“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

She walked around the entire restaurant and asked how everyone was doing if they needed anything or if they were satisfied with there food. Never in my 36 years have i seen this type of compassion, service and just a kind soul ever and especially not in no fast food.“

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“

She needs to learn how to provide service where it is needed and/or wanted rather than inserting it by force at every possible moment. Quiet, unobtrusive service is the best way to go. It allows your diners to enjoy their meals and the company of their companions without interruption. YOU are not a guest at their table. Leave people alone. “The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“

“This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time.
My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance.
You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball.
Not thrilled with this visit, but I will allow them to redeem themselves on my next visit.“

The restaurant was actually pretty clean, and the staff was friendly. The grilled chicken on our salads was served piping hot, and every ingredient tasted remarkably fresh.
