“I frequently go to this Dunkin Donuts, and always happy with everything. This Saturday I ordered my drinks but was embarrassed at the window because I had forgotten my wallet. The manager was soo nice he gave me my drink and just asked that I come back later today. I did so, and was so pleased with their kindness.“

“The food comes out quickly and the donuts always taste amazing!! The boba is really enjoyable, and the owner(I’m assuming) is friendly every time I come in. My only small complaint is that the tables and floors can tend to be sticky, but Im sure that could be due to a lack of staff?“

“The place is inside the State Of Delaware Carvel Building. In a corner on the second floor, you can see it from far once you enter through the building doors. You have to go through super quick security check.
My cold brew was great and Bruno really followed my indications with the amount of flavor and milk. Excellent place and attention!“

I have craved Dunkin coffee for three days and today I solved that problem by purchasing my large decaf hot coffee, black with chocolate cookie. So delicious 😋 I was assisted by the test manager. He was so nice, polite and friendly and had such a sweet smile. I enjoyed interacting with him and I remembered to ask for my senior discount. That is always a good thing. “Such a different experience compared to other locations nearby. The moment you walk in, people hold the door and say “good morning,” and the whole place just feels welcoming. The staff is friendly, quick, and on top of the orders. Last time we were there they even gave us free Dunkin pens, which was a really nice touch. This is the Dunkin we’ll keep coming back to.“

“I googled to see what time they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 8pm. So I ordered from the app at 640pm.

As my love and I were driving to do a U-turn, saw that the Dunkin (Naamans Rd) was dark. We pulled up, and someone came to the door and opened it for us.

It was after 7, and they waited for us to show up. This has been our dunkin for a while now, mind you, there is a dunkin (Philadelphia Pike) 3 minutes from us.

We will take the extra time to come to this dunkin on Naamans Rd, because their coffee is always amazing. Delicious food, always a smile.

“I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. You can just tell that she actually cares about her job and the customers that come in. that girl definetly deserves a raise!!!“

This location is one of my favorites. I have not visited in awhile. It was great to be back. Plenty of parking here plus there are several available handicapped spaces. “I have only ever had positive experiences here! The woman who is at the drive-thru window when I leave work every day to grab a cup of coffee is so kind and fun to talk with. She even remembers me by my face and my order! It makes me feel so full of joy to know that I am remembered and cared about!
