“They limit the daily selections to 2 or 3 items, plus available appetizers etc. What they do make is just simply the best pho I ever recall having. The owners are always there and are the most welcoming hosts imaginable. 110% Satisfied!“

We came back in for early dinner/late lunch on a Friday and it was just as amazing as ever. This will have to be at least a twice a month Phở stop. I'm literally driving 30 minutes one way for this place. ❤️

Alright, I made this post last year and didn't elaborate or have pics AND, we just went back and now I have to go back and update other reviews I have left for the other Phở restaurants on the Westside.
Reason being, that I made a mistake. I won't name other Westside Phở restaurants in this review but I will be forced to go back and update my previous reviews/ratings.
Phở Nguyễn is actually the undisputed (at least in this family) BEST Phở restaurants on the Westside and they ABSOLUTELY have the best Phở broth. This is true whether you get the Beef OR the Chicken Phở.
Their service is also amazing and they have the best Chè Ba Màu (3-color) too. The crushed peanuts in that baby... (= Chef's 💋)

“Great pho with better than most cuts of meat. My wife got the pad thai and said she enjoyed it very much. Would recommend to friends. They were also very nice to my 2.5 year old daughter and were considerate enough to bring a small bowl for her to share some of our food with.“

“Had the yakisoba, the dumplings and the Kana moo Krob. Everything was full of flavor, well balanced, and filling. Plates were cleared and the staff was awesome. Honestly such a great place, would recommend for a low key date with good, quality food.“

“I went here for my fiancé’s birthday. It was a warmer day but it was so cute inside we decided to stay inside for our food. We shared the shaken chicken + broccoli, and the fried cauliflower. The best fried cauliflower I’ve ever had! The shaken chicken was very flavorful and we both agreed it somehow made us feel all warm and cozy, like our new comfort food. The Thai Iced Teas were also the best I’ve ever had! Usually I regret getting one, as they’re normally soooo sweet but these were perfect. My 10 year old son did go with us but he’s a picky eater so he enjoyed a passion fruit lemonade 🤣 he loved the lemonade!
Super grateful to have found this place! I’m excited to go again. We really should try their other dishes but the shaken chicken really be calling my name 😍“

“It's been getting really cold here in Beaverton and I decided to try pho for the first time. I tried the combo beef pho here was amazing! I have some allergies with MSG, so here in BEP there is no MSG in the food. My experience there was really good. With great employees and great service, I could tell that there were intention and care put into this place. Will be coming back soon.“

“My daughter loved her brisket Pho - but for me the star was the lamb curry. Generous amounts of tender lamb with an outstanding semi-spicy broth. It was so good I saved the remaining broth for home and used it as a base for another delicious meal 😁 Very worth a stop!“

“The vegetable stir-fry with cashews was excellent! I couldn't decide between adding chicken or tofu, so they said they could do half and half. Perfect!

“My tofu and avocado banh mi was very tasty but after being told they could make it vegan, they asked if I wanted mayo and then served it with 3 shrimp chips as garnish. Staff appear to need more education on how to meet this common dietary need.“

“This place completely hits the spot. The pho here is consistently excellent. The soup arrives steaming hot, and the broth has that rich, aroma from that warms you straight to the soul. Plus they have vegetarian options.
Atmosphere is humble, and that's a good thing. Sometimes you need to be at a place like this that is cozy and comfortable on a Thursday afternoon. Oh yeah one thing to note that the service is very slow.

“Travelled Portland for vacation. Stopped by at the restaurant and tried some fusion dishes. It was really great. The service was excellent and the Nepalese food was very flavorful. They are introducing Nepalese platter soon called thali set. Excited to try next time when visiting Portland.“

“The food is excellent and fresh. I haven’t eaten anything that wasn’t amazing! I am a huge matcha tea fan. I’ve tried matcha lattes at various spots around Portland and no one makes them as good as Olia Poke! Their matcha is not too sweet and the bright, fresh green flavor of the tea is the star. So many places the matcha flavor is absent (green milk) or it’s way too sweet. Olia strikes that balance perfectly. Love the staff too, they are so friendly!“
