“I did drive through, somebody placed a big order 2 cars up so naturally it would be slow. They did a good job even though some inconsiderate person placed an order stayed in line 2 minutes and pulled out, that was respectful! So you see, with all the stuff people complain about the store has a lot of it too on their end. Young fellows at the windows were very polite, order was correct, hot and tasted great! Will be back when in this area.“

“We were excited to visit this highly rated Coffee Shop for the first time. When we arrived from out of town we were unable to find accessible parking. There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. The place looks so unique & cool, so I’ll definitely return to scope it out on my own to see if I can come back with my physically disabled guests.“

“We're visiting from out of town, so I looked around on Google a bit for a brunch spot and found this place. It was a bit of a struggle to find parking, but we were able to be seated immediately without a reservation. Our server was so sweet and the food was delicious! Some of the best french toast I've ever had. Will definitely be back if in the area again!“

“Every chance I have I go there I love smell the cupcakes and the cookies when you first walk in the lady that worked behind the counter is so nice I would never hesitate to tell anybody about this place cuz it's got so good desserts. “Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.“

“My daughter is the most picky hot chocolate drinker I've ever met, and she does not like it too chocolaty (go figure) or too hot. I ordered a kid's hot chocolate, with a little less chocolate than normal and it was awarded the title of "best hot chocolate ever," by my 7 year old. I also really liked my caramel apple cider, so I guess we have a new favorite coffee shop now 😆“

“I have been to this locale twice since they have recently opened, it’s very convenient on my way to work in the morning, so I was excited when I saw they were opening here. Both times the service was fast, and the employees all super pleasant and cheerful. All the food and coffee was perfect, I am so grateful! “I usually stop by on my way back home to grab a coffee, charge/check my phone, and use the restrooms. The scariest part is coming off the intersection into the parking lot because traffic is constantly flowing, but people are usually considerate. Nice little Starbucks.“

“Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“Service depends if you get one of the young kids that truly look like they've never bought food anywhere else. The owners are fantastic and always deliver the correct portion size and correct orders all with a smile and a kind word! Awesome store!“

“Love Dunkin. They give our dog a pup cup every time he's with us. I only wish that they would handle when they are out of something better. I use the mobile app to pre-order. If they are out of something, they don't tell you, and if you don't check all of your items before you leave you play tag with customer service for weeks. If you do notice, they ask you if you want a refund. Will, what else would I want if you don't have what was ordered or something similar?
They need to do better with multiple items in an order as well. Many times I've had had to ask for my 2nd drink or munchkins/donuts for my kids when they hand me food. It's always like oh, um let me check on that. Smh. Do better!“
