“We had an amazing Easter Egg Hunt with a Bunny & Unicorn Pony. What a great experience for adults & kiddos. Lots of activities, S'mores & Ice Cream. This Vineyard has the most beautiful ponds, one with KOI the other with Lilies & frogs. There is beautiful Art through out the grounds & inside.
The Staff are very knowledgeable about their wines & attentive to everything you might need. Thank You, Veronika & Angela for a memorable Easter.“

We were on our way back from Cedar Hill to McMinville, and based off of other Google reviews decided to stop at Kason Vineyards for some wine tasting. It's a small operation owned by a husband & wife who are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their wines are superb, especially their pinot noir! This is a MUST VISIT if you're in the area!“

“So far, each vineyard experience has been different. Here, we’re at Dominio IV Wines—upstairs in a tasting room all to ourselves—listening to Miles Davis and then Elton (Yellow Brick Road) on a turntable. A wonderful venue: intimate in a home setting, more expansive in the barn.“

Spending time with Russell and the heart and story of Flaneur gave me a little bit of Paris married with delicious wine of the Willamette Valley. “Ghost Hill Cellars is one of the best places to visit in wine country. Not only do they have stunning views both inside the venue and out (and amazing sunsets), but their wine is delicious and all of their staff & the owner (Cam) are INCREDIBLE! They are personable and make you feel like family from the moment you get on their property.
I recently held a rehearsal dinner there and they were the easiest people to work with - we got the whole venue for 3 hours, they were flexible, their communication was quick and they always answered our questions + more, and the event went seamless. I couldn't have been luckier to score this venue to host my rehearsal dinner and everyone couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was!
11/10 recommend on having an event hosted here and/or visiting for wine tasting! We are obsessed and will definitely be back. :)“

“This is by far one of the best wineries I’ve been to in Oregon! The views of Mt. Hood are absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere is immaculate. “My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and went to five wineries in the area. There is a lot of good wine in the area but our best experience was at Winter’s Hill. Matt met us with a sparkling Pinot Gris. Oregon does their sparking wines well. Winter’s Hill had great Pinot Noir and wonderful white wines too. We joined the wine club and are excited for our wine shipments. The customer service is outstanding. Visit - you will not be disappointed.“
“Ribbon Ridge wines are some of the best of Oregon Wines. Ribbon Ridge is a tiny AVA that produces the amazing grapes. Ridgecrest (RR Wines) knows how to make the most of those grapes. The added plus is fantastic owners and staff. Highly recommend visiting their tasting cottage..“

“Went to the recent event at the winery, it was great! Good wine, and the staff was marvelous as always. The food was good, enjoyed it. But it was-is not appropriate for wine tasting. I do not understand the current trend of wineries inviting mexican food carts to wine tasting events. The food style tends to mess up ones palete. Beer or soda go great with Mexican food. Or possibly a huge red, but not the refined Pinot Noir and whites of the Willamette Valley.“

I always have to buy pinot from Justice, Oracle, and Abbey Ridge because I can never decide on a favorite because they are so elegant and interesting in their own way.If you want to support a small family winery, this is it! “Wine was very good. I think what set them apart was their Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were all worth purchasing, and we did. Seems rare for a winery to excel across multiple categories.
My only complaint is the tasting fee is expensive given you need to purchase $70 or $75 worth of product to waive just one tasting. For $35 you’re better off ordering 3-4 glasses at table for your party. The tasting pours are tiny…an ounce or less. Truly, just a taste. Go to catch the view and enjoy a glass of wine…they’re all delicious and worth the price. Don’t waste money on the tasting.“

“I went to Carlo & Julian Winery today with a friend. I haven't been there since 2019. I liked this winery then and I love it now! 10 wonderful wines to taste and he just happened to have made a pulled pork and homemade chimichurri which was AMAZING both food and wine. If I had the money I would have come home with a variety case. Pricing of wines are extremely reasonable and the quality of the wines are amazing! I'm not a Pinot Noir person as a rule, but he had 3 that I could drink very happily. He also had the best, bar none, a GSM!!!! That did go home with me.😁 The 2021 Merlot-Malbec was so delicious that it also came home with me. The Syrah and Melbec oh my! Seriously if you haven't been or it's been a while you need to go! I plan I going again and bringing more friends to try his amazing wines! See you soon Carlo & Julian Winery!!!“

The winery itself is intriguing—it may appear to be a simple storefront in the city, but it boasts stunning views of the valley and mountains. “Cellar Door Wine Tours took us to Tendril Wine Cellars first on our 3-winery tour and warned us we'd like it best. We truly did. Each wine was delicious. I'm an Oregon pinot noir fan and they make great ones, but also loved their white pinot noir and rose. Tasting manager Andrew was delightful and kept us both informed and laughing! The tasting room is very small, but they also have outside picnic tables for warmer months. Make an appointment and enjoy! I signed up for the wine club as I enjoyed every sip.“

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and made our visit...the wines are great too! If you're lucky you'll run into Jeff.... He's big on aerating and everything Oregon!! Quit reading and go!!“
“Ken Wright in Carlton, Oregon is a beautiful place for a delicious Pinot tasting. The tasting room is fabulous and the outside patio even better. Great wines, great staff ( I wish I had written down the gal’s name that hosted us) as she was knowledgeable, understood our palate and offered additional wines she thought we would like plus she was so fun. She also showed us the 1/2 Bottles we purchased for our at home wine tasting that evening. And of course we purchased other bottles. I recommend booking or stopping in Ken Wright Cellers.“

“We had a wonderful time at Kramer Vineyards staying over in our RV as part of the Harvest Host program. The location is sublime, rolling hills planted with grapes interspersed with forest. The spot for larger RVs is very private as it’s nestled between the vines. We had an excellent bottle of sparkling rose in beautiful glasses and took one bottle of Pinot Blanc to go.“

“Such a cool experience. Our awesome tour guide (Grape Escape- Ralph Stinton) who we highly recommend set us up with David and a few other great earthy French style Pinot Noir producers which we prefer. My wife and I sat on David’s back porch with Walker and had EXCELLENT Pinot Noirs. It felt like sitting with a friend just enjoying great wine before David took off for the coast with Walker. He had really interesting stories of his experiences and we felt like we really got to know him.
David was kind enough to delay his trip to the coast for us and we are very thankful he did. We are new members of his wine club and look forward to receiving our first case in the fall. Highly recommend visiting particularly if you like earthy French burgundy style wine.“

As the Beverage Director at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida I literally have access to just about any wine there is in the world, not just the Willamette Valley. While I haven't had a R.Stuart wine I did not enjoy, the single vineyard Daffodil Hill Pinot Noir is a stand out for me every year. I highly recommend stopping by Rob's tasting room when visiting Mcminnville. You will not be disappointed!“
