“I ordered 2 brown sugar milk teas and the mango cake. The milk tea was good I just wish I went earlier in the day bc they ran out of the tapioca boba. The mango cake was good. I don’t think I would buy it again bc of the price, but it’s something you buy bc of how nice it looks. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean.“

My granddaughter daughter talked about Mochi donuts ? and booba teas.. we got so much, from donuts, smooties to hot cheeto corn dogs.. everything was delicious. Not to mention, my daughter left her purse there early in the day (yes we we twice in 1 day ??‍♀️) and we didn't know it. Customer service was excellent. Atmosphere is very welcoming. “got a 6-pack, first time trying (had a gift card). i'd say it's worth the money if you're getting one cookie as a snack, or you're getting a pack for a sizeable group of people to share. both my wife and i tapped out after eating 1 cookie (chocolate chip - delicious), when at insomnia we'd usually eat 2-3 each for a dessert. if you don't like thicker cookies, these are not for you - though it has a cookie texture, they're almost like mini cakes. but again, if you're looking for a more filling cookie, i'd pay the extra $1 to get it over insomnia's.“

I've visited a lot of famous bakeries in Europe and Asia, and the cakes here are exactly how I like them: not annoyingly sweet, with rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and a texture that's just right. “I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.“

“My mother & I came here for breakfast while we were waiting for my chinchilla to have a procedure done at the vet close by. Wow! We both had the Waldorf salad. I had mine on sourdough bread & she hers on a bed of lettuce with the tarragon chicken salad as well. Absolutely amazing. The chai latte was also great. I did not catch the barista’s name, but she was very helpful and friendly as well. All around great experience at the elegance cafe!“

“I needed a gluten free product and they not only had them readily available, they were excellent. I had purchased rustic wheat and Italian breads at D’Iinocenzo’s previously for holidays and everyone was very pleased. The service was very good and the staff was were very helpful.

Dietary restrictions: It’s rare to find a bakery offering gluten free, let alone good gluten free, so I was very pleased with this.“

I got a few cakes and a few bundtlettes and they staff was so super helpful. I didn’t preorder them but they attentively packaged everything and answered all of my questions. The cakes were a huge hit at home with my family and with my co workers for our monthly birthday celebration. I was completely thrilled with all the items I got and with the staff.
