also walk down the street and watch the Sea Lions. We will most certainly be returning customers. My wife demands of it. :)“

“A hidden gem off the Oregon Coast highway. The inside was a bit tight, but the food and service here was outstanding. I tried the clam chowder soup and fish 'n chips and they were amazing! There were plenty of clams in a creamy broth, the fish was light and flaky, and the fries were awesome - very tasty! “Love it! Been here so many times in my life and it never disappoints. Small changes have occurred over the years, but the new owners have worked hard to keep standards high and grow from there. “2nd Update... This update is long overdue. But things have changed for the better. I give it five stars!!. Ten if Human bean would not have raised the prices. But the girls are consistently nice, and the coffee is still, consistently good. I really love going here now!!Update...I do like the coffee & the girls when they're being nice so it bothers me that i have to write this.Latley the attitude from a couple of the girls stinks and, 1 In particular. Not outright mean, I guess i would say indifferent & snotty. These girls used to be nice.It's caused me to wonder about the managements relationship with they're employees. Is it strained?.. Good management = good morale, good morale = happy employees.One girl is always nice, she has braces.I have consistently been a good tipper. I can't always tip but, i try to tip a $1 for each drink if, i can. I worked in bars and restaurants my entire life and, that's a DAMN good percentage. Especially in the wake of the financial strain that Covid has brought to many.Im always pleasant to you girls when im there. Often I will try out new drinks and I'll have questions. So, don't give me an attitude when I ask you what kind of nut milks you have.
