“Personally I think this is the best China take out in Collingdale. The food is fresh and good. Not happy that they will not take a debit card (i think they will lose alot of business that way) but I guess somebody done somebody wrong for them to do that.“

“Until recently I was on the look out for a new Chinese restaurant (no pun intended) in a close enough range to Ridley. My go to place just took a nose dive. Became bland and overcooked. Like the average person I’m very particular about my Chinese food and really dislike trying new places. However, I have seemed to strike gold with this place. I’ve ordered 3 times before this review to be sure of consistency. Twice at night and once during lunch/brunch time.

While although limited to what I tried, everything has been excellent each time and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my meals. I’ve had the following pork egg rolls, shrimp egg rolls and cheesesteak egg rolls. Cheesesteak was my least favorite due to lack of beef in each of them but the others great. I’ve tried their general tsos which thus far is my favorite item. Pretty flavorful but 3/3 times in the combination plates they did not fill that side of the plate leaving a lot of air which I’m not accustomed to. Every place I’ve had combination plates always packs them to the brim but almost none of those places taste as good as theirs so I give them a pass on that. Their shrimp lo mein and chicken lo mein were very good. They do a really good wonton soup. Shrimp fried rice is good, they don’t skimp on shrimp in combo plates, pints or quarts which many places do. I enjoyed the chicken and broccoli as well.

Overall I’ve been very pleased with them so far and will be my go to place until further notice. Definitely worth giving them a shot if you’re in search of a new place.“

“The BEST food that I have had in years!!!! I ordered a little of everything because I’m picky and I hoped I would like at least one dish!!! Shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, sesame beef and hibachi chicken!!!! Delicious!!!“

“South Sichuan is serving up some massive portions of delicious food!

The dan dan noodles are spicy spicy, not just a lingering heat but heat as you chew. Definitely not for the faint of heart. The sauce was so creamy, nutty and savory. They were addicting! Such a large portion as well.

The salt and pepper wings were crispy, even with delivery. Massive wings. The slaw in the box added a nice freshness.

I ordered this for Christmas dinner, and they were so kind and put a cookie in the box as well. That was so thoughtful! I will definitely be ordering from here in the future.“
