“Excellent ice cream and fun for All!“

“This was the cutest little shop that I came across. Went to check out the King of Prussia mall 10/11/25 and I happened upon this store. AT first it looked like it was an ice cream parlor because of the ice cream cones in the window of the store. But I wanted to check it out and lo and behold, it was a gelato and chocolate shop. It reminded me of when I visit Europe and I am shopping for treats for my colleagues. It was cute, clean and the one of the sales person/cashier was very knowledgeable out the products. She was very patient and took her time with me and even gave me a taste of a couple of the chocolates. The packaging on some of the items were very cute. I spent over $100 on treats for my colleagues. Excessive right? LOL! It was worth it and it made my trip to the mall much more rewarding. Thanks to the young lady who helped me. Very petite, Asian, maybe she was a college student who helped me. Really appreciate it.“

First of all this place is at the top of my list for ice cream, they have so many other special treats but the ice cream is so smooth and creamy. My go-to is their Rum Raisin and cheese flavor. The variety feels endless and if you can't choose, order a funnel cake or their micheladas! Nice place to sit in and enjoy as a family, with friends, or even on a date.

Service is always kind and they will let you try as many flavors as you want.“

“I’m a person who travels for sweets & someone told me about this place, which is like an hour and a half from where I live, but I figured I’d give it a try and let me tell you I was not disappointed in the ice cream is probably one of the best I’ve ever had it’s creamy you can taste every ingredient that is just made perfectly. I highly really recommend this place not only that I happened to lockout going on the day that they had chase and Skye from paw patrol there which was perfect for my twin. Five year olds. “This review is long overdue, but we wanted to thank the DQ staff for making us a fabulous gender reveal ice cream cake! The owner (I am so sorry to not remember his name) had never made a gender reveal cake, but took our vision and ran with it, no questions asked. The cake (with pink icing inside!) came out great and more importantly, was absolutely delicious. My husband and I cut into it privately and had a slice each night for the rest of the week 🥰“

This location, however, is very nice. Thanks to this DQ, I don’t have to spend the colder months craving a blizzard and can try all of the seasonal flavors. “Ice cream is delicious, but the highlight was the service. I had two ten-year-old girls with me who took awhile to choose, and the man who served us was so patient and kind to them. It was very noisy and crowded, but he gave them his full attention and made sure they got exactly what they wanted. “Miss Maya has created a customer for life. We visited a few nights ago. My boyfriend had a gift card and our terminally ill dog LOVES ice cream. Me and my 5-year old son went in, while dad and our pup stayed in the car. We did not disclose any of this to staff or mention that we were purchasing the “Like It” Sized peanut butter ice cream for our dog. While we were in line, my son was acting up. I was already upset about our dog and my son was on the verge of a full blown meltdown. Miss Maya discretely asked me if I wanted help. I accepted without hesitation. She encouraged my son to listen to Mommy and joked about putting him to work to earn his ice cream. She got a smile out of him. We checked out, I thanked her. It meant so much to me and was such an example of community and loving our neighbors. Today our dog crossed the rainbow bridge and gained her angel wings. My son’s request: to go get ice cream and see “that lady.” We did and Miss Maya definitely did not disappoint. She came from behind the counter and offered my son a hug. My usually shy, reluctant 5-year-old wrapped his arms around her neck and smiled. So much bigger than ice cream. She made a very sad little boy smile twice this week. Outside of this heart-felt interaction, ice cream was incredible and the facility is clean. For any nay-sayers on here complaining about customer service or melted ICE cream—I recommend getting a job in retail or the food service to get a dose of reality and hopefully some manners.
