“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“I stopped going here last year because you never knew when they were going to be open or closed. They never followed their store hours. But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations. “I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

“My little brother has a deadly milk allergy, even just accidentally using a contaminated blender could kill him. The workers at the alliance walmart ALWAYS do an incredible job making sure they're careful with his order, and we've never had any issues there!“

My brother was out with friends and passed this place as it was closed it is expected since in was 10 o clock at night. Every time I passed it in a car it seemed closed as well. “The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

Another coworker (possibly management) came over and helped and explained to the young coworker what happened. I've ordered with door dash a few times to recieve food, and any issues I've had with food being late or cold has always been a doordash issue, after discussing with pizza hut. If there is no driver to accept then you can't blame pizza hut. Shame they got rid of their own drivers but that's corporate for you.“

Most importantly it is squeaky clean I'm talking like squeaky clean the bathroom is the cleanest bathroom I think I've probably seen any place I've ever been other than my own home!!!! Excellent work guys I don't have one bad thing to say about you!!!
