“My brother and I decided that we desired Chinese food after a long morning and afternoon of doing errands on this Friday, February 26th, 2021. This was our last stop and I decided to stop here because I am a regular at Planet Fitness, which is within walking distance. My brother ordered spare ribs, while I ordered a small Wonton soup(My absolute favorite Chinese dish), shrimp and broccoli with brown rice and an egg roll. The gentleman that waited on us, told us that the entree of shrimp and broccoli, the egg roll comes with it. We took it home and ate it. The wait wasn't long and the food was worth the wait. We will be back. My brother and I enjoyed our food. A good experience!!!

Friday, January 2, 2026 - I decided to come here after a wonderful workout at the Edge Fitness Center in Deptford, NJ. I had a taste for Chinese food. It was okay this time. I was disappointed about the brown rice. I asked for brown rice and they gave me white rice with brown sauce. I thought that was taking the easy way out. Also I asked for steamed shrimp with mixed vegetables. I received a lot of broccoli and maybe one carrot and some small mushrooms. There were not enough mixed vegetables. There should have been more mushrooms and carrots., I will check my food the next time that I order Chinese food or any food at all. Also the Won ton soup, which I ordered a quart size, was mostly water and not a lot of won tons. The shrimp egg roll was good. My experience was ok today. However I do not think I will be returning here again. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants to patronize besides this one. “Made reservations at 7pm at loch bar for my sister’s birthday. I got there first and since my sister was a few minutes away, the host couldn’t seat me without her. My sister arrived at 7:05pm and the host informed us that it was busy therefore we would have to wait at the bar until there is a table available. I’m not sure what is the point of a reservation, if you won’t be seated right away. The bartender was really nice and welcoming. 20 minutes later, there was an open table. The appetizers were delicious especially the mussels!!!! The caviar and potato skin were sooo good as well. The oysters were fresh & cold just how I like it. I ordered shots of clase azul for my sister’s bday and we decided to do a bump of caviar & a shot of clase azul. It was a great combo! Thank me later.“

Typical Chinese takeout spot with a pretty standard menu. They have a great lunch deal during the week where you get an entree and either a soup or soda for like $10.

I’ve tried a bunch of things here and have never been disappointed. Portions are a good size and I usually have leftovers.“

The owner was very sweet and thoughtful which I truly appreciated. The food however wasn't the best tasting in the city. The chicken wings were the best part but barely noteworthy. It tastes like my shrimp and broccoli has been seasoned with old bay and my white rice was a bit soft. The fried was was tasty but the general tso chicken was small and a little chewy. AMAZING FOOD!

I'm vegetarian and I got the red Thai curry and it was So good! The lady at the register never got tired of hearing me say that. She was very lovely. Food was ready fast. I can't wait to go back and maybe try the green curry or one of the Chinese tofu dishes.“

The other Chinese place in Lansdowne is dirty and gross, so I'd been going to Drexel Hill for CJ Wok. “This was my first time getting delivery from this spot on Uber Eats. It did not disappoint. I had the steamed veggie dumplings, chicken egg foo young, and a spring roll with an option for house-made sauces. The steamed dumplings seemed to have been made by hand and stuffed with different vegetables, with a nice sweet garlic sauce on the side. The chicken egg foo young was the best I've had for delivery. The egg was nice and fluffy with a tasty gravy and white rice. If you opt for a spring roll, please get two because you will wish you had another; it was springin'. The house-made sauces beat out the packaged versions. The house-made duck sauce was delicious, but be warned that the mustard sauce will rattle the senses, yet your taste buds will want more. It's like if tasty and being cautious got together. I would order again from here.“

“Prices are a little high but overall the food is pretty good. Lunch special prices are great but outside of that orders can get very expensive very quick if ordering multiple things. Definitely call and order, don't use the online ordering cause the fee is ridiculous, like you could order an entire additional pint of anything on the menu with what you'll save calling in your order. General Tso's is always delicious tho sometimes I wish it was a little crispier. For whatever reason their Lo Mein is pretty bad anymore, used to be great. Food is always ready very fast, even delivery arrives really quick compared to anywhere else we order delivery from.

She informed me that she would call me back when the food was ready which she did. When we arrived the food was still super hot and fresh and ready. We ordered the house fried rice with wings platter, house lo mein no pork, and an order of broccoli in the brown sauce. The food was absolutely delicious!!!! The wings were large!!!
