“Really good, authentic bagel. Like you used to get 30-40 years ago. good chew and just dense enough, but not too dense, and sized proportionately correct for a bagel. Flavor excellent. Tried a garlic and a blueberry so far. And the lox spread is really good too. Lots of little pieces of lox and lots of flavor. The garlic was fresh and crunchy, and the blueberry was nice and definitely had a good blueberry flavor. these bagels are made by someone that knows their craft. the girl at the counter was really nice too.“

“So basically I went during the week with my friends. They had an excellent staff team. The lady on the cashier was so friendly and so nice. She was extremely welcoming despite me and my friends being high schoolers. She also had a daughter in high school so she made good small talk and made us comfortable enough to stay there and eat. The other people were good too! The food was absolutely scrumptious. Positive vibes. I got the Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese and a croissant. My friends got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel along with drinks! Loved those too BTW! We are waiting for another early dismissal to go there and eat! Thanks Manhattan! “I work up the road and we ordered for pick up for lunch and it was delicious! BLT’s can be tricky for takeout. The bread was toasted, fresh yet crunchy and delicious. The bacon was thick and cooked perfectly with a good portion on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh and distributed evenly with the mayo. Served with fresh coleslaw and a pickle! My new favorite lunch spot!! Can’t wait to try the other menu items.“

“Visited the spread bagelry on Monday Nov. 17, 2025 around 11am. Very clean store. Menu is easy to interpret. Was greeted by the cashier who was very helpful, especially with it being my first time there. I built my own bagel and got an iced coffee (mocha). Gotta say, I was blown away by the fresh avacado on the sandwich. None of that lazy version of mashed avacado bagged like subway has! I love avocado and it being offered as a sandwich topping… CHEF’s KISS 💋. Also, the cheese was melted into my egg fabulously, the bagel was giant, and it was made with love. My iced coffee was just right! Please offer large so I can get a bigger size, lol. I also love that one of the employees were changing out the trash cans instead of allowing them to overflow. That was amazing to see.

“I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and greet you with a smile and a cheerful hello when you walk through the door. The bagels are my favorite in Philly but, what sets them apart is their house made cream cheese! The veggie is my favorite but all of them are delicious. So many creative options. Oh! And if you are looking for a bagel that tastes like a fresh plate of pancakes…they have that too! So good.“

“This is by far the best Manhattan Bagel store around this area. I typically stop here for a breakfast sandwich post hospital visit. The Farmhouse is my favorite breakfast choice and if you get the bagel extra toasted it's even better. The workers are all pleasant and kind and I like popping in here to get my breakfast to go!“

The bagel sandwiches were so good I felt like we were sitting home in Jersey eating these sandwiches…eggs and meat cooked perfectly AND the bagels were big and tasty!! “A must-visit for anyone who loves coffee and cute cafes. Found Konditori on a trip to Philadelphia and highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee is Medium roast and flavorful. Pastries are fresh daily. Friends love the specialty drinks, such as the Matcha and Brown Sugar Latte. I'm an Espresso (love that they will pull it short) or Cappuccino drinker. Oh, and the overnight oats are delicious! I stop by on each visit back and always take a bag of beans home.“

I wasn’t sure if I should try this bagel place because of some of the negative reviews but I’m glad they did. From my understanding they are under new ownership and revamped the place. The bagels are made fresh every day and they have a great selection of sandwiches and schmears. I’ve had many authentic nyc bagels and this definitely is the closest you’re going to get in Philly“

“Saturdays start with a Fill-a-Bagel run! Everything bagels, cream cheeses and LaCombe coffee are our favorites as well as the yummy blueberry muffins. We are lucky because we live equidistant from the Oreland and Jenkintown Fill-a-Bagel locations!“

“Bruegger Bagel is similar to many other bagel/sandwich shops. This location is a few dollars more, due to the fact it's inside the airport. I didn't have the opportunity to try their regular lunch sandwiches. But their breakfast sandwich (bacon,egg,cheese) was very good and very fresh.“

“My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was delicious (we were already familiar with the bagels), however the staff was very distracted. They were friendly and pleasant but they got some things wrong even though it wasn’t very busy. I asked for the honey mustard mayo on the side and it was omitted completely. Also, some of the apple slices still had the stickers on them which means they most likely weren’t washed or looked at prior to using. That’s pretty careless to put fruit slices with stickers in a sandwich.“

The food came out quickly, and it was really delicious. Nice springy bagel with perfectly melted cheese, and the bacon was hella crispy. Their coffee is excellent too. There were flies around the seating area which wasn’t ideal, but other than that it was a good experience.“
