We ate at Eggs & Moore both mornings we were in Pittsburgh. The FOOD was freaking amazing. The BEST breakfast I’ve ever ate. The service was just as great. Such a fun welcoming atmosphere. “Even though I’ve lived somewhat close to Al's I never had a chance to try it until the end of last summer when I tried one of their tornados. I dreamt about another one throughout the whole winter until I was able to enjoy another one the other day now that they’re reopened for the season. HANDS DOWN the best ice cream treat you will get your hands on. Most icecream places seem to skimp on toppings/candy etc..NOT Al’s!!! They are LOADED and delicious and just as good the next day (if you can’t finish the day of lol). I will forever be hooked on Al’s!!! IMO, they’re the best ❤️“

“Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“

“A very good local bar with an excellent beer selection with many local brews along with the staples. My favorite to eat is the grilled chicken wrap or the chili. They’ve got several large televisions that always have the local sports games on.“

I really enjoyed the tom yum hot pot with shrimp, enoki, bean sprouts, sea weed, carrots, calamari, red snapper and some beef. The pork belly was super good on the bbq as well. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. After we couldn’t eat any more, we found out about the ice cream. The matcha ice cream was really really good. We were talking about coming back before we even left the restaurant. I can’t wait to come back, so I can try more stuff off the menu. The price is also definitely worth it. It’s a great place.“

“Went here for a birthday Sunday brunch. The food was great. Highly recommend the avocado toast! However, the service was very slow and something was happening with the staff that made everyone edgy. We heard f-bombs from the kitchen and the bartender swearing at the manager complaining about their system being down. Overall, worth the trip for the food but the service and vibe were off and it put a damper on what we hoped would’ve been a nice way to start a birthday.“
