“We absolutely love the Westgate Pub. We recently had my daughter's first holy communion party in their private room and it was spectacular. Our server was great, the food was delicious, and the party decor and planning was beautiful and out of this world. Sue goes above and beyond with her decorations at Westgate. They treat you like family and they are our favorite local restaurant hands down. Highly recommend for events, lunch/dinner, or casual drinks at the bar! Thank you Westgate!!!“

“I have lived in Havertown my whole life, and I had never been here before. I’m so glad I finally gave it a try. I tend to get the chicken salad when I eat out, and I would rate their chicken salad sandwich a 9+ out of 10! Great flavor and consistency plus the sandwich was packed and overflowing, without being messy. I had to take half home with me. One of the best I’ve ever had! The service was very good, the interior was clean and bright, and prices were on par with most other places. I will definitely be going here again instead of Nudy’s to try some of their other lunch and breakfast items.“

“I’ve always loved Brick N Brew Havertown and go often. I was prompted to write a review Because I recently left a pair of expensive sunglasses behind. I called three days later and they still had them, safely stored. I was seriously shocked-hate that it’s the truth but in most situations those bad boys would have been a goner. “We are working our way through Manyunk restaurants and Bar Jawn had some excellent reviews. It was much smaller than I expected but the Bourdain signs and country music told me we were in the right place. Cooper Sharp fried cheese squares with fresh sauce were outrageously good. Cheesesteak with Cooper sharp and cherry peppers did Philly proud. Loved the seeded roll too. Definitely will be back. Service was friendly and attentive. A really great Sunday afternoon.“

“Great Sports Bar! Plenty of TVs in their main bar area and both dinning rooms. I would absolutely recommend you get the burger. It was packed full of greens, with the lettuce sauteed onions and grilled eggplant, but balanced it nicely with a big meaty patty and delicious house sauce. The fries were also exceptional, potentially double fried and thick cut, these steak fries were crispy and the perfect compliment to the burger. Staff was friendly and attentive and the neighborhood was cute!“

“I’ve been to a few DIG locations, and honestly, I don’t know what the difference is, but the food here just tastes better. Everything I’ve had has been fresh and delicious, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot now.“

“I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. High Tea was promoted with 3 tiers of food but what my SIL got was so sparse and a joke for $35. Over priced, underwhelming decor and just horrible! We will not be back! Stingers here we come!!“

“Recently tried DOHO when when trying to order tacos from our usual places on Cinco de Mayo but the kids didn't want to wait 2+ hours and couldn't have been more impressed with this new hidden gem in Mt. Airy. Creative dishes and everything we ordered was delicious. Only tried about half the options between our family of 5 so definitely need to order again soon!“

“We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“We were looking for a restaurant near CHOP after an appointment and White Dog Cafe came highly recommended by several people we know. Being a brief, 4 block walk, we decided to check it out on a beautiful May evening. It did not disappoint! Stunning architecture and adorable doggie related decor coupled with the farm to table quality food that was evident in everything we tasted made it a big win. We will definitely go again!“

“I stumbled across this place on a random Tuesday! I had just left class and didn’t know what was waiting for me. Immediately, I was greeted by a lively crowd. Salsa night was bumping!!!! Personally, I’m not much of a dancer so I headed right up to the rooftop. I was greeted by the friendliest of faces! Rachel helped me at the bar all night and she took such good care of me!!!
