“Driven by the place a few times and stopped for dinner based upon a recommendation. It is located on Rt 413 at the intersection with Rt 202. Their menu has enough variety for nearly everyone and the portions were very large. The prices were reasonable and they also have both an early bird special plus a daily dinner special that is very good and inexpensive. The wait staff was really very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy about the place, it has an old school feel to it. There are a lot of seats at the bar plus some booths and tables. We would definitely go here again.“

“Anton's at the Swan never disappoints. Love that you can get the bar menu and dinner menu wherever you eat. My 5 dining companions were anxious to try the scrumptious dinner menu while I can never pass up the potato and red onion pizza. We were all happy campers. Two of the six of us never usually finish their entrees but they devoured every morsel of the halibut. The duck was perfectly prepared as was the hangar steak, were all anxious to return.“

I had my food delivered through uber eats, but the driver left the milkshake. I went back and the owner was there and very accommodating about it. It really changes your experience when you receive genuine nice customer service.“

“Very nice anniversary evening at the inn. We had not been there in many years. There have been a few different owners in the recent past but it still feels familiar. Different but familiar which I think is great. My friend is running the place now and seems to have put together a great team and some very nice dishes. Just last week we were texting about the inn and the menu and I mentioned the famous tomato bisque that the inn used to serve. Well not even 10 days later it’s back in the menu, which I think will be a welcome surprise to the local crowd. We are looking forward to returning.“

“I don't want to bash a business especially since my feedback is specific to me being a vegetarian but last night's dinner was a disappointment (the only time I've been disappointed at Bowman's). We typically grab lunch or dinner a few times a year at Bowman's. We stopped for dinner last night and it seemed like there were less vegetarian options than the last time I was there. I ordered a veggie burger substitution for the $20 burger and was charged $24. It seems silly to charge an extra 20% considering the most expensive part of a burger is the actual beef burger. I'll check the menu every so often if there's any new vegetarian entrees but in the meantime, it's going to be a while before we go back to Bowman's which is a bummer because we've always liked it. Go elsewhere if there's a vegetarian in your group.“

My wife ordered the wedge salad with steak and the steak was good portion and cooked perfectly medium rare. The wings are some of the best around. I highly recommend getting wings. We like the Sweet tai chili and the garlic teriyaki the best but the buffalo wings are great too!“

“nice atmosphere in general. food was good for the most part although lobster tail was mushy. appetizers were delicious. more than the mishaps with food the service was extremely slow. had a 5:45 reservation. main course came about at 7:30. the staff is friendly. they were overly crowded so guessing that's why they were so slow. this is my second time here. first experience about a year ago was top notch. overall I'd dine here again just to see if that most recent visit was a fluke.“

We always have a good time?drinks are reasonably priced, and the other patrons are usually super friendly.We love the staff, we love Rick the regular DJ and we never feel unsafe at this bar. The regulars welcome new comers very easily ?✨️? and everyone gets a chance to sing as long as Rick is In charge of the roster.The bartender is a stand up guy too. This passed Sunday, closer to 2am, (6/19) a belligerent drunk started to say all sorts of ugly things about the LGBTQIA+ and black people. As soon as the bartender was made aware, he quickly told that "man" and his friends to get out.The regular DJ, Rick is currently on his vacation and his fill-in apparently shares the opinion of the disgusting bigot, my friends heard him say "I don't care about all that juneteenth stuff, I just don't want *them* near my car."I don't know who this dj thought his audience was, but that kind of comment is not appreciated. “I don't often write reviews, but when something actually performs beyond expectation, I can't help but share. My wife and I went to Stella for our 29th anniversary and had a WONDERFUL time. We had such a good meal from the appetizer to the main course, and finally the amazing dessert. And the drinks!!! Outstanding. Our bartender, Logan, was a ton of fun as well. We are so happy to have had the chance to spend and evening at Stella. We can't wait to go back. FIVE STARS for sure!“

“Myself and three friends had come in to eat dinner and decided to sit at the bar. It was a very busy Saturday evening and yet we loved our meal [as always] but it seemed extra special this time because we had a terrific server named Allison who told us she was new there. You would never have guessed that by the way she handled herself. We were served our meal just as we requested and our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. She made our experience better then we ever had before. We then came back the next week and we were told she was gone. She told us she loved working at your restaurant and to be honest she made our night the best time we ever had there. We are going to find out where she is now. Do you know? She is the type of bar server that we would follow. I can not imagine why she would leave a place that she was so happy at. We also heard a few other patrons mention her name and had specifically come into Tony's just because she worked there and leave because she was not there. Big loss to your establishment! “Shame on you Iron Hill Newtown for cheaping out at your Girl Scout cookie pairing event. Last year 8 cookies/ beers were offered plus 1 extra for King of the Hill members. Now it’s 4 per flight no KOTH bonus. Plus to find out that the flights are not fresh poured but from growlers for the event was as true disappointment. We do not recommend the Brewers Breakfast. We have been loyal Iron Hill patrons for over 15 years at multiple locations.“
