“They serve raisin toast w/o charging extra. I don't know any other restaurant in the Portland area that serves raisin toast. Their coffee is only $1, as compared to $4.29 at the other restaurant I go to. They brew decaf by the pot, which is way more convenient for the drinker. Generous portions of potatoes. And their servers are all nice.“

Last time that I ordered, for myself and a few coworkers, they told me 25 minutes, after 25 minutes I showed up, food still wasn't done, I realize things take time but, when I got there, after the time I was told, I was told it would be an additional 25 minutes, I have a 30 minute lunchbreak, the person cooking that day, wasn't super nice about the fact that our food would be longer. Multiple eye rolls happened. When we did finally get our food, bacon was overcooked and euros were barely luke warm.“

“The food here is delicious. The Klondike tavern offers quality options that include offerings for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free diets. Their cocktails are delicious and their staff is friendly and shows great hustle. The new owner has done wonders for this place as a go to food destination in St. Helens. Beyond the good food and drinks, they also have great events! Just in the last few weeks they have hosted live music, drag shows, charity balls, and even a paranormal investigator during Halloweentown this year. The owner works hard to give local artists and musicians performance opportunities and hosts events that benefit local non-profits while ensuring no one is turned away based on ability to pay. St. Helens is already benefitting from the energizing new venue. I can't wait until they finish the rehabilitation of our historic hotel, as I am sure it is going to create even more wonderful opportunities for residents and visitors alike.“

Bridgettte welcomed us in and saw us out with such a genuine, friendly smile and welcoming demeanor ,while Barb hosted us fantastically on behalf of her coworker who's shift had been completed. Barb is a genuine person with a heart to serve, who not only helped fill our tummies with a wonderful breakfast, but also filled our spirit with her warmth and kindess as she has done so wonderfully before! “It's a chill brew pub with games, views of the river, outdoor seating, the amazing Shaye taking care of you, good bites and great drinks from the taps or the full bar in the back. We had the $5 mimosas special (mixed with cider, yum) this visit. Every time we come to St Helens we stop here, it's become our tradition. Thank you for welcoming our dog to your patio!
