“I spontaneously visited Twisted when the croissants at the coffee shop down the street looked lackluster. My taste buds and stomach were happy I did. Ham and cheese croissant was on point. Rasp rose cruffin was my fave. Also got a fruit tart that was great. Staff was super too! Will be returning💜“

“Overall, I'd recommend at least one visit. The shop itself is so cute and the desserts are stunning- lots of photo ops. I will say its pricey for what you receive. Most of the decorative desserts are mainly mouse-like with jam filling, which was tasty, but the portions are small and its very one dimensional in flavor. A little disappointing when they average $15 a piece. It's clearly catered towards the experience and photos, rather than the taste itself. Still a fun visit!“

“This bakery offers a great variety of pastries. I came specifically to try their round croissant and chose the mango flavor—it was perfect, with a crispy outer layer and a smooth mango cream inside. I also tried the pistachio one, though I was hoping for pistachio cream filling, but it was some different filling instead. Along with the pastries, I ordered a tiramisu latte, but it was a little watery for my taste. The shop itself is clean and welcoming, with a few sidewalk seats for enjoying your treats outside.“

“A hidden gem for fresh, flavorful Chinese pastries at unbeatable prices. The BBQ pork buns were everything you want—soft, glossy, generously filled with sweet, savory pork, and deeply satisfying. The surprise hit was the pineapple custard bun, with a creamy filling that tasted like a Chinese take on Boston crème—unexpected and absolutely delicious.
Simple, affordable, and packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Mehri's is the best breakfast in Portland. The country breakfast is to die for with tender biscuits and sausage gravy with plenty of meat. The sweets are also memorable with apple gellate and scrumptious brownies and cakes/cookies. Such a warm neighborhood atmosphere that is always welcoming whether you a first timer or a regular. Highly recommend!“

“We only tried the macarons but everything else looked really good too! They have some great macaron flavors! Our favorite was actually iced animal crackers. It sounded fun but actually tasted exactly like those cookies from our childhood. It was amazing!! To be honest the cookies themselves seemed a tiny bit stale or something. They weren't as chewy as I expected. The bakery is really cute inside! Super colorful and fun!“

“Great food and amazing service! Their bread is fresh, and they offer a solid variety of breakfast and lunch options, from muffins and croissants to biscuit sandwiches and seasonal specials like the Cubano. I got the Blue Ribbon sandwich, (roast beef, pickled red onions, salad greens, blue cheese, and mayo on a potato bun) and it was really good. My kids also enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich.
They have a nice selection of fresh-made cookies, including festive Valentine’s Day cookies, as well as apple hand pies and fresh baguettes. I haven’t tried their other menu items yet, but I’d love to, especially their coffee, the matcha iced latte caught my eye since I’m a big fan! A must try location if you are near the area.“

“My husband, a bread-baker, ordered flour from Tabor Bread and so we drove across town to pick it up. I had never been to their Belmont location. When we walked in at 2:15, a nice young lady told us they closed at 2:00. In spite of that, the staff then went overboard for us. They sold us his flour, then offered us something to eat and gave us coffee and hot cocoa. They were all kind, friendly and professional.“

“The search is over: we found our new breakfast spot! The gentleman that answered the phone this morning was kind and patient with my question about an allergy. Then, the food we ordered was fresh and delicious - can't wait to come back! We specifically enjoyed their Red Bean Mooncakes (月餅) and their Pineapple Buns (菠蘿包/鳳梨包).“

“I ordered a pick-up from Google map yesterday. When I got there there was many people so I could not reach out to any staffs. Turned out to pick up my order without letting any staffs know but I guess it’s normal for such a busy restaurant. Ate at a table outside the restaurant and really enjoyed the cool weather. The pork katsu sandwich tasted great. The fries with curry tasted good at first but just OK as time went by. Want to try other sandwiches when I come to Portland again.“

“Great service, great pricing, and a BIG selection of pan dulce. They even took a special order for empanadas! The tortillas are made in house, and are very large(street style, but with a larger shell). The tortas are GIGANTIC, easily lunch for two. What a gem!“

“Just following this brand name after founding their sourdough bread so good.
Honestly I'm not disappointed at all even though it took me 40 min to drive to the nearest location.

“Portland is low-key a food city! Fresh baked goods are a must here. The Morning Bun was OD FIRE!!! The coffee was really good. Full body flavor indeed. The staff was hella chill and super helpful. They get my respect because they move a long morning rush line in 10 minutes.“

“What a gem of a coffee shop!! We are so glad we tucked in for a cup of coffee. The coffee is delicious and the latte art is so cute. The desserts were the perfect sweet treat for a rainy Saturday afternoon. The shop carries so many darling items, many are perfect for cat lovers. We will definitely be back!!“
“5 stars for the Grand Central bakery products and service. Zero stars for having a wholesale bakery on our NW neighborhood but not a single Grand Central retail location for miles. There are dozens of empty spots. Grand Central has such a great reputation it seems they would thrive even if lesser businesses have not. Or at least have some product available at the wholesale spot for pickup.“

“The homemade vegan English muffin sando was next level. We got the local tofu patty and it was amazing, totally worth the upgrade. Coffee was delicious, and the staff was friendly and personable. “I had the pleasure of visiting this Pinoy bakery 3 days in a row because of how absolutely delicious everything is! The ube and cheese ensaymadas are the best I’ve ever had! The bread is always fresh and tasty, and the ube filling was the perfect amount! The ube butter mochi was also so unique (in the best way!) and is definitely another must-try! They also sell delicious adobo and pancit here (a pinoy dream come true)!
But the real seller is the kindness and friendliness of the staff! Mike and Greyson were so welcoming every time I visited and they always had a big smile on their faces with me and other customers! I am from CA and I am already counting the days until I can come back to St. Barbra’s Pinoy Bakery!“
“Bagel was decent cream cheese is fake it was Newfoundland there was dirt everywhere all you have to do is look up it's completely dirty there's hair and grease everywhere if you look anything above the food line it's completely gross they should be reported to the Health Board the coffee was nasty I drank one sip through to it the bagel was decent but they need to clean and tell people that the cream cheese they're using is not cream cheese this Newfoundland I paid for more cream cheese and they put it heavy in front and then tilted it to where there was less in the middle and back so I did not get what I paid for it overall the experience left me mad for $8“

“The only powdered chocolate cream donuts anywhere in town (and I've checked), just the way Winchell's used to make them: absolute perfection! The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! When my husband and I journey 25+ miles to a Sesame Donuts and our box of donuts is in our car, I may spontaneously serenade my donuts. They're THAT GOOD! 🎵 "Oooh, chocolate poopers, you are the best donut in the world!" 🎵 😄“

“I learned about this place from a friend who gifted my husband an amazing Tiramisu. I was pleasantly surprised to taste a Tiramisu that actually tasted authentic. Curious, I decided to visit, and I discovered that they make a variety of desserts, including cannoli, which are filled just before you buy them ( finally some place that can do that!)I also tried the cornetto (This should not be confused with a croissant) and the focaccia, and wow! Finally, a focaccia that doesn’t have a lingering taste of acidity. The coffee was good too as the atmosphere and the service. I totally advise this Italian place especially becouse, in my opinion, they can make very Italian taste.“
