“Small Venezuelan place that has burgers with a Venezuelan flair. Wife and I loved our food. Super unique, nice and juicy and a bit of handful with everything they stuff in there but that’s part of the fun. Smaller place so seating is a bit tricky. Don’t let the prices scare you off you get a TON of food.“

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

I am blown away at the quality of the chicken, far exceeds the “other chicken “ place we used to frequent. Not only does the chicken taste gods, sizes are appropriate & not more breading than chicken.

Fries …my fav! Love crinkle cut, even good after travel home. Now for the sauce….chefs kiss! I have to say I’ve never used the dipping sauces provided from other chains, but the Cane sauce is way too good to resist!

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“I've been eating Jim's since i was a teenager in the 60s. Unfortunately the famous sauce has been altered and was never as spicy as it is now. Too much heat and spice have ruined Jim's sauce.“

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

She needs to learn how to provide service where it is needed and/or wanted rather than inserting it by force at every possible moment. Quiet, unobtrusive service is the best way to go. It allows your diners to enjoy their meals and the company of their companions without interruption. YOU are not a guest at their table. Leave people alone. You are NOT helping anyone by surfing the dining room with expired coupons loudly proclaiming that they will be accepted. Shut up and stay behind the counter.“

“This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time.
My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance.
You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball.

“The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. Sometimes in the past, when I got a whopper, it just seemed to be not up to par, just seemed to be not as good as it usually is. Don't know if it wasn't fresh or what. When it's good, it's enjoyable. When it's not, it just leaves me disappointed.“
