I couldn’t tell you why, but I just really wanted chipotle everyday. So I did it.

And everyday my food was great. I was always greeted at the start with a pleasant greeting.

They did seem to be rushing a little but I think that’s a common thing at the lunch hour in service jobs.

Big kudos for nobody saying “hey, didn’t you order this yesterday… and the day before?” Really felt nice to be not judged for my week long craving 😂“

“Update: Never say Never -- I'm obliged to say I just had to have chic fil A here again. I'm perhaps a hypocrite. Or loyal? Maybe I'm being too hard on myself. And my previous review has been changed just about full circle. I feel like I was pissed about the fries and one employee who was a tool and a couple sandwiches were wrong. But the past several times I returned -- 5 ***** The staff is very good well informed on how they would want to be treated at the good old chic fil A, or anywhere. It means a lot to the customer. We're ALL customers somewhere. We all share that piece, that understanding. It's full circle. 🐥 fries are back to being much better, and the service on point and the food still great otherwise the chicken sandwiches and sauces and condiments the whole thing. “It’s my first time here and I got the Steakhouse and my godmother got the Soprano. She got parm fries and I got sweet potato fries with a hot chocolate milkshake. The burger is very good and the milkshake is delicious. I highly recommend this place. It reminds me of an updated Five Guys but better. I’ll be back again.“

“Outstanding experience! This chik fila team was incredibly friendly, and efficient during our visit. Anyone complaining about them not having a drive through - They dont need one, the most efficient staff I have seen in a very long time!

We want to give a shout out to 2 employees in particular who went above an beyond their line of work.

The first is Gael, while Gael was mopping the floors he came over to ask us if we needed anything and how we were enjoying our food. He then proceeded to find a screw under one a table, and instead of sweeping it away (which I would of done, since it was 930 at night) he finished mopping the floors. Then proceeded to go back and check all the tables/ chairs in the area. Until he found the chair that required the screw. He then went and found a screwdriver and fix that chair, then he went around tightening the other chair and table screws in the area. Again this was 9:30 at night.

We then complimented him on his diligence. He was extremely appreciative, he asked if we wanted a little cup of ice cream to go. When we left he was ready by the enterence to wish us a goodbye and hold the door for us. We were speechless

This kid has one of the greatest customer service skills, I have ever seen in my life. While also completing all of his tasks efficently and professionally. Absolutely tremendous!

That brings me to the next employee that we would like to spotlight Marisol

When we called the store today to tell about our amazing experience with Gael. Marisol, one of the managers of this amazing establishment, picked up the phone and wanted to hear all about how amazing Gael was doing! First, she knew him by name, even though she probably has 40 to 60 employees under her. She knew his background and how great he was already doing. And she was extremely excited to tell me about how they handle customer appreciation on their team. Including free desserts, nice cards from the team, and an overall appreciation of their hard work. Which I love to see!

Personally, I love that management style, that rewards people for doing great work and gives them opportunities to learn and grow. From my small conversation with Marisol that is her management style. And I think the world needs more of that.

Even though we only had the pleasure of interacting with very few staff! We can tell that this chick fil a has amazing employees and an amazing management team leading the way and acting as fantastic role models.“

“I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

If you’re in King of Prussia and just want a good, no-nonsense meal, this Five Guys has never let me down.“

“I come here occasionally for a quick drive thru breakfast after a busy night shift as a nurse. The staff here working the mornings are SO sweet, so kind, & give you the kind of interaction you want to start your day with! They deserve to be recognized❤️“

In the morning/early afternoon it’s usually not too busy so that’s really the best time to go and in the late afternoon and early evening that’s when they get pretty busy. “went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. “I don't typically eat at Taco bell. I saw an advertisement for their chocolate and Carmel Empanadas and wanted to try them. I went through the drive thru. It was run by AI voice. I could not see the whole menu as it was one screen worth and flipped though. As someone who doesn't eat here normally and doesn't know their menu, I didn't like this feature. Speaking with and hearing the AI voice was ok. No issues with that. It gave me deal suggestions which had me ordering a drink too. It asked if I wanted to round up for students, which I am use to a lot of places doing this. When going to pick up my food, it was slower than I expected. The individual was nice, not sure if they were just short staffed. I wasn't a fan with the Empanadas. Especially the Carmel one as it barely had any Carmel inside. The chocolate one was filled with more. I wasn't a fan of the flavor, felt it was kind of bland. I was expecting it to be very sweet and rich. That is my opinion on them. I went to order just the chocolate but the order came with one of each, which was a nice surprise. I thought the price was for just one, not both.“

Walked in and was greeted, having not prereviewed menu it took me a moment but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich fries and two biscuits. The chicken sandwich was crispy, crunchy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside, fries were perfect and cherry coke delicious. The restaurant was clean and even the windows and doors were clean. As I ate a staff member came to sanitize all the tables. I looked behind the servers areas, the floors were also clean. “Normally I like Wendy's, which is why I'm generically recommending it. But tonight, I'm not recommending Wendy's on Trooper Road, Norristown, PA because they messed up my order and the line was too long to go back and do anything about it. We did drive thru, husband ordered a single, no mayo, and then I ordered a single, no cheese or pickle. I specifically asked if they could make one with no cheese and she said yes. I paid and drove into the lot to eat it while it's hot. Hubby says, Mine will be the one with no cheese. Open the first one--it has a layer of orange rubber (I e. cheese), so I hand it to him. Open the second one--even slimier layer of orange. UGH!! So now I have to scrape off the cheese with my fingers (hubby was happy to get it) and the 3 cold wet pickles that were juicing up the roll. I asked him to say grace for us, because I didn't want to lie to God and act thankful for what I was about to eat. Yes, this is a First World complaint, many are starving, but when you specifically ask for something NOT to be added because you don't like how it tastes, is very frustrating to see those things in your meal. Done ranting now.“

It was an hour before close, and we all know how much of a gamble that is for any restaurant. You usually end up with cold food and understandably tired but grumpy people. Not the case here, surprisingly the entire staff was so sweet and quick. They were patient with us when we needed extra time to decide what we wanted since we decided to go on a whim. And the food was actually hot and hit the spot! Thanks to the dudes working tonight - we had a great night beforehand and it was nice to end the night with good food and a good experience.“

No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary.
