“I tried this place for the first time today. Relatively cheap banh mi, it was a large portion and delicious tea concoctions. I got the onion tofu bahn mi with extra veggies and a black sesame chai. Everything was delicious, I used to live in the area and wish this place was here when I was in the neighborhood. But alas I will have to travel just a little further to come back here. Can't wait to try more items from here.“

“Stumbled across Stumptown while walking downtown. Saw it was a safe spot for me and had to dive in. So glad I did! Ordered a matcha latte having no idea what it was. A shame it’s the middle of summer, that would have been a wholesome sip for a cold-snap. In any case, super tasty drink. Also has friendly staff, and is a good spot to relax.“

“This place is a little tucked away and looks very unassuming from the sidewalk, but the ambiance inside is wonderful and the service is amazing. The coffee is solid and they have a great variety of food and non-coffee options as well as a well-stocked drink and snack fridge. The pricing is also very fair. 10/10 will come again.“

“The coffee was great, and the banh mi was good. However, the service felt a bit off. The bearded Asian man behind the counter seemed either tired or uninterested—he had a straight face the entire time and only smiled when interacting with a coworker in the back. Maybe he just wasn’t fully awake yet. Just a constructive criticism for better service.“

“Sitting here currently, enjoying a coconut and Ube iced coffee. It's very good, the shop is quaint. I had a slightly tough time finding it. It's located inside Fork and Spoon. The barista was friendly and let me hang out a bit while killing time between business. I visit Portland frequently for business and generally stay fairly close to this location. I'll likely be back again in the future!“

“Amazingly smooth Café latte with perfect foam and coffee flavor is exquisite. My first visit here and I will definitely be back. I also had a chocolate biscotti which was excellent not too hard and very nutty the anise flavor came through as well a perfect complement to the café.The small chocolate that comes with the café doesn’t hurt either!“

“Had a really pleasant visit to Stumptown Coffee Roasters. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which instantly made the experience better. I asked about the seasonal drinks, and they took the time to explain the options and recommend their favorite. I went with the iced cherry vanilla latte, and it was as delicious as promised.

The shortbread cookie, unfortunately, missed the mark for me. It had an odd, eggy smell and taste that I just couldn’t enjoy. On the other hand, the hot matcha was excellent. I usually go for iced, but I’m glad I tried it warm this time.

The café itself is clean, cute, and filled with natural light, which made it a great place to relax. Would definitely come back!“
