“After several visits with no issues, today was not so great. The sandwich was much thinner and smaller than usual and fries were the bottom of the batch with mostly crumbs and broken pieces. Very disappointing and over-priced for what was served.“

We got there at 1pm and they had almost none of the food we asked for, they didn’t even bother to ask for more I. The back just gave us half serving for rice, beans and for my husband beef we were told to get something else.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “I absolutely love eating here! Their steakburgers are always cooked to order and have that perfect crispy edge, and the shoestring fries are arguably the best around. You definitely can't leave without getting some of their frozen custard—it’s incredibly rich and creamy. The atmosphere has such a fun, nostalgic vibe, and the staff are always super friendly and quick. It’s a consistently delicious experience every single time.“

On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

“gotta admit, the stories of legend were true, they really do have the highest quality foods in their narrowly specific focus of burgers, fries and very few other things, like i complement the quality of lettuce, tomato and onion on top of the beef and cheese on bread, that and the fires were plentiful for price while still in high quality.

“Originally this was gonna be a one star review after my initial experience but after returning to the store and speaking the manager. It has changed this to a 5 star review as he was quick and respectful about remedying the situation. I’m very glad I went back and spoke with the manager as this location is usually very solid about there portion sizes.“

“Ruby Thai, despite its name, is really more of a Chinese/Asian Fusion mall food court staple. It is, however, an excellent example of mall Chinese food.
All of their options are clearly freshly made and a great value - the $12.99 Pick 3 meal is a huge portion at a great price. It's almost too much to eat in one sitting - and I'm someone who really knows how to take on a big plate of food.

“went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. I like to give credit where credit is due, and she made our first(but not last) visit to Jersey Mike's extremely enjoyable.“

“I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

If you’re in King of Prussia and just want a good, no-nonsense meal, this Five Guys has never let me down.“

No local shop makes this so there's a bit if nostalgia here and there's just so few real Pizza Huts around that I was pretty excited to find this little gem not too far away. Every order has been fantastic. The toppings are plentiful and the associates are courteous and friendly. You always see employees hustling. I've moved on to their spicy marinara and the stuffed crust is amazing. While my orders have changed, the quality from this store hasn't. This Pizza Hut is exemplary. I only wish I lived a little closer! Thanks all!“

“I frequent this location on my lunch break. I’m always very impressed with the quality of customer service here. There is a gentleman who I think is the manager, who is consistently running the drive-through lanes, at least during my lunchtime. I always appreciate seeing people in higher up positions performing the duties of the people they are in charge of. It’s part of the reason I choose this McDonald’s over other ones in the area. My order is always correct. They only occasionally forget my barbecue sauce.“

“I enjoy this CFA. I order pretty frequently. What I don’t enjoy is their 25% success rate of remembering straws. Sometimes people are unhappy which isn’t a huge bother but not having the straw means a parched drive home which is a bummer.“

“Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh.

There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed…

I hope Yuri gets acknowledged as well as the rest of the staff who were here today (11/15/25 lunchtime).“

“We went to Taco Bell tonight after getting out late from a movie and forgetting to have dinner before hand. It was an hour before close, and we all know how much of a gamble that is for any restaurant. You usually end up with cold food and understandably tired but grumpy people. Not the case here, surprisingly the entire staff was so sweet and quick. They were patient with us when we needed extra time to decide what we wanted since we decided to go on a whim. And the food was actually hot and hit the spot! Thanks to the dudes working tonight - we had a great night beforehand and it was nice to end the night with good food and a good experience.“

“I’ve only ever come here twice and have had good experiences both times. In the morning/early afternoon it’s usually not too busy so that’s really the best time to go and in the late afternoon and early evening that’s when they get pretty busy. And they also close pretty early too which kind of sucks, they’re usually the first ones to be closed in the food court area.“
