“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. Toi ensured that my food came out correctly and didn’t make it seem like I was asking for too much (unlike serves in the past)! Now that’s GREAT service! “i visited this place the day after four chord festival in July during that insane heat wave. needless to say, I was extremely dehydrated and needed SOMETHING. I literally have never had such a fresh, pure tasting smoothie in my life. I felt sooo good after having one, that I came back for a second one. I cannot stress how much this place is a must-visit every time I come to Pittsburgh from the mason-dixon. 5 stars isn't enough.“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. This one did not disappoint!
The man making the drinks was super friendly and extremely insightful!
He helped us pick out flavors and everything with some recommendations and they did not disappoint!
We got a strawberry puree matcha the strawberry flavor was very subtle but the perfect for a lightly sweetened flavor
And I got a lavender iced matcha (my favorite!)
It was the perfect ratio of everything!“

“I stopped by Brave Bean on North Shore recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. I ordered a chai latte with whole milk, but unfortunately, it was way too strong for my taste. There was so much chai and not enough milk that it threw off the balance—it came out way too spicy and intense to enjoy. The atmosphere wasn’t quite what I expected. It had more of a cafeteria vibe and felt kind of empty—maybe I just came at a quiet time, but I was the only person there. That said, the barista was very kind and friendly, which definitely helped brighten the visit. Also, they have a wide selection of drinks, almost like a smaller, local version of Starbucks—which could be a plus if you’re into variety.“

“Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

The coffee is always consistent it tastes and looks the same no matter who makes it or how busy they are, which is extremely important to me.
