“My clients wanted lunch from this location, so we decided to get it. The order was called in. I got the french bread pizza for myself. When I arrived, I parked in the private lot. I walked into a small, cute restaurant. I was greeted and the food was ready so I paid and left. When I dug in, surprisingly, the french bread pizza was a decent size for the low price. I dug in, and it wasn't bad at all. My clients like their food as well. All in all I had a good experience!“

I got one that was a desert cookie and my boyfriend got the ice chai latte which we both agreed was the best one we ever had! They are very welcoming and kind and helps you to any questions. “I decided to give this place a try after reading some reviews and had a craving for a poke bowl. I went with rice, broccoli, brussell sprouts, chicken, and tuna poke. I really enjoyed the rice, broccoli, chicken, and poke, although the poke upcharge was pricey and the brussell sprouts were tougher than I expected. I got takeout, which was super convenient with online ordering and quick pickup service.“

“Food and Fire kind of resemble a place by my old house called BJ's Brewhouse with it's industrial setting. Not so much a sports bar but has enough TVs for people to watch all types of games. However, I find the seating arrangement to be slightly sparse and empty, maybe could move a table or two and add a few more covers. Food is pretty good but needs salt all the way across the board. Had the smoke bombs and even the cream cheese was pretty bland. But, the smoky bacon carried the appetizer. Had the pit burger and it's pretty large, with the fries if you eat the whole meal you'll be stuffed. The bbq has quite the smoky kick which is nice, but lingers in your mouth and gut after. My wife got the pulled pork platter and her meat was greasy but not bad. Sister in law had brisket quesadillas which she liked. I'd return for other dishes, the brisket sandwich or a platter, but overall the menu is a bit small.“

“We visited for our third time on Valentine’s Day and had a phenomenal experience as always. I thought with the holiday we might feel rushed but the pace of the meal was great. It was plenty of time to get your fill of delicious food. My husband enjoyed all the meats offered. I ordered off the menu and my meal was delicious. “SO GOOD! It's a small cafe with seating inside, but I ordered take out. I got the meat stromboli, and it was full of flavor and I even had leftovers. I even got non-vegans to eat the buffalo and bbq wings and they liked them! Highly suggest this place, especially in an area where there aren't that many vegan options / restaurants.“

We had pumpkin ravioli to die for as an appetizer and I had chicken parm that was so tender and flavorful. My side of vodka linguini is a new favorite! So good! Hubby's chicken strips and penne was also great. I also recommend their strawberry salad. Always a great place to eat!“

In my limited experience with "The Electric City," this is far and away the best thing about it. “What a hidden gem! Going to Rich's is like taking a step back in time and feels so homey and cozy. I took a friend who was visiting from one of the biggest foodie cities in the US, and he still raves about how perfect and fluffy his pancakes were! I definitely recommend them. “What's up food crew, today I am at a place I have been trying to get to for a long time. This being Bobby O's. Now they offer a nice variety of food to eat, today it's all about the dogs. In the first segment I am at the diner where I am Hot Doggin' NEPA style where we celebrate the hot dog and not rate the hot dog. This is a berk's dog where I tried the bacon and cheese, this was very tasty, the cheese was a liquid cheese and they used bacon bits compared to just putting bacon strips on the dog. My second dog was the chili dog where the chili had a nice taste, my only critique is they just threw on big ass chunky onions, personally I like a finer chopped onion, The one employee agreed with me. Now in the second segment I brought home their Italian hoagie to eat later on. Now I must make a retraction from the video. Now I ordered their hoagie as like it comes just with sweet peppers and no hot. I also asked for mayo no dressing, now does this sound like a difficult request. Well, it must have because not only did they put the dressing on it, they put the mayo as well. UGH!!!! Now what I wanted to avoid happened, I had a soggy sandwich. Overall besides that mess up this was a packed hoagie, meats, cheese, soft bread, minus the soggy parts that is. They still get a big thumbs up and recommend to all to check them out. “Stopped off the highway on the way home from a road trip. The S.O. was born in the area and his uncle is friends with the owner and his cousin had worked there growing up, so we wanted to give the support. Great little unassuming spot. Grabbed seats at the bar. Drinks were perfect. Had the cappelletti to start-cant find those in central NY so that was a special treat. Tuna melt special for me hit the spot. If only we lived closer, this would be a regular spot for us.“

“We were greeted and seated immediately. Our table had crab cakes, grilled chicken, fried chicken and a seafood platter. The crab cakes were delicious and I believe better than some of our higher end restaurants.On another visit we had the lobster special and liver platter. “Welcome to my next review. This is Torony's Giant Hot Dogs! Now this is not the original location. If you are from the area back in my youth, this being the late 70's and early 80's, they were located on the corner of route 315 and jumper road in Plains. Speaking with the owner today I was told when PennDOT widened Jumper Road they were forced to move. After that they relocated to a building on Main Street not too far from the arena. Now as the owner told me the second location just didn't work out, so they eventually moved to the current location. Now as per the video it's a nice size location, not too big or too small. As I walked in I did speak with the owner off camera and explained why I do food reviews and in my own way help supporting the locals. Now as per the footlongs, I got one with just mustard and onions, and the other with everything being the mustard, onions, and the sauce. Now for the dogs, I didn't taste a snap, but these were grilled nicely, you got a good number of toppings, the chili had a unique taste, different from all the others. Now they do offer fries and burgers and other items but today it's all about the dogs. When we go Hot Doggin' we don't rate the hot dog we celebrate the hot dog with those awesome condiments. “Walked in and greeted by who ended up I believe is the owner. The western omelette was loaded with peppers and onions, and ham. A side of home fried potatoes with toast along with my large oj and white milk. Very friendly staff, great food.“

“Found this little gem when my husband was working in the area. I picked it based on the reviews and so glad I did. The place was hopping with customers and the bartenders did a fantastic job of keeping the drinks full.The owner helped us find a seat as soon as we walked in and the service from that point on was incredible! The young female bartender reminded me of myself in the “old days”. She had lots of energy to match the atmosphere and was speedy with your next beverage, served with a big smile.We each got wings and shared the garbage fries, which was all delicious!! Big crispy wings with crispy celery to match and they were not skimpy on the Bleu Cheese either.Hopefully our travels take us back this way because I’d love to visit again!!“

Appetizers, salads, steaks….However, last several visits the combination of food and service has been slightly sub par-One visit there was not Pino Grigio, and out of filet mignon. Same visit.One time our salads came after the meal. Very disappointing.
