The place is quaint and very friendly. The food food, especially the pretzels, are amazing, soft and fresh.

They are also responsible for the goats that you can feed just down their parking lot behind the building.

Parking: You can easily park at the Kitchen Kettle Village parking lot next door.“

“Enjoyed an outstanding meal here last night. Everything- service, food, drinks- was beyond my expectations. Greeted warmly upon arrival by hostess. Dining room decor is inviting and attractive. Our server, Cierra, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We ordered the soup of the day (potato and corn chowder), and vegetable scampi over linguini, and both were wonderful (so flavorful and featured fresh ingredients). Presentation reflected care and attention to detail. Desserts (pecon bourbon pie and strawberry cake) were superb, and the cosmopolitan was perfect! I wish I was staying in the area an additional day because I would return for dinner tonight. Wonderful addition to dining options in the area. Highly recommend.“

“I suppose everyone has a right to their own opinion, but I think the 4.4 rating on this place is an absolute travesty. I had never tried shoo-fly pie before visiting PA this autumn, but I made it a point to try a couple of different ones during my visit, and while all of them were quite yummy, for me Dutch Haven was head and shoulders and belly-button ahead of all others. For anyone who loves shoo-fly pie, I'd be pretty surprised if you didn't love theirs; and for anyone who wants to try it for the first time, I HIGHLY recommend making Dutch Haven the one you try. I only wish it weren't so much more expensive to have it shipped vs. buying it on site (but that's pretty par for the course for shipping food items, so disappointing as it is, I do totally get it). Oh well, I'll just have to figure out a good time to make my way back at some point, and do a bit more stocking up next time around! :D“

“We have been doing takeout from Caruso's. We get their steak salads, cheeseburger subs, and garlic bread. Their food has always been decent portions and absolutely delicious. When you walk in the door, the staff is welcoming and very friendly. Only down side is the parking - the lot is not very big. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to park.

Parking: Their parking lot is behind the building and on the small side, considering the number of people that go there.“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. My alcohol distributor canceled on me and he went out of his way to not only provide me beer but picked up wine and liquor for me and delivered it to my wedding at the time needed. “Funcks is a good distance from my house, but I enjoy going there because the food and service is always on point. I am also a big fan of the beer list. It always has something that I like to drink.. When we arrived today. The bartender greeted us before we were even able to sit down. There were three bartenders all very attentive. They each interacted with us during our visit. “I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“The food buffet was excellent. Service very good and the 1st time my water was refilled was fine, but the 2nd refill of the water had a chemical taste..left a bad taste. I tried to explain but the staff English speaking skills were very limited. My son said that they had a similar experience with the water on a previous visit I was given a whole new glass of water but the taste had lingered.“

I liked the meadow tea, but that's kinda hard to mess up. Our server was the best part. She was kind and helpful.“

Food is food and although Red Lobster has a wonderful selection—I’d probably follow Jessica wherever she would land if she would leave.“
