“It's pretty standard for a Sesame Donuts. Good donuts and coffee. But it's located in beautiful old Town Sherwood right next to the library. So it definitely has a great location.

“I was wondering whether or not to go for lunch, because a person recommended it to us, but when we saw the comments on this post we had the doubt.

But I gave him the opportunity by going to his Instagram and we have no regrets.

We ordered 3 dishes of: Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich & Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and a Cinnamon Roll. Everything was delicious, the dishes are not big but for its value it is a tremendous dish

We paid for the 3 dishes + a Mango smoothie + 2 Pepsi Diet and 1 Cinnamon Roll $45 almost $46 dollars

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwiches, salads and pastas

“Made it here for the first time today. Wifey and I both enjoyed our meals and I was happy to see Lamb Shank on the menu. It was very good and so was the baklava!“

Rosa is the resident mascot and she is adorable. This is the place you want to get your morning coffee and breakfast.

“Stopped by heading towards Oregons beaches. We ordered a Mary’s, Fat Russian, energy drink and coffee.
Food is very good, good sized portion, definitely would stop by again for the food.
Coffee was excellent, great taste, temperature and great balance between coffee and flavors added.
Energy drink was very good as well. Tasty, not too sweet just enough of everything. Highly recommend coming here.

“This is the best black rock. You can go to any black rock and get a coffee but you can only come to this one and get amazing service. These gals are always friendly and (my personal opinion) they make my drink the best. Plus they don't have a high turn over rate so you will likely see the same person. If you like black rock must go try and se for yourself“

“Lux Sucre did an amazing job on our wedding cake and desserts for our wedding! Brandon was super helpful during the process. We rented their platters and they set everything up. Presentation was beautiful and guests loved all the desserts!“

“I only go in here for the bad habit I have to quit, the cigarettes are the cheapest around my area and the atmosphere is good. They have lottery machines for those people who like entertainment. The staff are nice and warm to the customers.

Parking: In the Safeway, laundry mat, liquor store, fitness center,Ace hardware store, Taco Bell,AG Sports bar with great Chinese food take out and dine in and Karaoke almost every night.

“So many flavors and combinations, including popping boba and blended drinks. This is a part of a cute food truck area with tables, bball court, and great BBQ and Mexican food.

“I was invited to play Mah Jongg at the Jewish community center. I've never been here before and had no idea how big it is. I didn't have time to wonder around and see what was all there, but the little Cafe was nice and clean, with plenty to choose from for drinks and food. There is security at the door and you must fill out a card to get into the building at the reception desk. Lots of nice people. I hope to go back in the future.“

“Such great wraps and sandwiches! This has become my go-to spot for picking up lunch. This is a tiny little kiosque-style cafe in the middle of a large office building. The service is excellent! They have always been efficient and prompt. Highly recommend.“

“Stopped by for lunch while my car was being worked on across the street. I actually live around the corner, so I was sorry I hadn't tried this local place before now. Sat at the bar as a single diner; had a club sandwich with a cup of the tortilla soup as the included side. Both were excellent; the sandwich was generously sized, and the soup was adequate. The meat, bread, and veggies on the sandwich were high quality and the bacon was crisp, smoky, and delicious. Soup was flavorful but not too salty. Great stuff, hope to try it again, maybe for breakfast.“

“I live in Portland but during the Pandemic I tend to avoid indoor spaces within the City limits. To the suburbs I go. Coffee and muffins for two at Ava’s was great. Very limited indoor seating made for a pleasant and safe experience. We had coffee, we talked without masks and I enjoyed this place. If you want to meet for coffee in Beaverton and actually sit and talk with someone, this is a good place. I don’t know if they take reservations, but they should. I would hesitate to have anything much larger than a 3-top here. Again, small space with limited and nicely spaced pandemic seating. Pleasant pandemic coffee meeting place. Go Beaverton!“

“A cute coffee shop with lots of options. Me and my friends got a cinnamon roll, berry roll, smoothies, and bagels with cream cheese. All delicious! The smoothies were made with real fruit, not syrups. I got blueberry and it was delicious! Great atmosphere. Comfy couches in the back.“

The Human Bean Drive Through Cafe is sparkling clean: ❤ I had to long-neck to get a look inside from my vehicle window. ?No beverage spills or gunk at pick-up windows as seen in various other popular name drive-through cafes. I drove across the USA & Canada in my 2012, manual stick shift, glass-roof black Mustang in 2023, and frequently utilized drive-through cafes. All said, now back to home base... the Newberg, OR Human Bean outlet has outstanding staff who are experts at whipping-up the best beverages (hot & cold) and serves a super line of healthy (my opinion) snacks...all served with great humor and smiles!?“

“I came in after a suppper long shift and my brain just could not comprehend this menu at all, but one of the employees his name was Jake he was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time to explain how it works and even when I still just could not get it he stayed patient and calm which you just don’t see enough of these days. “I'm not sure why in my mind I expected a mediocre experience but man was I wrong and glad of it.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and got the French Dip and Santa Fe Chicken Panini. We split them so we were able to both try two different sandwiches and they were stellar. The French Dip was the best I have ever experienced, even beating my own cooking as well as the Panini brought together flavors in a manner which I had never tried before and it was refreshing. All the wait staff were amazing and some even dressed up for the holiday spirit!

I'd highly recommend to anyone doubting this as being special to give it a try because I believe you'll be happily proven wrong.“

“I live in Nebraska and have been to Oregon twice, ate here both times and absolutely love it. Their breakfast bowls are amazing, but the coffee cake is what made me come back. I had the princess coffee last time, SO SO DELICIOUS. And this time I tried the gluten free coconut and pecan coffee cake. *be sure to have them warm it up first* If I lived here it would dangerous. We had an issue with a coupon at a different location, we had to drive over to this location and although our drive ended up a little bit longer to get food, they took care of us and on top of that went above and beyond. It was my child’s birthday weekend and Angel surprised my kiddo with a little birthday treat to celebrate. It definitely was a visit not to forget. Thank you so much, we really appreciate you all!
