“I go there to buy the tomato pie. I never buy less than two boxes which is a quarter pie each with nine slices sprinkled with cheese. I never thought to take a picture. Maybe I will next time and I’ll update this. They make the most amazing tomato pie! I did purchase a piece of baklava from them yesterday. I can can’t speak to how it tasted, but it was beautiful as I gave it away.“

This took away her ability to enjoy some of her favorite foods. We tried to find substitutes at the local grocery stores but nothing really took the place of her favorite baked goods. Finding you was a miracle! She loved your cookies, bread and Pumpkin Pie!! She looked forward to me bringing home her favorites and surprises like your pretzels and cinnamon buns each week. She just passed away a couple weeks ago but the memories of her enjoying your delicious treats will give me a smile every time I think about those times. My granddaughter daughter talked about Mochi donuts ? and booba teas.. we got so much, from donuts, smooties to hot cheeto corn dogs.. everything was delicious. “The Pepperoni Pie is so delicious! The pie itself is not doughy and the flavor is just incredible! I like to bake it for a few minutes to get a crunch on the crust. But you can also enjoy it room temperature. The bakery is small, but very clean and organized, and they have so much delicious pastries to choose from and the staff are attentive and friendly!“

“got a 6-pack, first time trying (had a gift card). i'd say it's worth the money if you're getting one cookie as a snack, or you're getting a pack for a sizeable group of people to share. both my wife and i tapped out after eating 1 cookie (chocolate chip - delicious), when at insomnia we'd usually eat 2-3 each for a dessert. if you don't like thicker cookies, these are not for you - though it has a cookie texture, they're almost like mini cakes. but again, if you're looking for a more filling cookie, i'd pay the extra $1 to get it over insomnia's.“

“Absolutely love this bakery! They offer handmade treats that you won’t just find at any grocery store bakery, but instead a real nice and upscale mini bakery. Their menu items often change, incorporating new and exciting ideas often. Some yummy ones that I tried are tiramisu, pavlova, caramel cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake, fruit tarts, and more! They also offer unique beverages such as a hibiscus flavored lemonade and a minty sprite. Not to mention they also offer crepes which I have yet to try but I bet they’re delicious.“

“I’ve been meaning to go to this cafe/bakery here for a while and seriously regret not visiting sooner, amazing desserts, pastries, cookies, all made on-site. I got a few things, including a box of mid-autumn festival mooncakes, which are absolutely amazing: delicate, filled with rich custard and a nicely blended egg-yolk paste. They didn’t have extra menus for me to take so I took photos of their current selection. There are a few tables there for you to enjoy your desserts on-site. Again, love the desserts, will be back to try different flavors!“

Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. He even apologized for the delay. You rarely get this kind of courtesy call from businesses anymore.“

“I’ve never had a Bundt cake until our neighbor brought one to us for Easter last year. I was hooked right away. This is my first time shopping at the Wayne store. I got a few cakes and a few bundtlettes and they staff was so super helpful. I didn’t preorder them but they attentively packaged everything and answered all of my questions. The cakes were a huge hit at home with my family and with my co workers for our monthly birthday celebration. I was completely thrilled with all the items I got and with the staff. It was a great experience. P.S- they have adorable things in the store and they were SO reasonably priced. I’ll be back again and again“

“I needed a gluten free product and they not only had them readily available, they were excellent. I had purchased rustic wheat and Italian breads at D’Iinocenzo’s previously for holidays and everyone was very pleased. The service was very good and the staff was were very helpful.

Dietary restrictions: It’s rare to find a bakery offering gluten free, let alone good gluten free, so I was very pleased with this.“

I had mine on sourdough bread & she hers on a bed of lettuce with the tarragon chicken salad as well. Absolutely amazing. The chai latte was also great. I did not catch the barista’s name, but she was very helpful and friendly as well. All around great experience at the elegance cafe!“
