“They turned my frown upside down. First of I am cheese hound! Not too many items I order with extra cheese, because it never actually happens. But with the enchiritos making a come back I usually never had an issue with ordering it with extra cheese. Thats how I ordered it, I was so sad when I received my enchirito. I normally just eat what is given to me, but my inner gollum came out, I love my yellow gold (my precious). I went to the counter and asked if this was with extra cheese, he said yes. My mouth open and what came out was I've never had this little amount of cheese when asking for extra cheese and told him thank you and sat down. A few minutes later the young man I spoke to let me know the remade my enchirito. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!“

“Had Camila’s for the first time today and I tried the Carne Asada burrito and a Al Pastor taco. They were both very good. The asada burrito had a very good amount of meat and was seasoned well. The Al Pastor is the best I’ve had around the Hillsboro/Beaverton/Aloha area! The owners working the truck were very friendly and you could tell they liked what they were doing. Highly recommend!“

“Whoa, their food truck came to my work and these are hands down, no contest, the best tacos I have ever had in Oregon. I grew up in Southern California, an hour from the Mexico border and this is the most authentic Mexican food i have had in my ten years of living in Oregon.

“I rarely leave reviews, but it seems necessary based off my last 3 experiences. So far I’ve gotten to try the breakfast tacos, breakfast burrito, and a classic carnitas burrito. Please do yourself a favor and try the breakfast tacos, they’re amazing. There are several great Mexican options close-by, but I think this has to be my favorite.“

“Best Taco Truck in Washington County. Been eating here since the early 2000's when homie would come get his trucks propane filled at Beaverton UHaul. One of the originals and still the best. “We had Ochoa’s cater our son’s birthday party and the food was amazing. We received so many compliments about how delicious everything was. We ordered pork tamales, chicken and carne asada tacos, and cheese quesadilla. It came with salsas, rice, beans and all of the fixings. The service was wonderful. Laura was easy and pleasant to communicate with. She made the entire process so easy. We’ll definitely be using them for another event, but in the meantime we’ll continue to be frequent patrons of their stand at the farmers market.“

“These guys were one of the food vendors at the Festival of Friends music fest this past weekend. All of their food was delicious. In fact, they may have the best Mexican food that I’ve had in the PNW yet! And, as a ex-Texan, I don’t say this lightly 😆. They have fair prices, fresh salsas, and it seemed like they use home-made tortillas for all their dishes. I was perfectly happy, eating all my meals from their food truck for 2 days.“

“What can be said about one of Washington County's OG taco trucks? I've been coming to Ely's Rolling Grill since the early 00s and is hands down one of the best taco trucks in Washington County. What I like is tradition and consistency and in all this time, it has remained the same great tasting taco truck street fare food, simple and delicious. I'm a creature of habit so I always get the carne asada tacos or a burrito and it is perfectly seasoned meat, rice and beans. Most of my time, I reside in Vancouver Washington so when I come down and visit once a month, I'm right down the street and I will always hit up Ely's. I love seeing the original trucks carrying on the legacy of great food in Washington County. Please don't ever change a thing!“

We live close by on the 185th, and these Tacos Bros are always our go-to spot for dinner or late night snack 😄 We came here a few times and my favorite so far is the birria tacos and my husband’s is their Combo Quesadilla (he asked for chicken and beef) They HIT THE SPOT!!

The food always comes out hot and loaded with meat and sauce! And their mild and avocado sauce go so well with the food too!! The owner and staff are really friendly anf they work so quickly to get everyone’s order ready!

“The photos are misleading, yes. The interior restaurant is currently closed. This is a food truck in a parking lot. It looks like they open the interior sometimes and set up tables & chairs. Not always the case.
Ordering was easy and the food came out fairly quick. The largest downside was probably ly waiting in full heat of the sun.
The woman in the truck was very friendly. We ended up taking our food just a little down the street to the Hillsboro Brookwood library which has a large pond with tables and benches and shade.
The food was so delicious. Got a taco plate with 2 pork & 1 beef. All of it good. Red sauce was good, nothing special, but I'm a huge fan of the green.
Overall, would absolutely recommend and return.
Again, just note it's not always an interior space. Just a food truck that sounds like it's not always parked at location.“

I hopped on GrubHub to see what was around, as I'm knew to town. Second thing I see is this place, and the name of the game is carnitas. I order paquette #1 and half hour later there's a bag at my door. I lost my mind. 1lb of carnitas in a bag (as it should be), real good rice, some of the best beans I ever had, like 6 or 7 different salsas and toppings, and of course, a fat stack of tortillas. Seriously, this was exactly what I wanted. Like I just went to the neighborhood Mexican market and picked out everything myself. I'm so grateful I found this place. I'll be ordering weekly, I guarantee it. Thanks y'all!“
