“I’ll be honest — walking into Bad Garden Kitchen as a lifelong meat eater, I fully expected a lot of hype and a lot of lettuce. What I didn’t expect was to leave already planning my next visit and actually miss meat less than usual! From the second I walked in, the atmosphere made me feel welcomed rather than preached at. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate, but not pushy, guiding me through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. What impressed me most wasn’t just the flavor, which was outstanding, but how none of the dishes felt like they were missing something — they stood on their own. Every bite was thoughtful and intentional. I left feeling full, happy, and honestly a bit surprised at how much I had enjoyed a vegan meal. If you’re a skeptic like me, go with an open mind — you might just find your new favorite restaurant.“

“Dinner and a show. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. “The Show” happens when you sit at Chef’s table and watch them team create one masterpiece after another. I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.“

“My husband and I have been wanting to try Silantra for months and today we finally checked it out! We LOVE it!! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Our 11 year old son had a chicken and rice bowl with yellow coconut curry sauce and he wanted me to write that it had the perfect mix of spices and the chicken had a perfect texture. Five stars!! We will 100% be coming back!!“

“Small but great pretzel place!! I got a pizza pretzel which was a hefty croissant shaped pretzel STUFFED with pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. It was soooo good and hearty. I got it on a whim and greatly enjoyed it. I also got a regular salted pretzel that was very good, nice chewy and doughy! I highly recommend a stop in if you like pretzels.“

“Incredible tacos! Had a flight of 3. Pork belly was the best. The marinated chicken thigh was also delicious. Such vibrant colors of the fresh ingredients also checked off the underrated box of visually appealing food. A fusion of Asian/Latino food. Very clean place with nice background music on their pair of Sonos speakers. Highly recommended place.“

“Stopped in during a conference and was blown away. The barista, Blaze, was incredibly friendly, seriously knew his stuff, and made the best latte art I've personally seen (four different designs in one morning!). The espresso was the best I've had in PA thus far, and the drip coffee was easily on par with my own pourovers at home. Also got a blueberry lavender scones that was as good as they come.
The spot is small, with very little seating, but I honestly found that charming. Maybe I'd have felt differently if I weren't there right at opening!
If I lived in Lancaster, I'd be here daily -- but for my wallets sake, it's probably best I'm so far away!“

“Just had dinner at Bird-in-Hand Restaurant- the smorgasbord was amazing! So many choices! Everything was hot and delicious. The cheeseburger soup was very good! The homemade rolls- very yummy! Shrimp, ribs, mashed potatoes! Salad! I even had a mango slushy! Definitely the place to eat. Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast! Oh and dessert! Wow! Pies, puddings, amazing. Very Lancaster County authentic food! Loved it!“

“My wife and I had lunch at Chilangos today, the food was amazing. My wife loved her Shrimp Enchiladas, and I had the best Birria Tacos I've ever eaten. Lots of meat, which melted in my mouth. Tortillas were fried crispy, and I loved the grilled onions/chilis and cilantro/onions that were served on the side. Service has always been great when we eat there.“

“What an absolutely amazing dining experience. the food was phenomenal! We can not say enough good things about our waitress Roxanne! Not only did she go above an beyond to answer all about our questions about the menu, she made suggestions, was efficient, and most of all was friendly the entire time. She cared. Her job mattered. I am so truly impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to all of her tables as well as her boss! she was the only waitress with multiple parties and still made it the best experience! We will absolutely be back!“

“Fabulous meal with tons of gluten-free options! The menu changes with the seasons, and everything was super fresh and local. Our kids ate their meals happily, and we enjoyed ours. (Kids - filet and ravioli, adults - salmon, burrata ravioli, halibut, and pork Milanese) It was a little loud and hard to hear at times, but a pleasant atmosphere. Juliana was our server, and she was delightful. We will be back next time we visit Lancaster!“

“I went there with a group of 6. Easy reservations just a few hours earlier, good food, cool decor. We were in the indoor dining room on first floor. Very loud group next to us, so towards the end of our dining conversation had become nearly impossible. Good reviews on their soda bread, shepherd's pie, and classic fish & chips! Definitely recommend their cheesesteak egg rolls as well!“

“We have been going there for decades. Generous portions (at good prices) give at least one more meal from leftovers. Rarely have room for the good-looking desserts, but when we do, they are great. Vegetables often disappoint, but a double order of the excellent fries provides potatoes with our eggs the next morning.“

“The ice cream is delectable, however, the girl who made it the last time I went was in so much of a hurry, the ice cream was half melty till we got it cuz she didnt make it correctly. She did not clean the plate correctly from the last time so we got fruity pebbles in our ice cream even tho we didnt ask for them. Otherwise, I've appreciated their wonderful food!“

“Amazing!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re anywhere near Leola, do yourself a favor and stop into Gracie’s On West Main. From the moment we walked in, the staff stood out. You can tell they’re incredibly well-trained—not in a stiff, scripted way, but in a way that feels genuine. They welcomed us as if they knew us for years and were eager to share the story behind the café, which made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. The food absolutely delivered. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And the bacon? Honestly, next level. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor—easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere. This is one of those places that gets it right across the board: great people, great atmosphere, and food that actually lives up to the hype. We’ll definitely be back when we are in the area!“
