“First time dining at Firebirds, and I’d give it 5 stars. Our server, Shelby, was great, made us feel welcomed, answered all our questions, fun to talk to, I had the salmon, perfectly cooked, husband had a filet, also cooked perfectly medium rare, and the steak penne is an outstanding dish, which our daughter ordered. Highly recommend

“Everything was fantastic, waitress and host were very nice and accommodating. Food is always so good, although a little expensive it is always worth it. Had 2 filets cooked to different temps and they nailed it. Love the view and appreciate the valet!“

Lobster bisque was delicious. Caesar salad had a strong lemon flavor and lobster tail also had a creamy rather than butter sauce, for those with specific expectations. Christian is an excellent waiter-server. Overall a very pleasant experience, although on the pricey side.“
