“Good Food, Awesome Staff, the amount of pictures of the owner was a touch I found odd, and something called "CumbBurger" had me laughing.Extra star given to offset Karen's one star because she brought in a party of 8 when they were already busy.This place is small, I would never try to bring more than 6 people at once, even then you would need 2 tables.Cumb, you seem like a fun guy, maybe even fun enough to bring in more business by just being there to talk to, but it kind of felt like a museum dedicated to your accomplishments.Keep living life to the max, I'd definitely come back.“

“A group of 8 went to celebrate Galentine's. The service was amazing. They checked on us frequently to make everything was good. They played birthday song for someone else and notice we sang and were wishing happy birthday to someone at our table. Boom they brought the hat, a dessert and played the music again for us. We had a memorable evening. Esther was our wait staff I believe. Thank you for taking care of us. Thank you for making our Valentine's fabulous!“

“We’ve been going to Elly’s since we moved here a few years back and it’s a true testament to we need more women owned businesses. The food is killer. The staff is fantastic. The atmosphere has something for everyone. Their food is moderately priced for good portions, and they have amazing specials - $5 happy hour menu and $10 rotating entree special. “Prices are terrific, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect out of a tavern, with a bonus from some potted plants.

The soup du jour, a spiced black bean soup, was out of this world. The fried pickles were the best fried pickle wedges I've ever had, with some terrific batter. The wings were good. The sauces were delicious, especially the spice golden BBQ sauce we had (golden goldenboy, I think). The only thing was they weren't crispy.

“Cash only joint! Smallish neighborhood gem. Looks unassuming from the outside but it's just perfect for the locals. No beers on draft and that's a little sad but the delicious food totally makes up for it. The bartenders/waitstaff are always friendly, attentive and funny. Since we moved to Mount Washington, we're pretty much slowly becoming regulars so there go our plans to lose weight this year ?“

“Their Sunday brunch is amazing! Food is delicious and they offer a great menu. I recommend pairing it with some fun drinks and great friends. They also serve awesome drinks like mudslides, banana monkey, or dirty monkey, and some good fruity drinks, do not hesitate to name your favorite, or don't be afraid to try something new. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Servers are always great and pleasant from my experiences as well! Street parking only but it's free. It also may look like a "hole in the wall" before going inside but it's far from that. It's recently renovated and has a modern but classic bar feel and look. “Absolutely enjoyed this bar! Their drinks were good and the night my friend and I went they plaued great music. Since it was snowy, there wasnt a large crowd, but we had fun regardless.

The bartender was friendly and gave us drink suggestions and made good talk. We watched sports on tv, talked, and overall had a good time. Bathrooms were clean, dancefloor is fun.

Highland is a nice little hole in the wall that all the locals know and love. Not very big but bigger than it looks. It's only got one pool table and dart board, but we take turnes like good kids to use it. There a couple tables to sit and enjoy or sit at the bar and get funky with the bar. Lol it's a good time.“

“Garvey's is a fantastic place nestled in Southside slopes.We stumbled upon when we were walking from the slopes to the flats. Bartender James was a lot of fun. They don't serve food but you can order in. I showed up with my whole football crew and we brought snacks and sandwiches. Felt just like tailgate! They have a fun bowling game in the back room. We also bought Garvey's Tshirts and hoodies. What a blast“
