“Went for brunch since they have an outdoor patio that allows dogs, but it was a bit a chilly. The host brought out a water bowl for my pup and also gave some sourdough for my pup to enjoy. The coffee was delicious and refillable. I ordered the Lancaster County Omelet which was tasty. Also got the bread basket which was essentially banana bread (it paired really well with the butter and honey it came with). The service was great, and the waiter came by frequently to check in on us. Definitely recommend to dine outside when the weather is a bit warmer!“

“These are the most generous people I’ve ever had the privilege of ordering from in my life. I’m going through a family crisis and I’m in town for the week. I’ve been eating wawa veggie sandwiches and French fries for over a week now and I decided to treat myself to something vegan so I ordered through grubhub for the first time. I guess I accidentally ordered it to be delivered the following day. So I just called them and asked them if they were able to change the delivery time. They said sure no problem but apparently they couldn’t find a GH driver so the owner drove 20 minutes to deliver it to me and I’m honestly about to cry after the week I’ve had. They will never know how much this means to me. I am a lifelong Boardwalk Vegan fan and cannot recommend them enough!!!“

“Nile Cafe in Germantown offers affordable vegan Soul food with big flavor! The modest interior is lightly decorated and sparsely seated. There were maybe six two-chaired tables. Outdoor seating options are available. Walking in, locals cycled in, ordered, waited, and cycled out constantly. All the food, served in to-go containers, was fantastic. The duck in gravy and the jerk chicken stole the show before we had the dessert. After being impressed, we dug deeper into the menu. The coffee ice cream was super creamy and the cake was moist and decadent. Nile Cafe is special. Although there isn't much on the menu we didn't try, the food was definitely worth a revisit. I might just stop in for dessert when I'm around.“

“Dear god. We stopped here for breakfast on Sunday. As vegans know, getting breakfast out can be a challenge. Not so if you're close to Cheezy Vegan. An all vegan joint with an expansive menu available at all times of the day, including a full page of delicious options for breakfast, this place is amazing. “I have been eating here every Sunday for several years. And then I shop. Everything tastes great, everything is organic, mostly wholegrain and it is 95% vegan and is an amazing bargain! Jammed Yam (sweet potato with quinoa, black beans, pineapple, mixed peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, avocado) has been my go to for a while now, but I do get other entrees from time to time. There is always a special and a soup and if you get there early you might be able to get one or two of their $.99 vegan wholegrain muffins. Yes, you can mix and match any ingredients or pay $.75 to get extra. I also get a kombucha refill in my growler.“

“We just love our new family restaurant! We get treated like family everytime we go!!!! The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff is exceptional. And let's talk about the food - it's absolutely to die for! The portions during happy hour are perfect and the prices are so reasonable.

But the best part? Let me introduce you to DAVID! He's the star of the show - always attentive, funny, and he makes drinks like a true master! Whenever I go, I insist on being seated with David.

They made our anniversary so special and they truly care about their guests' experience. We feel so lucky to have this gem in the neighborhood. I'd travel far and wide for this level of excellence!

Oh, and I can't forget to mention my favorites: The Good Good Things drink, the Buffalo wings during happy hour, and the amazing cheesesteak! And my kids absolutely love the huge, deep dish, extra cheesy pizza.

Their attention to making gluten free options available is their biggest draw for me, and everything served is well made, well seasoned and fresh. I don't think I've ever gotten anything that was incorrect. The salads are phenomenal, the tuna tartare is the best in the area, I love their mocktails and my 8 year old is a huge fan of the flatbread. The only thing I'd suggest they could do better is their dairy free options for coffee/espresso afterwards. There are none, just milk. Otherwise, I've never gotten anything I didn't completely enjoy here.“

“I wanted to leave a review to both rave about your fantastic baked goods and to thank you. My Mom suffered with gluten intolerance and then celiacs. This took away her ability to enjoy some of her favorite foods. We tried to find substitutes at the local grocery stores but nothing really took the place of her favorite baked goods. Finding you was a miracle! She loved your cookies, bread and Pumpkin Pie!! She looked forward to me bringing home her favorites and surprises like your pretzels and cinnamon buns each week. She just passed away a couple weeks ago but the memories of her enjoying your delicious treats will give me a smile every time I think about those times.
