“I frequently go to this Dunkin Donuts, and always happy with everything. This Saturday I ordered my drinks but was embarrassed at the window because I had forgotten my wallet. The manager was soo nice he gave me my drink and just asked that I come back later today. I did so, and was so pleased with their kindness.“

“Food: Food is fun, unique and made relatively fast. A plethora of options to try! There is certainly at least one thing on the menu that you could find that you would enjoy! Mochi donuts are fun and well made. They all have a slightly similar taste and are a bit pricey however still recommended and worth at least trying, but are overall tasty! The boba tea is just as any other reputable place in the area in flavor and price. They have vegetarian options.

Service: Staff is extremely friendly, personable, and helpful! They have a smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their career. They are willing and capable of genuine small talk and working at the same time! They are willing to take time out to speak on their unique menu!

Atmosphere: Overall store is seemingly clean and well kept-up! A place were regardless of age you'd have a nice time sitting to eat, however the space is a bit quaint. They offer a white board to write situations for food items for the store to sell where you can leave your own food creations for them to try! No restroom from what I can see.

“The place is inside the State Of Delaware Carvel Building. In a corner on the second floor, you can see it from far once you enter through the building doors. You have to go through super quick security check.
My cold brew was great and Bruno really followed my indications with the amount of flavor and milk. Excellent place and attention!“

“I literally drive out of my way just to go to this location. The managers are very nice and understanding and are willing to make it right if you have an issue. My favorite barista is definitely sophie she really goes above and beyond for the customers and is always pleasant. You can just tell that she actually cares about her job and the customers that come in. that girl definetly deserves a raise!!!“

“Such a different experience compared to other locations nearby. The moment you walk in, people hold the door and say “good morning,” and the whole place just feels welcoming. “I googled to see what time they closed. I mistakenly thought they closed at 8pm. So I ordered from the app at 640pm.

As my love and I were driving to do a U-turn, saw that the Dunkin (Naamans Rd) was dark. We pulled up, and someone came to the door and opened it for us.

It was after 7, and they waited for us to show up. This has been our dunkin for a while now, mind you, there is a dunkin (Philadelphia Pike) 3 minutes from us.

We will take the extra time to come to this dunkin on Naamans Rd, because their coffee is always amazing. Delicious food, always a smile.

Thank goodness, I remembered to ask for my senior discount which is 5% off the purchase. I purchased a medium decaf hot coffee, black with butter pecan. I paid in cash and I asked for my receipt. “This Dunkin' location in Havertown has great employees that try to get the customers food finished in a good amount of time but sometimes the employees get overwhelmed with too many customers ordering on the weekend mornings. It's not the employees fault for long food check times, it's just that too many customers show up at one time. I think this certain location is understaffed on the weekend mornings due to the volume of customers coming in. The back food area, where employees prepare the customers hot food was doing great. Dunkin food bags were piling up waiting for the rest of the order to be completed. Keep up the good work 👍-Good Luck on getting a couple of more employees on the weekend mornings.“
