“Cute! Little locally owned nook to grab breakfast or brunch. Come early for the best assortment of pastries and baked goods.
Seating is for small parties so a definite good idea to call ahead with parties bigger than four or five.
They have an ice cream window to get a quick treat If you don't want to sit inside.
Menu is pretty flexible and there seems to be something for everyone.
I'll definitely be by again.

“My family came for the opening car cruise and bbq. We absolutely love coming here. To start, the show is always well organized in terms of parking and space. For the opening night on May 1, it was extra busy, but the staff remained so friendly and accommodating. I am 38 weeks pregnant with two toddlers who love cars and multiple staff went out of their way to offer me a chair during longer wait periods. The food was excellent. The staff was patient with two very busy toddlers. The raffles were so much fun for us all. The owners also make sure to make updates annually so the establishment is up to date and a great atmosphere for everyone. Overall, we love the Thursday car cruise experience and come weekly!“

LO mein was delicious Snrimp Egg foo young ..delicious ask for flat not chucky. General chicken good. I wish they offered the General shrimp on delivery menu . We pick up bi weekly or monthly from here yet I hv not asked if they can do the generals shrimp in a brown garlic sauce as that is fabulous and my go to. If I don't stick with veggies. Try and Enjoy! “Myself and my wife have celebrated our 27 anniversary we rented a airbnb in Honesdale and did not realize how far everything was away we had to drive out 10 minutes before we got a signal on our phones. The nearest place was called Pepper bar and Grill. we ordered a couple of appetizers and two dinners two hours. Surprise were the greatest dinners we had in a long time this place is a hidden gem. “I have been going here for a number of years now. I am old school and enjoy the diner experiance. The senior service staff are outstanding. I have noticed latley the new younger servers are full of attitude and just nasty.
I really enjoy the origonal section with the train. I noticed latley when you arrive for a meal the staff shoves you into the new section without asking you if you would like to sit in the diner side. When you tell staff you would like to sit in diner side they get all bent out of shape
I go to the restaurant for the experience not attitude. The service staff up front all stand around and talk and not help the customer. I was in a few weeks ago and a greeter was putting napkins around silverwear and has a nasty attitude because she did not want to let me sit in the diner side.
Its sounds infantile but its the experience of dining. I have cut my amount of time going there now because I am tired of the negative attitude with the young servers. Give me a senior server anyday. They know there job well.
