“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“Great Food and Atmosphere, Some Service Concerns I recently moved to the Braddock Hills area and was excited to revisit this spot, which used to be Folie’s a few years back. The food here is absolutely delicious, and it’s the perfect place to grab a bite, enjoy a margarita, and relax. That said, I’ve had a few experiences with a particular staff member that were concerning. While most of the team has been friendly and welcoming, However, barmaid (JESS who served me February the 7th around 1:49 p.m.) has been noticeably short and dismissive on a couple of occasions. For example, there were times when she rolled her eyes or responded curtly when I greeted her, even though previous visits had been pleasant. I even had an instance where my drink was placed at the very edge of the bar in a way that felt intentionally difficult. I did call to bring this to the manager’s attention to address it, no and she allegedly answered the phone as the manager, and to my experience the manager is a gentleman as well as the owner. I wanted to share it here as well. I’ve spoken with other patrons who’ve noted that her personality can sometimes affect the overall experience. While I understand everyone can have an off day, consistent professionalism and courtesy are essential in customer service, especially in a neighborhood gem like this one. Overall, I truly enjoy this restaurant—the food, ambiance, and most of the staff make it a wonderful place. “Our go to Olive Garden in the Pittsburgh region! Always great food and excellent service. In the years and years that we have been going to this particular restaurant, the only issue we encountered was a cold (stale) cup of coffee!

It is unfortunate the deadbeat mall owner has done nothing to revitalize the nearby mall since taking over ownership. Don't even get us started about the roads. At
this point, the crumbling infrastructure is intentional.“

Their outdoor seating area is nice, even though the place is next to a relatively busy intersection, but if that's too much, you can always head over to the Frick Park playground areas across the street!“

In my opinion, Taipei also offers a better selection than Jimmy Wan's. We also appreciate Taipei's complimentary fried wontons served before each meal and orange slices provided at the end of service. This family-friendly restaurant always make us feel at home.“

“Standard Panera food with regards to flavor and options, but good portion sizes and very friendly staff! While this location can get busy, you still receive your order in a timely fashion, the staff is working hard. This Panera is a bit out of my way compared to another location, but I prefer to come here because of the difference in quality and care. The salad I got last week was constructed really well with generous portions of fruit and chicken, a very stand out experience compared to ordering the same salad at other locations. The staff member who took my order accidentally forgot to apply my coupon, and she very quickly fixed the situation and gave me a complimentary cookie, which was lovely considering the speed and kindness with which the coupon situation was resolved was excellent by itself.“

“I was at the Bob Evans in Monroeville on Thanksgiving Day. Waited over 2 hours to get a pick up that was ordered days before. Take out orders were left out in bags on tables for hours. People were furious! one man & a waitress got into a big verbal fight. Swearing at each other. I developed covid symptoms 2 days after being there. Just saying to many people in a small are it not appropriate. I would never recommend going there or picking up food on a holiday.“
