“Tugboats is everything you want in a neighborhood spot: friendly people, a welcoming vibe, and amazing food. Jimmy's pizza is hands down the best I've had in Pittsburgh so far and I'm from Philly and have eaten pizza all over, including New York. But you have to get down there early because they sell out of pizza often.
Momma Jackie and the staff treat everyone like family, and they absolutely adore my dog Freya with water, treats, and plenty of love. The deck is the perfect place to sit back with a slice, a drink, and your pup.“

“So, Red Lobster in Pleasant Hills was clean and had a menu with many options. I chose the shrimp skewers and added a scallop one. They were tasty. I added a side of Brussel sprouts. They were delicious. The biscuits were good. The baked potato was done well. All of the staff were friendly . It’s worth a return visit to try the Salmon Bowl or maybe the flounder.“

I came into town from Cleveland, Ohio, and my cousin recommended this place to me (we went together). I told them I was going to write a review on how deli the food is, and how won the service was as well. Kudos to you guys. You really know how to cook. I recommended the fish and wings. It's near Kennywood, so if you plan on spending some time at the park, please give Al's a try. It's really not designed for dining in, hence the three stars for atmosphere. 😉“

“Well, went to Storming Crab in homestead, pa. I was so disapointed. First I ordered a drink. Cranberry and top shelf vodka. Came with no vodka, plain cranberry. People at the bar said they didn't make that drink?? It took over 20 min for the girl to take our food order, which took another 20 min to get and when it came no ketchup or tartar sauce. So waited for condiments which never came, in the meantime we were done eating and another member of our party still hadn't received his seafood boil. Still no tartar sauce, shrimp very cold, now the seafood boil comes. Still no tartar sauce. So they cold shrimp was taken off the bill. I don't understand the time span, looks like they need more workers. Just too slow. I'm not going to give them another chance, first impression last impression plus corn was ordered and told Jazlyn was missing, never got it. With this service this place won't be here long.“

Everyone I dealt with, from the event coordinator, kitchen staff, and wait staff, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our event a special one. “My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“

“Our server, Neil, was fantastic. He was a true professional and made our dinner so enjoyable. He did not rush us at all and brought us 2 basket bags of homemade bread in addition to sending us home with some when he packed up my leftovers.
My husband had filet mignon (he loved it!) and I had the seafood trio. I highly recommend the seafood trio it was a very large portion. And a delicious creme brûlée.

“We needed a place that had power during the wind storm to feed our kids and actually called asking if they had a kids menu they said yes and even told us what was on it over the phone. We ended up going the kids got chicken, fries and applesauce. Husband and I got salmon and swordfish both vary good, the bread was good,my salad was good husband said the house dressing was a little strong but still good. The waitresses were all great and super friendly. Even the customers were all friendly. The place is a little pricey though so be prepared but worth it for the price, the amount of food and the service. We'll be back!“

“The service was fantastic! She was friendly, efficient, and patient with our table. I guess we picked the wrong day for a big group. It was their wing night. It was very busy. They had us sitting in front of the fireplace, which was very hot, and we were really crammed at our table. The appetizers were delicious, but my main course was a bit bland. I had the fettuccine with vodka sauce. It tasted much better as a leftover with garlic powder and parmesan cheese over it.“

“To the fearless incredible Queen behind the counter who didn’t hesitate to throw her jacket on and help me run door to door to try to help find a missing 9 year old child, THANK YOU. YOU ARE A HERO. You didn’t hesitate, and you acted in such a selfless and protective way and I’m glad we were both there when she found out he was safe and at home. I cannot imagine the stress and pain she was feeling and my heart desperately needed to hear the sound of her relief. I wanted to leave this review to show people how incredibly important it is to have community that is willing to step up and do the right thing, get the word out, and show up for your neighborhood. We are the ones that keep us safe. You are the kind of neighbor Mister Rogers told us to be. Also the food smelled incredible and if I hadn’t already had dinner I would have followed you back to the restaurant for some grub. 😋 Keep being awesome. 😎“
