“Their food is amazing always fresh and full of flavor. Their vegetable fried rice is the best I have ever had. The reason for the 4 stars in regards to food is due to them using white mushrooms instead of mushrooms such as Shitake or Oyster mushrooms. They also throw in celery in the vegetable mix which I see as an expensive filler and only needed in specific dishes.“

“Before college, I brought my daughter here all the time. She was adventurous and tried something new quite often.
I had two standbys I ordered most often, twice cooked Pork or Mongolia beef. The ladies working here are so nice and friendly. The old world style restaurant is just too quaint. It makes for the full experience in dining. Plenty of parking, and handicap can enter from north side entrance.
I know I needed it.
I want to try the Peking Duck.
I hear from other patrons it marvelous.“

“I didn’t think I’d find good Korean food in Salem - I was raised in San Diego & lived in Portland for a few years so I’m a lil food snob - but seriously y’all, this place is a gem. I’m used to having to pay over $100 for good Korean food, and extra for banchan - this place hooked it up! They refilled our banchans not just once but THRICE! And they were genuinely sweet the whole time. The food was fantastic - authentic and felt homemade. The portions were great, taste was great - overall a wonderful experience, and I am looking forward to bringing folks here!
Also - they do a lot of community/philanthropic work. You can taste/see it in their food - it looks like they’re here to actually give good food, not just make money. I’m super happy to have found this place!“

“I’ve had a great experience every time I go here. They’re consistent with their service. I asked for spicy steak Pho and they gave me chicken but it was still good. They put over a cup of shredded chicken in my Pho which is super generous compared to most shops. The Broth is not overly loaded with grease and it smells and tastes like fresh lemon grass. I paid less $15. The quality and portions speaks for itself. It’s a cute place for hangouts and the staff is always kind. 10/10“
“This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Salem Center. There is a food court area offering various of food choices. It was pretty empty when we made our way there. There was a nice lady who helped us with placing our orders. She was attentive and super friendly. We ordered to eat in but didn’t realized how big the portions were otherwise we would’ve gotten a to go plate. We took our time eating as it was so nice and quiet there. We’ll definitely be back.
Parking: Parking situation in the downtown area somewhat difficult and depends on the time. Most parking spots free for few hours, some weekend hours, and late nights. There are parking garages available in this area for a fee.
Kid-friendliness: This is a food court area and all is welcome.“

“Very good Chinese-American food. This place is very clean. I wish they had more Chinese dishes such as whole chicken and fish, but the food fresh and well seasoned. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. The people who work there are very kind. I overheard one of the owners teaching a young person how to manage all the take out orders and walk-in customers. He was very patient and explained things clearly. The girl who served us was very attentive and patient. They appear to treat their customers and employees very well. More businesses should operate like this.“

“We had a late lunch and thought we would get poor quality being between the two rush periods, but everything was hot and fresh, they have a stir fry cook that cooked up individual custom stir fry for us, sushi rolls, lots of salad bar and yummy seafood. We were happy.“

“Finally got to try them for the first time yesterday, and everything was amazing! My roommate and I tried both the pork and beef dumplings, along with both types of musubi. The cabbage in the pork dumplings lightened them up, and was a great flavor combo with the seasonings in the meat. The beef were my personal favorite! The meat is SO flavorful, and the celery still had some texture and made the whole thing perfect! The dumpling wrappers were soft, but had some of that chewy texture that makes a really great dumpling. Neither of us had ever had musubi before, but I've wanted to try it for a long time, and let me tell you I'm craving them today. The spam was such a good flavor and texture combination! My roommate really liked that one a lot. I LOVED the tuna one, and I'm not someone who likes tuna. Honestly that was the thing I was least sure about, but it was so so good. I'd happily eat them every day. I know this got a bit long, so sorry. But I just feel like people need to know how good this is, and be sure to try and stop by! The cart was easy to spot, and the woman who took my order was very nice. Overall, I've got to try to figure out how to get out of work in time to get more from them again! I can't wait to try a daily special now, and of course get another tuna musubi, and beef dumplings.“
