“LOVE coming here for my (almost) daily refresher. The staff has been so wonderful to me since I've been coming here-- I have no complaints. The one man at the window (forgive me because I really don't know his name) goes above and beyond to get orders fixed if something is wrong! For example, there was a time they had run out of something I ordered, and he asked if there was anything I'd like in it's place... he gave me extras of them! Honestly, it's like any business.. you can read all the crappy reviews below or just take it for what it is... They are humans in there doing the best they can in this crappy economy! “I first discovered Bitty & Beau’s years ago in North Carolina, so stumbling upon their Bensalem location felt like such a happy surprise! The atmosphere is warm and uplifting, and the staff couldn’t be kinder or more welcoming. My drink was delicious, and I love the thoughtful touch of the handwritten note card they give you with your purchase. It makes the experience feel so personal and genuine.

We ordered 6 & you get a free breakfast sandwich when ordering 6 , how cool is that. Pistachio Cheesecake topped with pink icing, not to sweet , Pistachios on top & a fabulous cheesecake pistachio filling, My favorite , It was so big , could only eat half! My daughter got the Boston creme, it was so creamy & delicious. Then we order the Pistachio Lattes , so good Highly recommend“

“The guy at the cashier had great customer service! He threw in a couple of donut bites with my order, which I did not realized until I went to my gate. Most airport Dunkin’ locations also do not accept payment through the app, but this one does. I had a pleasant breakfast before my early morning flight. If all Dunkin’ locations were like this one, I’d run on them too.“

“I stopped in at Duck Donuts to kill some time before a meeting and get a cup of coffee. Plus I was hungry. I only wanted 1 donut, but they were running a discount and I bought 2. The donuts were right off the griddle, the coffee was fresh, and the service was tremendous. The ladies behind the counter had a welcoming & wonderful attitude. I'll go back.“

“When my family and I come to Wind Creek we always stop by Sweet Revenge to get our sweet tooth fix! We love the chocolate chip cookies, brownies and most recently their mint chocolate chip ice cream! The place is clean, beautifully decorated and bright. There are tables and chairs to sit and relax in. More importantly however is the staff - they are warm, friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend this amazing dessert shop!“

“This is a small coffee shop tucked inside a farmers market alongside other little stores. We originally came for breakfast, but the smell of fresh coffee pulled us in, and my wife couldn’t resist trying it (I don’t drink coffee myself).

The customer service was excellent probably the best we’ve had in a long time. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, guiding my wife through different options since she wanted to try something new.

She enjoyed her iced coffee and said it wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was good enough to finish the whole cup. The only downside was the price about $8 for an iced coffee, which is actually more than Starbucks, who has excellent coffee.“

“Quick and easy stop off the highway. This seems to be the same spot we stop when we are traveling. So they chose a great location. The staff is great as Starbucks usually trains people well. There was a good amount of seating inside and outside so that was convenient with our large group“

“Usually on point but this morning I did a mobile order for munchkins and a specialty donut. Arrived and my coffee was ready (on the weaker side). They were out of Munchkins, so I got 8 full donuts instead. My specialty donut was not the spider but a nicer donut. They made the effort, which is nice. Stay on inventory and update the app.“

“We've been regulars since we moved here 10 years ago. If you arrive at prime time or on the wekends in the AM, there will be a wait. GET OVER IT! During the covid period when there was a labor shortage, the employees busied their butts. Good food and friendly service. When I received the wrong breakfast wrap, I called them and was told to remind them & I'll get a free wrap. I got a free wrap the next day. No problem! Also, love the senior discount.“

“I like my local Dunkin. Not all Dunkins are the same. Mine on Hamilton is one of the best. Although I alternate sometimes with WaWa you can’t beat ordering coffee on your DD app and having it ready for you when you walk in PLUS you get extra rewards points on Thursday’s for Flyers and 76ers game days.
