“Best dunkin, staff is so kind despite being short staffed some times there is only one person working and they keep their cool and are extremely nice, management is excellent and ive only had one bad experience here and it was fixed immediately. These reviews seem to just be stuck up people who are impatient and not understanding, the staff may seem tired and annoyed but how would you feel about people constantly screaming, treating and constantly giving rude comments to the workers. It seems everytime I come here there is always customers being rude and saying sparky comments when the employees walk away.“

“Lovely shop, immaculate, cozy & great customer service! The donuts were absolutely delicious, plump & well filled! We ordered 6 & you get a free breakfast sandwich when ordering 6 , how cool is that. Pistachio Cheesecake topped with pink icing, not to sweet , Pistachios on top & a fabulous cheesecake pistachio filling, My favorite , It was so big , could only eat half! My daughter got the Boston creme, it was so creamy & delicious. Then we order the Pistachio Lattes , so good Highly recommend“

“Stopped in for some lattes last week. They were delicious! (And pretty too!) Love the atmosphere inside the cafe. There's lots of green, and it feels relaxing. Definitely somewhere I'd love to go to catch up with a friend, or to just get out of the house for a bit.

“Everything about this place is great! For starters, the drinks here are amazing, I would recommend the sus sus baby, a perfect mixture of spice and sweetness! The music and atmosphere is great too, and the best part is the service. The dishwasher , who I will include a photo of, (with permission) was exceptionally great and very nice to me! “The guy at the cashier had great customer service! He threw in a couple of donut bites with my order, which I did not realized until I went to my gate. Most airport Dunkin’ locations also do not accept payment through the app, but this one does. I had a pleasant breakfast before my early morning flight. If all Dunkin’ locations were like this one, I’d run on them too.“

“Both the starbucks on schoenersville road are amazing. My mother wants her coffee from there everyday and they make sure she is a pleased customer everyday. I know she can be picky so thank you to the staff who went above and beyond for beth, and the ones who continue to do so. You guys make her day w perfecting her drink for her. “This is a small coffee shop tucked inside a farmers market alongside other little stores. We originally came for breakfast, but the smell of fresh coffee pulled us in, and my wife couldn’t resist trying it (I don’t drink coffee myself).

The customer service was excellent probably the best we’ve had in a long time. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, guiding my wife through different options since she wanted to try something new.

She enjoyed her iced coffee and said it wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was good enough to finish the whole cup. The only downside was the price about $8 for an iced coffee, which is actually more than Starbucks, who has excellent coffee.“

“We've been regulars since we moved here 10 years ago. If you arrive at prime time or on the wekends in the AM, there will be a wait. GET OVER IT! During the covid period when there was a labor shortage, the employees busied their butts. Good food and friendly service. When I received the wrong breakfast wrap, I called them and was told to remind them & I'll get a free wrap. I got a free wrap the next day. No problem! Also, love the senior discount.“

Although I alternate sometimes with WaWa you can’t beat ordering coffee on your DD app and having it ready for you when you walk in PLUS you get extra rewards points on Thursday’s for Flyers and 76ers game days. “Man at the counter was friendly. I did not notice a drive thru so I went in. I browsed the selection and noticed the small donut holes. The price each for 5 was less than price each for 10. The math didn't seem to give an equal or better price in bulk. I didn't snatched a pic of the sign and it was really early, if process are updated is be happy to adjust review. Great place to buy coffee, my dad liked the coffee. The tea was good ?

However, when I placed my order, the lady named J. laughed at me, as if I was supposed to already know what was on their menu. It felt like she was trying to embarrass me. Fortunately, she was working alongside a customer-focused lady who quickly stepped in to clarify my request.“
