“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. “The Market in Verona is so awesome. It is so great to go in and get good quality food that you can reheat at home. I recently got the Eggplant Parmesan, pasta and risotto balls. Everything was so delicious and enough for another dinner. My husband got the Chicken Parmesan and really enjoyed it also. The service at the Market is outstanding and it was so nice to also meet Andrew the owner. I am looking forward to coming back again and getting more of this high quality and delicious Italian Food that reminded me so much of what my Mommy used to make. I highly recommend them.“

Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“We have been going to Piccolo Forno for years. It is my favorite restaurant. The staff is outstanding. The food is creative and menu items are changed regularly to make use of seasonal ingredients. There are so many delicious choices on the menu that it is difficult to decide what to order. The food is reasonably priced and the corkage fee is less than most restaurants. This restaurant is a gem for anyone who loves delicious Italian food!“

My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. I highly recommend the Verona Village Inn.“

The most dangerous thing is the buckwheat focaccia. It's fluffy, soft and flavorful, and the variety of dipping options are mouthwatering individually. I love the vibe of the restaurant. It's hip without feeling forced, the staff is friendly and they play cool music. It's a great date night spot. Major drawback is the parking. It's on-street, and a crapshoot at best to find a spot near the door. But don't let that stop you from checking this place out. It's worth the trip. Pricing is in-line with most upscale dining in the city but not at the extreme upper end.“
