The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.

Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.“

“What a great find. From start to finish everything was terrific. We asked the hostess when were seated what was good as we’d never been there. Her answer was everything. She was entirely right. From the delicious pickled veggies and bread with compound butter to the multi greens salad, just over the top good. I had the double burger, cooked exactly to my request. Coupled with their special app of bacon wrapped asparagus. My wife had sautéed beef tips which was also cooked and seasoned perfectly. This was a meal that far surpassed our expectations in just how delicious everything was. Our lovely server, Lexi, also was a pleasure. We told the owner who stopped to ask how everything was that he and his staff were great and how much we enjoyed our dinner. “Me and my family went to Gracie’s restaurant and was an amazing experience, food was so fresh and tasty, Tesla our server was so nice and knowledgeable, since we stepped in they were so friendly, my kids loved this place , my son doesn’t eat Mac and cheese if they aren’t Kraft but when he tried their Mac and cheese he got in love with it asking when we were to comeback,food was amazing and delicious, highly recommended“

“We have been doing takeout from Caruso's. We get their steak salads, cheeseburger subs, and garlic bread. Their food has always been decent portions and absolutely delicious. When you walk in the door, the staff is welcoming and very friendly. Only down side is the parking - the lot is not very big. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to park.

Parking: Their parking lot is behind the building and on the small side, considering the number of people that go there.“

“Any time I am within an hour of this place, I make the drive to get a cup of root beer and a shoo fly pie! I grew up experiencing the magic of this area of PA and now I get to pass that on to my kiddo. There is something so comforting about that darn pie! This time I also grabbed some delicious jams and apple butter and my son got a pencil sharpener that has a globe that spins on it he really likes. I love looking at all the unique wares and wood furniture here.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

“Head manager we love your establishment but seriously experienced the worst service! We waited over a half an hour for our food to find after I ask for them to check on our food that they burnt my wife’s steak and made her another one my meal when brought out must of been reheated twice and burnt!!!! So disgusting! Why would a manager send food out looking that bad???? We will have to find another steak house that cares about their customers“

“We stayed on a summer weeknight and had a great experience! The grounds are beautiful with tons of photo opportunities and peaceful walking trails. We stayed in the Carriage House—very clean rooms with their own parking, and just a short, easy walk to the main hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet for guests was a highlight—especially the made-to-order omelettes, which were absolutely delicious! The shops on-site are super cute, and the pool and playgrounds kept the kids happily entertained. A relaxing, family-friendly getaway—we’d definitely stay again!“

And the service was terrible! “I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“What a great place. I had some of their strawberry beer at Miller's smorgasbord our waitress told me where to find it. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager I wish I could remember his name sorry for that I asked him about the beer he showed me what he had I bought what I wanted . Before I left. I asked the hostess about the whiskey I saw. Bottom line if your looking for a great place for beer and whiskey and other spirits you will be hard pressed to find one better.“

“This was our first visit to the Fulton Steamboat Inn after a family recommended it—and it was such a fun experience! I mean, who wouldn’t want to sleep on a steamboat? The rooms have so much charm and felt slightly updated while still keeping that cozy, themed feel. Everything was super clean, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The kids loved the playground and pool, and we all enjoyed strolling around the little lake—especially spotting all the baby ducks! The only downside was that breakfast isn’t included. We didn’t try the on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of great local spots nearby. Overall, a fun and memorable stay—highly recommend!“

“After a long day of galavanting and shopping in Lancaster PA, my wife and I settled on Red Robin on East Lincoln highway for a 8:45pm Friday night dinner, partially because she knew she could find something there to work with her gluten free preferences. We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“

“We went to Red lobster to celebrate with my family and a couple friends. It was my 5 year old daughters last oncology visit and her formal cancer free diagnosis. When the server found out, she asked if the restaurant could give my daughter her meal and then they gave all 4 other kids dessert to help celebrate. That’s what a small town community does, they celebrate with you! Oh, and the food was good too! But the service was exceptional.“
