“I recently stopped by Subway to pick up an online order for my niece, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The manager (I believe) was in the middle of preparing the order, and when I let her know I was there for my niece’s pickup, she kindly reassured me it would be ready shortly.

While waiting, I complimented the store on its new remodel (it looks great!), and even the young man who was on his break joined in the conversation—he was so pleasant and friendly. Before I knew it, the manager had already finished the order and personally brought it out to me in the lobby. We all got caught up chatting, and I didn’t even realize how much time had passed until my niece called asking for her food!

“this was left on my bag, i suggest whoever runs this location lets door dash know when you close so your employees don’t have to stay longer than they are scheduled. i would not have ordered if i knew it was going to force them to stay. i’m sorry to the employees and i hope this gets fixed. my food was still perfect despite the time.“

I obciously am a ceteran and appreciate the fact that business lime primantis are willing to do allot more than just ty for your service , and hook you up with spme grat food for free . “The staff is excellent and very caring. They are the perfect business for that plaza, especially because it's near one of Allegheny Health Networks treatment centers. People that come and go from that plaza need love and a smile. Thank you for making our day when we come to eat. On top of the great service the food is always fresh and excellent. “Stopped in on my drive back to New York. I heard good things about it. The sandwich was just ok, could've used more meat and toasted bread. I was also charged double for an upgrade and charged extra for fries that came with the trio. I can say I've been there but probably wouldn't go back.“

“At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time.

Unfortunately the amout of meat that SUBWAY puts on there hoagies, just not worth the money anymore...such a shame“

“We love Jimmy John’s, we had two in Morgantown WV, but they are currently closed. We were driving back from Wexford starved and googled sub shop near us, they popped up!
We google mapped when we got there the door said they closed in 15 minutes. We walked through the door and didn’t go all the way in, there was a young boy standing at the side of the counter and he looked at me and I asked “is it too late to get a sandwich” because I didn’t want to rudely dirty up things that they may have cleaned. He ignored me and looked back down. There was a second young boy behind the cash register. He looked up at me “I ask is it too late to get a sandwich”? He also didn’t answer but looked a me and looked at a young lady, the manager, she came from towards the back and ask smiling, “can I help you”? I said yes, I just wanted to know if we could still get a sandwich”? and she politely and kindly said yes you can, and took my order.
The two boys were not happy and their faces showed it.
Thanks to the manager she was sweet and kind. We got two really good nightclub sandwiches. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and the store was very clean.
The parking lot isn’t the easiest to get out of with a big truck but it was so worth it!
After we got our sandwiches, we were sitting in our car eating and three other people went in the door before 6 o’clock, and she took them too.😊“
