“We love this place. A nice place a to grab a dessert after a delicious meal at one of the many great restaurants in the area. Even thought there's Amy's right down the block Besty's stands on it's own.

On a nice day, you can grab an ice cream and walk across the street and enjoy it in the open space around the fountain (see the pictures).

Friendly staff, delicious ice cream and lot of options for a tasty snack/dessert.

Parking: There are three options for parking here. Street parking (paid parking), North Parking Garage (665 Washington Rd, Mt Lebanon, PA 15228) and Public Parking Garage (714 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15228)“

“Usually will not rate a chain, but this one location deserves it. Unlike the crappy haters at the bridgeville location or getting reprimanded for using a MyPanera + Gift card at the waterfront location, this location is pleasant, and is generally consistent. It is usually a little busy, so that is a good sign. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.“

“Had high expectations for this place but the food just wasn’t that great :/ I ate solo and even tried to fit in 3 dishes but neither of them really hit. Pierogi were nicely crisped on the outside but the romesco-like sauce on the bottom made the dish more on the acidic side, especially since there was already pickled relish on top, and I found myself wishing for more fat or sweetness. I actually used ricotta that came with bread and it tasted much better with it. Lobster roll filling was excellent but I wished they’d actually toasted the bread on the inside and not on the outside. Eating soft white bread of which there was a lot just didn’t feel great. Finally, the skate had good flavor and shishitos were a cute touch but the fish was severely undersalted (it’s a thick fillet) and the sauce on the bottom was, again, mostly acidic and didn’t help much.

“We are so excited that Viridis is up and running. The food is delicious and creative. We had 3 sandwiches and 3 donuts. A 'chickn' sandwich and a 'chickn' wrap made out of mushrooms that tasted magically delicious and seitan reuben that reminded my hubby of the old days when he ate meat. Serving size is extremely generous. The donuts we a delicious sweet treat! We can't wait to go back when we are in town.“

“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

“Love visiting condado butler street when i’m in the lawrenceville area. It’s such a fun vibe & the food is always a 10. My #1 is the chorizo queso. Definitely a very well-managed location. Ask for the employee Phy if you go! Can’t wait until my next visit!“

“Me and my girlfriend went to Baby Tacos today for the first time we got there a few minutes before they opened. Who I’m assuming the owner was very friendly and still waited on us. The food was done in minutes and when I went to check out he told me to put my money away the first one is on the house. There aren’t to many businesses like this one in this day and age. “My family went for lunch on Saturday, the place was absolutely packed! And for good reason, the food was absolutely delicious! And the service we received from our waiter was perfect. Elijah was very attentive and always happy to meet my toddlers many requests 😅 Also would like to add that even though they were super busy, it took them less than 10 minutes to get us seated and the food didn’t take long to come out at all. “We didn’t have food. Stopped for a drink before a Penguins game. Our bartender Lindsay was top notch. She gave us an education on mixology. We concocted an old fashioned with High West Campfire bourbon and molasses bitters that came out as the best old fashioned I ever had. Always great experience here but Lindsay made it perfect.“

Music was choice. I was happy when Weird Fishes by RadioHead started playing. The person working told me the name of the radio station that he plays, which I didn't quite catch, but he was very kind. Got a great cold brew with almond milk and lavender syrup. And I tried my first Banh Mi Sandwich that happened to be the vegan tofu variety. When I tell you it an explosion of fresh flavors and textures. So delicious and refreshing on a hot day. Savored every bite. My friend got her usual BLT with vegan bacon, which she loves. We were talking about how normally bread feels like a waste of calories when it is not that good. But even the bread was devine ciabata. Haha, definitely this place out!“
