“Randomly found this place and decided to stop in. They have recently moved and while looking confused was redirected to their new location less than a block down the road. What makes this place unique is that they have beer and wine available for sale too. There is also an outdoor patio and it looks like they may have music in the evenings. The barista was super friendly and while enjoying my horchata hot brew noticed numerous regulars and such a friendly vibe by all employees. Honestly the friendly and sincere service really makes this coffee shop stand out. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop in again soon.“

I did try the donuts and while they weren’t terrible, They weren’t exactly what I expected when I see the word donut. They were dense and smooth and cool temp wise, lol I really can’t think of anything to compare them with!

The black sesame coffee was absolutely delicious, but there was a ton of grits left at the bottom of the cup.“

“I got the veggie breakfast sandwich and it was AMAZING! I often struggle to find an affordable yet delicious vegetarian breakfast option and this meets the requirements. Yummy sauce, great veggies and the bun is crispy (but not grate the top of your mouth level) on the outside and soft on the inside. My partner got the ham sandwich and also said it was excellent. The dark drop coffee and the tea is amazing.“

“Stumbled across Stumptown while walking downtown. Saw it was a safe spot for me and had to dive in. So glad I did! Ordered a matcha latte having no idea what it was. A shame it’s the middle of summer, that would have been a wholesome sip for a cold-snap. In any case, super tasty drink. Also has friendly staff, and is a good spot to relax.“

The barista was friendly and let me hang out a bit while killing time between business. I visit Portland frequently for business and generally stay fairly close to this location. “I recently visited Stumptown Coffee Roasters in downtown Portland, and honestly, it's one of my favorite coffee shops in the US. The cozy atmosphere, light wooden tables, and large windows are very relaxing. I ordered a double espresso and latte: the coffee was aromatic, with bright notes of vanilla and chocolate. The Founder's Blend is very tasty — balanced, delicate, and wonderfully invigorating.

“I wish I had a picture of my sandwich I got because it was absolute fire. My friend and I got their Uncle Sal's bagel with lox and everything else. We went extremely early in the morning around 7a-8am and there was nobody in line. The service was fairly quick and there is some nice seating inside. Since we got our food to go we didn't spend very much time there but I will say they do have a decent menu. The plethora of bagels to choose from. The atmosphere was really pleasant from the morning. Great place to have good conversations with people over food and coffee. Highly recommend their Uncle Sal. It was so good 🤤“

Two employees, formerly from s-bucks (sorry forgot the names, one guy and one girl), quickly helped me get the correct coffee with great expertise.
