“They turned my frown upside down. First of I am cheese hound! Not too many items I order with extra cheese, because it never actually happens. But with the enchiritos making a come back I usually never had an issue with ordering it with extra cheese. Thats how I ordered it, I was so sad when I received my enchirito. I normally just eat what is given to me, but my inner gollum came out, I love my yellow gold (my precious). I went to the counter and asked if this was with extra cheese, he said yes. My mouth open and what came out was I've never had this little amount of cheese when asking for extra cheese and told him thank you and sat down. I had excellent Enchiladas de Mole along with a very good Cadillac Margarita and finished with excellent freshly made churros for dessert! Also the chips, salsa and guacamole are very good. Chips come out warm after they make them to order with fresh salsa. They have different salsas on request. I will definitely be back!! I forgot to mention the service was prompt and friendly!“

“Had Camila’s for the first time today and I tried the Carne Asada burrito and a Al Pastor taco. They were both very good. The asada burrito had a very good amount of meat and was seasoned well. The Al Pastor is the best I’ve had around the Hillsboro/Beaverton/Aloha area! The owners working the truck were very friendly and you could tell they liked what they were doing. Highly recommend!“

“We had Ochoa’s cater our son’s birthday party and the food was amazing. We received so many compliments about how delicious everything was. We ordered pork tamales, chicken and carne asada tacos, and cheese quesadilla. It came with salsas, rice, beans and all of the fixings. The service was wonderful. Laura was easy and pleasant to communicate with. She made the entire process so easy. We’ll definitely be using them for another event, but in the meantime we’ll continue to be frequent patrons of their stand at the farmers market.“

In fact, they may have the best Mexican food that I’ve had in the PNW yet! And, as a ex-Texan, I don’t say this lightly 😆. “What can be said about one of Washington County's OG taco trucks? I've been coming to Ely's Rolling Grill since the early 00s and is hands down one of the best taco trucks in Washington County. What I like is tradition and consistency and in all this time, it has remained the same great tasting taco truck street fare food, simple and delicious. I'm a creature of habit so I always get the carne asada tacos or a burrito and it is perfectly seasoned meat, rice and beans. Most of my time, I reside in Vancouver Washington so when I come down and visit once a month, I'm right down the street and I will always hit up Ely's. I love seeing the original trucks carrying on the legacy of great food in Washington County. Please don't ever change a thing!“

We live close by on the 185th, and these Tacos Bros are always our go-to spot for dinner or late night snack 😄 We came here a few times and my favorite so far is the birria tacos and my husband’s is their Combo Quesadilla (he asked for chicken and beef) They HIT THE SPOT!!

The food always comes out hot and loaded with meat and sauce! And their mild and avocado sauce go so well with the food too!! The owner and staff are really friendly anf they work so quickly to get everyone’s order ready!
