She looked super busy but still answered our questions and kept up with us! The girls bathrooms are wonderful with the stall doors (2 locks!!) and it was very clean. Food was also good! “Went on a busy Friday night but hostess was able to accommodate myself and two daughters. I was in a rush and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service by the wait staff and kitchen. Everyone was pleasant, food was excellent (kids had burgers and fries and I had the chicken sandwich). Had a long drive home and we arrived at 7:15 and left by 7:50 with full bellies, fun atmosphere, great staff… which was ideal! Highly recommended!“

“For awhile, there was some turnover in the cook staff and the service and food was not very good to be honest. Some of these issues seem to have been fixed and changes have been made for the better. Service is much faster and food quality has improved. If you haven't been there in some time, give it another chance. I'm glad to be patronizing again.“

“Round The Clock Diner Stopped in on Saturday morning at the West York Pa. Round The Clock Diner to have breakfast. This place was just about full. It was neat, organized, and clean. We got seated right away and they took or drink order. Their coffee was hot and good. They then took or food order. I got 2 eggs, 3 sausages, Home Fries and Rye Toast. My wife got a Belgium Waffle covered in fresh Strawberries. Our order came out fast and looked good. It was hot, tasty, and large portions. My eggs were done perfect and everything on my plate was good. They even buttered my Rye Toast. My wife’s Belgium Waffle was very good, and the fresh strawberries were fresh. We have eaten at this place many times in the past and they have good food, give you large portions at great price. You really can’t go wrong dinning here. “We never have issue when coming here. Salad bar always stocked well and plenty of toppings for it. I like that there's hot options too. For $9.99 before 40 weekdays you can't beat it. Can add a burger/sandwich for just a tad more.“

“I was seated to my table quickly, but it did take several minutes for a server to get to my table. However, once my server got there, she was very friendly and professional, and the food was delivered in a timely manner.

Loved the Lyndon Nachos. It was one of the better nacho dishes I have had in a restaurant, and the Blue Mushroom Burger was great, too.

Overall, it is a great place, right off Route 30, and, if given the chance, I would go back.“

“I haven't eaten anything that wasn't delicious yet! The drinks are good and decently priced. You are allowed to smoke in the bar, so if cigarettes bother you, it's probably not the place to go for you. You can take your drinks into the bowling alley and play a few games while you drink! I always have a good time there.“

“I've been here a few times and have ordered out a few dozen times. The food here is good if not very good in my opinion. The Cheese Steak is very good especially on their Turnover bread. The only complaint is a couple of times I felt they under performed on the amount of cheese steak and toppings. The Fries are very good and I've always got nice hot salted just right. The Hamburgers are very good and big enough with fries to fill you up. The pizzas Ive had have been great as well and my girlfriend likes the Chicken, Bacon Ranch one the most and she is not a pizza person. Being from the Philippines she is more of fish eater than American Food. She also like their Chicken Cheese Steak again she doesn't eat red meat at all because in the Philippines she never really ate it, it was to expensive. They have a great selection of beer too, if you go to pick up a little early you can drink something while waiting. Long review but I wanted to get one out since I have always liked my food from there so far. I saw a few really bad reviews about the owner which shouldn't have much to do with their food. Order pickup and you won't even know who the owner is. People get drunk in bars and get kicked out then give a bad review since they evidently did something to draw the owners attention.“

“Had a very nice brunch. Food was slightly under seasoned. It was a Halloween bar crawl so it also took a little more time than usual for the food to arrive. But overall still a good brunch and good service.

“We had an absolutely wonderful meal at Hillside Cafe this evening. We decided to eat at the bar and Richard took very good care of us. I had a berry punch that was so delicious I had to have another. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday so we splurged. I got the House Special of a filet mignon (cooked perfectly) and a crabcake. Their crab cakes can not be beat! My husband got the T-bone and added a lobster tail he said they were both cooked perfectly. We could not leave without their peanut butter pie, so we got it to go. Hillside is our go to for fantastic food.“

“Old school style diner with nice offerings and a huge menu. It's been clean the bathrooms were nice and clean which is always important to me. My table had goulash and meatloaf. The entrees were good. The brussel sprouts were just heated up out of a can. Pretty blah. Service was excellent. Lots of parking. I would definitely eat there again.“
