“Driven by the place a few times and stopped for dinner based upon a recommendation. It is located on Rt 413 at the intersection with Rt 202. Their menu has enough variety for nearly everyone and the portions were very large. The prices were reasonable and they also have both an early bird special plus a daily dinner special that is very good and inexpensive. The wait staff was really very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy about the place, it has an old school feel to it. There are a lot of seats at the bar plus some booths and tables. We would definitely go here again.“

“Every time we go to Lambertville, we make sure we eat here. The food never disappoints. Their mushroom soup is one of the best things I've ever tasted in my life. I love that the sides to their main dishes are always amazing. It's not like you're getting some steamed veggies with your steak. Literally EVERYTHING tastes amazing. On top of that, the owners are the sweetest people. They really make it feel like you're just coming over to their place for dinner. It's clearly important to them that everyone loves the food and loves their time there. Can't recommend more!!!“

“I attended a work holiday dinner here. I've never been here before. Everything was very good. I didn't care for my veggies. Some a little overcooked, and my Brussel sprouts were hard. My filet was delicious and cooked to perfection with a delicious little sauce. My mashed potatoes were also very good. The service was exceptional, and drinks were very generous. I can't comment on the price/value since I never saw the bill, but I would definitely recommend!!“

“We used Tina to cater my uncles surprise 70th birthday party. The brisket was delicious and is a must try! The potato salad was so creamy and seasoned perfectly. The crispy chicken was tender and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The pierogies, pear salad and cabbage were also super tasty, all the guests were complimenting the food. Jesse who came to set up was pleasant, efficient and friendly, we will definitely be using Tina for our future catering needs!“

“Tonight's trip was for our anniversary. We had our first date here nearly 20 years ago. The food has always been good. The prices have definitely gone up but I will likely get 3 meals out of my one entree. The service is always great and today our waitress was Jackie who was exceptionally sweet. Would definitely recommend.“

“I don't want to bash a business especially since my feedback is specific to me being a vegetarian but last night's dinner was a disappointment (the only time I've been disappointed at Bowman's). We typically grab lunch or dinner a few times a year at Bowman's. We stopped for dinner last night and it seemed like there were less vegetarian options than the last time I was there. I ordered a veggie burger substitution for the $20 burger and was charged $24. It seems silly to charge an extra 20% considering the most expensive part of a burger is the actual beef burger. I'll check the menu every so often if there's any new vegetarian entrees but in the meantime, it's going to be a while before we go back to Bowman's which is a bummer because we've always liked it. Go elsewhere if there's a vegetarian in your group.“

“Very nice anniversary evening at the inn. We had not been there in many years. There have been a few different owners in the recent past but it still feels familiar. Different but familiar which I think is great. My friend is running the place now and seems to have put together a great team and some very nice dishes. Just last week we were texting about the inn and the menu and I mentioned the famous tomato bisque that the inn used to serve. Well not even 10 days later it’s back in the menu, which I think will be a welcome surprise to the local crowd. We are looking forward to returning.“

“Victoria was awesome as our server! I had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp with a side of broccoli and Backyard Blackberry Lemonade and they were amazing. My mom and I also had the Lava Cake for dessert. It’s huge and very rich, so keep that in mind when ordering after dinner. My dad had the brownie bite and it was the cutest little dessert but he said it was the perfect size after eating dinner.“

We always have a good time?drinks are reasonably priced, and the other patrons are usually super friendly.We love the staff, we love Rick the regular DJ and we never feel unsafe at this bar. The regulars welcome new comers very easily ?✨️? and everyone gets a chance to sing as long as Rick is In charge of the roster.The bartender is a stand up guy too. This passed Sunday, closer to 2am, (6/19) a belligerent drunk started to say all sorts of ugly things about the LGBTQIA+ and black people. As soon as the bartender was made aware, he quickly told that "man" and his friends to get out.The regular DJ, Rick is currently on his vacation and his fill-in apparently shares the opinion of the disgusting bigot, my friends heard him say "I don't care about all that juneteenth stuff, I just don't want *them* near my car."I don't know who this dj thought his audience was, but that kind of comment is not appreciated. “Myself and three friends had come in to eat dinner and decided to sit at the bar. It was a very busy Saturday evening and yet we loved our meal [as always] but it seemed extra special this time because we had a terrific server named Allison who told us she was new there. You would never have guessed that by the way she handled herself. We were served our meal just as we requested and our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. She made our experience better then we ever had before. We then came back the next week and we were told she was gone. She told us she loved working at your restaurant and to be honest she made our night the best time we ever had there. We are going to find out where she is now. Do you know? She is the type of bar server that we would follow. I can not imagine why she would leave a place that she was so happy at. We also heard a few other patrons mention her name and had specifically come into Tony's just because she worked there and leave because she was not there. Big loss to your establishment!
