“I'm a frequent customer at this Dunkin' and they consistently deliver! The staff are always friendly and my orders are always correct, even though I sometimes get a bit complicated with my large iced caramel craze latte (minus whip, with cookie butter cold foam, crumbles, and extra caramel). It's always delicious. Highly recommend!“

“Love this place. Donuts are the main thing they sell. Donuts are made right there, fresh and warm. Various flavors, from maple bacon, French toast; cinnamon sugar, lemonade, strawberry cheesecake, classic flavors you ask, and you will find it and more. “Whoever the mgr is you should be ashamed. I was at the Mount Joy location this past week and they were out of coffee filters. Those poor girls were overwhelmed with how to handle it. I heard the one worker tell another that she called the mgr and she had no plans of coming in. While I was there a customer came in yelling at the girls because of how long he had been waiting and wanted his money back. They had app orders lying there that they couldn’t fill because they couldn’t make any coffee. Their afternoon was only going to get worse. Again, shame on the mgr for not coming to their rescue!!!“

When talking with him at the window, he was the only one at the store and was preparing to run the store solo this morning. I have had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony many times at this store as I am a regular.
