“First time here. More like 4.5 stars. Overall, I like this place. It’s well decorated—interior design is thoughtful and tasteful, not tacky.It shares parking in the back with several other small establishments. Today it’s pouring outside, so it’s extra quiet. Yet I can imagine parking may be challenging on a sunny day.Food-wise, I think their sushi rolls are better than their ramen—I’m just not into their noodle’s texture. Their sushi rolls are of decent size and quality in their respective price category.Service is friendly. My only reservation today is: The restaurant is noticeably cold, as if they didn’t turn on the heat.“

“This place is absolutely amazing! Love the atmosphere and how calm but sociable it is. Music was definitely not over your voice. Our server was AMAZING! I wish I knew her name but she was on point on what you wanted and on top asking first if anyone is allergic to any type of food and not all places do that! The food was so good and the presentation was on point!! I didn’t even wanted to touch it cause it looked so pretty ? I even asked if the seaweed cannot be added in my sushi and I got a yes and not all places do that. If you don’t want a certain ingredient they will do it with no hesitation. “I had avoided this place because I did not like the food served when it was called Liku. I ordered through DoorDash without realizing that it was the new restaurant that replaced Liku. My dinner consisted of Spicy Maki Combo, Spicy Crab Roll, and Fried Rice. Everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the food. Next I will have to visit to see the ambiance.“

“Food quality and value was good. Restaurant had a high end feel. Only minor negative was when we arrived 90% of the restaurant was empty and we were told to sit at the sushi bar because they were expecting a wave of reservations. However by the time we finished our meal the restaurant was 80% empty so we definitely could have sat at a table. The menu has a lot of good options so we will definitely return.“

“I’ve been coming to Blue Fin for years (even when they were located previously on Germantown Pike). After all these years, the food and the service has not changed – it’s wonderful. I had to write a review and really sing Blue Fin’s praises after my most recent visit. For my 40th birthday last week, I wanted my birthday celebration at Blue Fin with my closest friends. There were 7 of us and we were really loud (so sorry)! The chef brought out the sushi and very politely, asked us to bring the volume down. He was super sweet with his approach. The restaurant closed at 8:30 and we were there till 9:30, everyone had left.I really could not thank Blue Fin enough for their patience on a loud Wednesday night. They really went above and beyond.The sushi is dynamite too, best in the area. My go to’s for the last 15 years: Wasabi shumai, Davitch roll and No Name II.Thank you BlueFin, for everything! “INCREDIBLE vegan and vegetarian sushi options! Typically the only veggie sushi offered is cucumber and avocado. Mino goes above and beyond with an entire section of vegetable rolls with substance to them. The server was highly attentive and topped off our waters often. “We had previously always gone to Vic's in Rosemont... (ie Near Villanova). This location in Havertown is fantastic. They are reasonably priced, but the food is always fresh and super good. I highly recommend the three roll deal :-) Their menu is expanding as well. Outside of traditional sushi, they have other entrées as well. I was shocked at how good some of the food was. “Located in a small strip center with a small parking lot and across the street from a much bigger lot, Osushi is a gem. We arrived for a late lunch. We started with the tofu miso soup (would prefer more tofu) that was tasty and a larger than typical serving. The tuna dumpling, tricolor tobiko roll, and the Naruto roll are pictured. The tuna dumpling included mango which compliments the overall taste. The visual appeal of every dish was outstanding (see the attached pictures). “I’d heard about Ronin from a previous manager who would order their sushi and it always looked good. I was in the mood for Ramen and they came up in my search. It was a small shop, nicely decorated. Most people came for take out, there was a couple dining in when I arrived so it was nice and quiet. The food service was quick, everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. My bf ordered the shrimp and veggie tempura bento box, and a chicken katsu bao special. I ordered the Crazy Boy roll special and Shimp Tom Yum ramen. “We ordered on DoorDash. The bag was stapled at the top to be held upwards but the food was sideways. My rolls got soaked in sauce. Not a terrible thing but I’d prefer they were crispy. Highly recommend a different bagging/to go technique. The food was delicious nonetheless. I enjoyed everything in my bento box. The miso soup was good too. The dumplings were tasty but i had to pick out the beans/green vegetables was on it. Personal preference but other than that i will definitely order again. The salad was good wish it were more but it was a lunch combo so not complaining at all. Their ginger salad dressing was amazing.“

“I used A+ SUSHI to cater a party at my home for 30 people. I chose 8 different items from their extensive menu. Besides the sushi ingredients, the chef/owner and his wife brought all the necessary supplies (chop sticks, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, etc.). They made dozens of rolls for an all-you-can-eat dinner. We also got the Bryn Mawr roll, because we were there to drop our youngest off at Bryn Mawr for freshman year. We ended up ordering two rounds of rolls and man do I wish I had room for more because they were ALL fantastic, but I am still drooling over that Bryn Mawr roll. “Second time I've been here and the chicken green curry just hits for me, savory and filling with depths of flavor. Other places I go to make it too ginger-forward but Wasabi 2 does it right. We also got the chicken yakitori, tuna nigiri, tuna roll, and fabulous roll (tuna inside and out)! Great service with water refills and ordering takeout. An amazing spot for ordering out or a clean, cozy space for dining in! I love to visit after a run to Costco nearby.“

“Chikara is a sushi and Asian fusion restaurant in downtown Phoenixville. I often use DoorDash to order food from there and that's the only reason why I'm not giving it five stars. when using DoorDash and you select the lunch sushi options you're giving the option of a soup or a salad but there's nowhere to select the soup or the salad and therefore they default by giving you nothing. I recently learned after calling the restaurant that I'm supposed to put it in the notes in the order what I wanted which I appreciate them taking the time to explain that to me but the first couple of orders were frustrating because I didn't receive the soup that I wanted. I'm not sure how much of that is a restaurant issue versus a DoorDash issue but I enjoy their food. I have yet to sit down inside.“

“I did an online carry out order, while picking sushi items I saw an odd question: Do you want soy sauce? I always thought sushi is supposed to come with soy sauce. I said “yes”. After taking the food home, it turned out that they forgot to include the soy sauce, and it was not worth driving several miles to go back. I would suggest Vic to include soy sauce or train their people not to forget it.“

For 2 people, we ordered 3 apps, 2 entrees and a sushi roll and I think that was plenty with some leftovers to take home. We ordered the rock shrimp (hit), shishito peppers (wouldn't recommend), short rib buns (hit), chicken yakitori udon (fav), hibachi beef (not bad) and the summer roll (didn't like one bit). If there's one thing I'd recommend it's the noodles- it was well sauced- not too salty and the bounciness of the udon made it so yummy!
