J Whelihan's on at least 20yrs, and I've never been to Oaks, where I'm writing this review. But, I must say that this was an awesome experience and I'll definitely be back. My brother turned me on to the Oaks spot. Thank you for making it worth my time and effort ?“

“We ordered take out for the office (15 people) and since the order was slightly delayed, they immediately came out to let me know and offered me a drink while I waited. They also gave us some cookies as a thank you for waiting! Bob was the person who went above and beyond and we appreciated it. The food is always good and the service today was outstanding!!“

“First time here with a small group. The restaurant had a positive vibe, the waitstaff were polite, service fast and efficient. The menu was appealing and interesting. “What a great lunch! I'm an old geezer who can't eat the huge half-pound burgers other places tout, but the 1/4-pound smashburger here is perfect! I had the Top Cat, with lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onions, and feta cheese, with a side of tasty potato wedges. My wife enjoyed her B.A.L.T. - a BLT on white with avocado and chipotle aioli. The coffee was great, our host and hostess were friendly, and the bill didn't put us in the poorhouse. We'll be back!“

“I ordered the veggie delight with sweet potatoes and it was amazing! The vegetables and toasted everything bagel was such a satisfying start to my day. The sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. I also liked that there were sweet potato skins that were so crispy and crunchy. It was like having fresh homemade chips! I recommend this place to everyone to at least try once. You will not be disappointed.“

“Nick was my server and he was so attentive to me and my dietary restrictions. I had just finished my chemo and cancer journey and he surprised me with a wonderfully decadent dessert. “My wife and I had a great Friday night out at Rivertown Taps. We ordered the burrata to start and then a burger and the Mediterranean grilled cheese. Had a couple beers from the serve-yourself taps as well. The best part was sitting at the counter and watching the chefs preparing all the food. I would highly recommend it for a fun night out In Phoenixville. We will definitely be back to try the wings and some fried pickles and maybe the fries, and some burnt ends… they all looked good.“

“The food and the experience was great. Definitely try the maple vinaigrette if you have a salad.Parking: There is a small lot behind the building, a small lot in front of the building, and a small lot across the street. Otherwise, parking is pretty difficult to find. Catching an Uber to get here is a good idea if you're close enough to make it economical.“

“The chicken was phenomenal! I had the chicken sandwich and french fries and my boyfriend had the platter and Babas fries. The chicken was so crispy and flavorful on the outside and the inside was juicy perfectly cooked. Buns tasted fresh. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back.“

“As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“

“This place was totally awesome!!! The staff was super friendly, welcoming and attentive. And the food... everything was so delicious!! They have daily specials, a diverse beer menu and one of the best Bloody Mary's I've ever had. I highly recommend Capone's and will definitely be back.“

“This is one of those places that’s a hidden gem that’s been around for a long time. The owner is hands-on, which makes the experience even better. The food is phenomenal and the service is second to none. It’s a great place to go in the winter with several fireplaces as well as an opportunity to eat at the bar it’s recommended that you call ahead.“

“My daughter and I stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. The burgers were delicious (California burger for me and basic cheeseburger for my daughter) and the french fries were also great. The menu is small (which I prefer) as everything is made from scratch and made well. We ate at one of the stand up counters inside but there is plenty of seating outside if the weather is nice and it’s also a great option to grab and go. The staff was super nice as well. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Went to new location . It’s a lovely setting and the food was outstanding. Delicious tasting and unique presentations. The only downside is most of the portions seem to have gotten much smaller and costs up. But I guess that’s the case everywhere these days.“

“When I die, I want my funeral luncheon to be crammed into Muffins, with me propped up in a corner of the back booth, with a Western omelet, hash browns, an order of bacon (or some scrapple), and fresh, hot coffee in front of me. My wife and i have eaten in many, many diners and restaurants, but Muffins is the absolute best. Fresh food, reasonable prices, very clean and a staff that actually cares about you and what they're doing. Magnificent!“

“I was Limerick around lunchtime. The parking lot was crowded, which is a good sign in a new place. I took a seat at the counter. I looked at the other diners plates. Most were eating eggs. It's a all day breakfast place. I had breakfast. I looked at the menu's lunch options. I do not ferment remember anything unique or special, but they had a patty melt. For whatever reason restaurants sell burgers but not patty melts. The server said it's a popular item, and she recommended the 8 oz. over the 4 oz. It was excellent not greasy and came as I ordered it. My drink was water which she constantly refilled. After lunch I asked to go to the bathroom. It was off the back porch which was not visible from the counter. Nice option on a nice day.“

I ordered a double shot of Jack and a pint of coke and I got a double shot glass with ice and not even filled to the top and my soda had NO ice and it was half the size of a pint. That was a week ago. Two days ago, our food order got stupid screwed up! ...but as long as the bartenders look good, right? Shut up!“

“This is such a great placel! Love their french onion soup! The staff is so friendly and they have a great new outdoor patio. They stopped allowing inside smoking years ago, so if that stopped you from popping in, try this place again. Their boneless wings are delish too!“

Food and service were amazing! I had their southern friend chicken, collards, and mac-n-cheese. As a Southern gal, they were as good as I've had back home. “Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here a couple years back, and recently returned for an anniversary dinner. Everything was as great as our first time, if not even better. The food is delicious, specifically the filet, asiago chicken, and meatloaf, I'm drooling just thinking about them! All 20+ people we initially brought raved about it and the service was tremendous. Not going to get a better meal for your money in the area. Can't wait to go back!“
