“Pleasant, clean, tastefully done, coffee and deli shop. Beatles-themed Family owned. They aim to please. Asked for decaf; none immediately available. Owner, listening in preparation area, instructed person taking my order to make some, even though close to closing time. Excellent customer service.Excellent variety of sandwiches and bagels. Fond of lox and bagel, tuna melt and pastrami sandwiches. Good pastries and cookies too.“

“So Subway put up a steel screen over the meats, and now the customer can't see the selection of meat. I prefer to see what I'm selecting. Service this day was better than usual. The young man who waited on us was friendly . He was the only one working . All the other employees had quit. He and one another and his manager was it. Hope he gets some help. We took ours to go. But 5 star for service that day.“

“I stopped by a few days ago and ordered a Footlong, and Alex was very warm and friendly, and took the time to make my sandwich. I understand some of the employees were new, so speed was a little bit off, but service made up for it! Will definitely be back again! So happy we have a Subway in Charleroi!“

“Not a bad location, the building is currently under construction so everything was a bit out of place but the inside is finished being renovated and looks good. Service wasn't too bad either and I was able to get in and out in about 5 minutes. Once construction finishes up on the rest of the truck stop it should be a great “

“We were dummies who ordered from the wrong location but everyone here was super friendly and actually seemed interested in solving our problem - like above and beyond. They called the other store and tried to get the order cancelled or transferred - we decided we could just grab it because it was still close but this level of customer service is majorly appreciated!“

“Always check your receipts… twice the cashier added a tip to the card without me knowing… i got 3 subs (1) nothing but cheese. Two pieces of provolone cheese on too and some mozzarella sprinkled on the bottom of the sub… (1) pepperoni only… nothing else !!! & (1) Italian sub. Total charged to my card…. 41.00 !!!! No I didn’t get a receipt and was told a different total. Checking my bank account about a week later and I see a 41.00 for Subway. ?. Always,Always,Always get your receiptsI went back down there and said something to the girl that rang me up the first time… she remembered me but couldn’t explain how it came to 41.00. She did ask for my receipt… So keep & check your receipt. Other than that. It’s clean, friendly and convenient ?“
