“We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“I just held a 40th birthday party at Lock 29. Everything was great. The space was perfect, everyone raved about the food and cake (some people said it was the best cake they’ve ever had!), The servers were awesome, they made sure everyone had what they needed and did a great job keeping things organized and clean throughout! “Went early before 6 pm and one special was already sold out. Two of us ordered fried shrimp and the other person ordered chicken croquet. Meals were quite tasty and the chicken croquet was large and full of chicken. Definitely worth going to for dinner as well as breakfast. Server was also friendly.“

“It's Applebee's... I may as well be making a review of a random McDonald's... you know what you're getting. The food isn't why you're there. You go there because friends wanted to get together and all of the locally owned joint were too much for SOMEone in the group. So you all agreed to this.
It's not bad... it's just... eh...

Otherwise, it was an Applebee's, a place that hasn't had to really try since all of its other corporate chain restaurants, like Bennigans, went under. And it hasn't.“

“This is my go-to spot every time I’m in PA. I usually order the steak and crab cake and honestly, the crab cake never misses. It’s packed with crab and comes with an amazing sauce. My favorite, though, is the spicy crab marinara pasta. It’s super flavorful and really stands out. They also offer some Asian-inspired dishes like spicy wontons and tuna tartare, which I love getting as appetizers.They sometimes have a rotating specials menu too. I tried the coconut rice with sweet chili shrimp and fried eggplants with special sauce once and it was so yummy. Definitely a hidden gem I’d highly recommend!“

“Hog Island has great cheese steaks, the Mr Coop is our favorite. The turkey club is another favorite, the turkey tastes homemade. The French fries are regular potatoes, no batter, and taste really fresh. Delivery is always speedy, this is a great steak and sandwich shop!“

“We recently hosted a surprise party at the 1750 Grill inside the Holiday Inn Kulpsville, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were flexible with everything we needed and even helped come up with solutions so the event could run exactly the way we envisioned.

One of the things we appreciated most was how they allowed us to use the room freely as long as we took care of it. They really let us “do our thing,” which made the setup and overall flow of the party so much easier and more enjoyable.

The space itself was perfect — private, with doors we could close so the event felt intimate and just for our group. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and the quality of the venue.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend the 1750 Grill for anyone looking to host an event. The combination of flexibility, great service, and a private, comfortable space made our surprise party a success!“

From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Great iced tea (a plus to me!) and wonderful meal - I got the bolognese with chicken meatballs and spicy sausage (which was not too spicy at all - a nice little kick). It was excellent! Staff is very attentive, anticipating needs. I will definitely be back; I saw quite a few things on the menu I would like to try.
