“We’ve been coming to Wu-Ron’s Ramen for a while now—probably over 20 visits—and it never disappoints. It’s a small, tucked-away spot that we only share with a handful of people because we love being able to stop in and enjoy a fresh, consistently amazing bowl of ramen without the crowd. The quality is always spot on, no matter the day. The waitress always remembers our order, which makes it feel like home, and the cook always greets us with a smile. That kind of warmth and consistency is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Wu-Ron’s is one of those hidden gems you want to keep to yourself, but honestly—it’s too good not to recommend!“

“This is the best ramen we’ve ever had .. stopped in on our trip through Oregon ..I had the vegetable ramen SO flavorful and my husband had the spicy ramen totally different flavor but also SO good .. I’ll be thinking about this ramen and wishing it were closer to home“

“I’ve been here at least three times now and always leave completely satisfied. There are so many Japanese spots in the area that Yokohama is easy to miss since it’s tucked away on NE 3rd, away from MLK and Burnside, but I truly wish them the best. My go-to dishes are the chicken karaage and takoyaki, and you really can’t go wrong with any of their ramen.“

“I went for a solo dinner recently and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, consistently checked on me, offered hot tea when they noticed I was cold, and were overall very attentive. I had the garlic tonkatsu ramen which was delicious. It was the perfect amount of food for me. I finished my bowl but didn't feel uncomfortably full. When I was on my way out, the staff nearby said bye. I was recommended this restaurant by a coworker and have been recommending to my friends and family. I will be back soon!“

“The pork dumplings are literally to die for. Like I would cut a hoe if they took one of my dumplings. They cut worthy.“

“The broth here is rich and flavorful, perfect if you enjoy bold, hearty ramen. We tried the chili crab ramen and the black garlic shoyu, and both were tasty and satisfying. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, a solid spot for a comforting bowl of ramen.“

“Low key restaurant with friendly staff and amazing food. The bacon jalapeño poppers were outstanding along with the pork belly skewers. The win er was the Korean Army stew they had on special.

“First time visit last night with six of us and they are very nicely opened up the toast restaurant and let us sit in there and we had such a nice evening and the waiter was so friendly and wonderful and really helped us out to get acquainted with the offerings we tried the vegetarian potstickers and also the various vegetarian tacos which were really good. Later we each had a vegetarian Ramen and every single one was delicious and I especially liked the one with the tofu and the hard-boiled egg and the spinach. They brought a small container of warm sake for me which I really liked with a tiny cup I got to choose. OverallI gave it a big 10+ and I would definitely eat there again and probably will go back pretty soon. The main thing is to try to find a time when the parking is not completely full in the area be prepared to park a ways away and walk which is good for us so it really wasn’t a problem.“

“Probably one of the most generous portions of ramen in town. The space is very crowded and it is mostly self serve. Service is quick and the ramen tastes rich. Perhaps not the most Japanese flavor of ramen, but delicious nonetheless. The use of quail eggs is unique. Great value and fast casual.“

“The husband and I were on a ramen rampage, and the weather was our perfect excuse. Then, out of nowhere, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The service was spot-on, the food arrived in record time, and that ramen? Sheer perfection. The broth was a flavor bomb, the chashu was tender and divine, and those noodles? Freshly made and sublime. “This hands down is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland OR. It the same quality of other top spots in the US like Nobu , O-Ya , and Morimoto . The location is perfect located in the Pearl district. The chefs are high quality and the fish is extremely fresh. They have a great but simple flavor approach. The service is warm, helpful, and appreciative. I always ask for Joy as she is a true professional and loves providing an exceptional experience on every visit.“

“Went here for dumpling week this year. The special duck dumplings were perfect with the combination of sweet and spicy. The miso twinkie was the perfect sweet treat after the spice of the dumplings. Excited to come back and try more of their food.“

“I got the yuzu miso ramen and my wife got the lime shio ramen. We also got chicken karaage with lemon sriracha aioli. Everything was fantastic. Such a good balance of flavors and just absolutely amazing. The workers were extremely friendly as well. I am 100% coming back here!“

Village Kitchen - so far my favorite Burmese food in the Northwest district and there something like 4 other Burmese restaurants.

“We ordered thru UberEats. While UberEats won’t rectify any issues you might have, I called the restaurant, and they explained how they were able to accommodate an allergy. The food was delicious! We will be back. My kids loved the seared salmon donut., and the banana B-ritto. I had the treasure roll and a bowl with mixed fish. We got wasabi mayo sauce, chili sauce and another orange mayo- delicious. We kinda stuffed ourselves, to be honest. (And they use paper goods to wrap their food instead of plastic.) thank you!“

We got the Frenchy, Rainbow and Oregon(real crab substitute) Rolls, Fried Oysters and Seafood Poke Don. It was all excellent. My favorite was the Frenchy Rolls.

We went again for Spicy Hamachi, Seafood Poke Don, Sunomono, Miso Soup & Seaweed Salad. It was all delicious. I wanted to eat more but it is better to not be too full. Good service & atmosphere!“
