“the dining room was so quiet until we were leaving then nice music started playing. the food is good but was served so cold. i like my food nice and hot! i was able to pick the whole cup of soup up and drink it down bc it was so cold.. the crab cakes were good but cold.. the shrimp was like frozen before hand bc the texture seemed weird.. i was too hungry to care about the temperature. plus i want the bread n butter asap ppl come there hungry n bread n butter is key so bring it out immediately! texas roadhouse is killing the industry with them rolls n cinnabutter AS U SIT DOWN ITS GREAT!! b more like texas roadhouse! cant wait to eat my leftovers from piacquadios bc im gonna make sure the food is hot... also u can hear the whole entire kitchen workers conversations from the dining room! please have music going!“

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. “Awesome small restaurant in the Strip. Exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary-cozy, calm, super tasty. I also think price is genuinely super worth it - $45 per person for 2 courses + tip is crazy. First course comes a bit small as expected, but second course was surprisingly filling. Scallops were great, duck pappardelle was super rich, sausage ragu was very flavorful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small restaurant that knows what it’s doing. Even treated us to glasses of sparkling wine on the house!“

“We were there on Saturday at 4pm. Parking lot already had at least 1/2 dozen cars. Did not have reservation so decided to eat at bar. I have never eaten at bar seating before so I wasn’t sure if I would like it. Let me tell you, it was so enjoyable! The bar was completely full within 15 minutes and the bartender was awesome. She was so friendly and competent. Complete pro!! No one was ever waiting for anything! Food was delicious. I will definitely sit at this bar and eat anytime.“

“We have been going to Piccolo Forno for years. It is my favorite restaurant. The staff is outstanding. The food is creative and menu items are changed regularly to make use of seasonal ingredients. There are so many delicious choices on the menu that it is difficult to decide what to order. The food is reasonably priced and the corkage fee is less than most restaurants. This restaurant is a gem for anyone who loves delicious Italian food!“

The staff is so friendly and kind!! I also love that they have a few parking spots reserved for takeout costumers since that parking lot can get busy. Only downside is that they are closed on Sundays when we often want to order takeout“

“We went to the newly renovated Moon Township location. The food was absolutely amazing and flavorful! Portion sizes were huge! We’ll definitely be back. We gave the service a 3/5 stars not because of our waitress (she was outstanding) but because of the rude “front desk” employee! I’ve seen multiple other complaints about what I can assume is the same person. This employee nearly ruined our experience!“

“I moved to Pittsburgh about two years ago from New Jersey for my studies. I ended up living around the corner from this place for about a year before moving to Shadyside. This place has consistently had great food, and has always felt like a reliable choice for take out. My friends and I have gotten their pizza, gluten free pizza, cheesy bread, and their wings. We would recommend all of those food items :)
