“I love Rita’s and will continue to come here regularly but it is unacceptable and to me it should not be allowed to only have one person attending many costumers! The girl who was working today 03/12/25 was amazing and was obviously working very hard to attend to all of us but the wait time was obviously very long (45mins to be exact) and because i drove from middletown to here i waited. I hope she gets to keep all the tips to herself!!!“
“Beautiful scenery. The apple farm is beautiful. Gorgeous lawns at MV. I absolutely enjoyed picking apples. The employees are kind and helpful. They pointed me to Fuji apples which is all I wanted. Fun for adults and kids alike!“

“Love coming here for the ice cream and treats for the pup! My husband and I always get milkshakes (which are delicious) and the staff let me mix 2 flavors (black raspberry and cookies & cream) and it was so good! Will continue to keep coming back“

“The gelato is absolutely one of a kind. Had the privilege of ordering the Cremino for Easter. It.Was.Delicious. My other favorites are the Coconut and the Caramel Sea Salt. “We went there yesterday evening after a bike ride on the trail and decided to grab some food from here for the first time. We had their ice cream before and it was good! We got some dinner food also this time and it was so good!! We loved how the inside looked! And it was so cute when the server came out with my son’s dinner, it was in a vintage looking car food box! My son loved it. My husband and I also played a little game of uno while we waited that they had on the table. The staff there were really friendly and helpful! Our experience there was really good! Highly recommend eating here or just stopping by for some ice cream!!“
“Awesome place to stop in for ice cream! Scoops were enormous and delicious! Tons of flavors. My buddy got a milk shake (which apparently they're known for) and said it was delicious.Lots of picnic tables to sit at outside as well as activities like arcade and nice looking mini-golf course. Highly recommend and definitely looking forward to returning for more of their ice cream! 2 scoops is plenty!! (though I got three :)“

“I would drive by this place, and without fail, it was always really busy. I figured it had to be a great place since it's always so busy. I also appreciate any local place that is not a large chain place. They make their own creations, and you can't compare what you get here for other places because it's truly so different. I will let you know they only take cash, but the gas station across the street has an ATM. I usually get their M&M Artic Creation. One time, I opted for a banana split, but I was truly unable to eat all of it. I felt like it weighed at least 3 to 5 lbs. If it was around when I would get ice cream with my grandma back in IA, it would have been a game changer. We always were able to get anything we wanted as long as we could eat it all. I ate my first banana split at 5 yrs old. I would never have been able to eat this banana split ever by myself. It's a great option if you are looking to share with others. Still look forward to going back and trying new things from time to time. Great staff too!!“
“Great place but staff needs to supervise the area way to many kids running around, un supervised, doing whatever they please and screaming their heads off. really needs some sort of supervision or something cause this is jist god awful.“

“I visited Rita’s for the first time today! I got black raspberry custard in a waffle cone and it was delicious! Dylan did a wonderful job taking my order! He had a big smile on his face and he was ready to take my order! I can’t wait to go back!😊“
“Don't listen to zach. This place is insanely good. 3 dollars for a cone 7 for half gallon and it's right next to a pool for Hershey members only.
Get the peach flavor or the coconut and all your worries will be cast off as you ascend into ice cream bliss.“

“On the night of my wife’s birthday, we found ourselves at the end of a long 4.5 hour car ride coming home, craving a special treat. We arrived just before closing (we know, everyone hates that) but employee Chris went above and beyond helping us out. He was patient, offered good suggestions, and hooked us up with a special blizzard complete with a lit birthday candle for my wife! If he’s not already shift manager, he should be! Someone give this man a raise! Thanks Chris!“
