Starbucks in Pittsburgh

“Wonderful staff, favorite Starbucks in all of Pittsburgh. 4 stars for the food only because they occasionally get my drink wrong, which is a menu drink with one alteration. But at least it's always ready for me way before the "ready by" time!

Parking: Only 8 of the 12 space parking lot is meant for Starbucks customers - beware. You'll likely even get a "move, or we'll tow" sticker if you park there and go across the street (I was just getting a donut from Dunkin). Never made that mistake again. Parking on street only free on Sundays.“

“I do not drink coffee, so I cannot comment on this Starbucks’s coffee. This restaurant also serves breakfast and lunch foods. I ordered an egg-cheese-bacon sandwich and an apple-mango-pineapple-acerola juice, and I liked them very much. The employees were friendly but could have greeted me sooner. I appreciated the tables and chairs for customers to sit and do work.“

“Based on other ?? not coffee shops in general it was good and has a better vibe then most. Went during retrograde 10/10 would recommend.

“Ever since the remodel -for some reason, the coffee drinks don't taste the same here as other local Starbucks. Sometimes service here is 5 stars, often it is 3 stars. This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but it is not consistent anymore.“

“I got off the train and needed a place to wait for three hours for my ride to pick me up. There were homeless everywhere and a bit sketchy area, it was also freezing cold and I was not dressed suitably for the weather. So I bought a very mediocre sandwich at this Starbucks with a mediocre brownie and waited there and used their outlet to charge my phone. No one bothered me, homeless stayed out and I was warm till my ride came.“

“Got a breakfast sandwich, and it wasn't what I thought. Unsure if it was potatoes in the breakfast burrito or wjat, but it just didn't settle well.
My mom got a dragon fruit something or other drink, and she was disappointed, thought it was a smoothie“

“i was not having a great day, and i asked for a drink that was manly, seeing as my buddy got some sort of innately feminine latte or something, and whichever young woman was working that drive thru, decided to throw some labels on my bev about how “manly” it was after recommending what she claimed was the manliest drink on the menu. needless to say when i saw all these “super manly” labels all over my drink, it absolutely made my day today. good job to whoever that girl was, shes going places and i hope the current ceo makes the right decision to relinquish his position to said drive thru employee. needless to say, the drink paired extremely well with the cigar i was smoking. thank you Starbucks and give that girl a raise.“

“Pretty much all Starbucks are decent. I haven’t been to one where the staff was rude or unfriendly they are very nice at everyone. I’ve gone to. My only complaint is they don’t support the military or first responders like Dunkin’ Donuts does. They won’t give any sort of discount whatsoever.“

“Didn't get food, but did get a frozen beverage which was excellent! Staff was very very friendly! I don't go to Starbucks often at all! I was in from out of state and met a friend here. The biggest drawback is their parking situation is awful!!

Parking: They have very limited parking on the front and side of the building. And unless employees park somewhere off-site, which I doubt, that means employees and customers sharing a very limited number of spots! It wasn't even very busy when we were there and I got the last parking spot available. I would think that they could be losing business over the parking alone because you can't even ride around looking for parking with the way the building is set up. Just doesn't seem like an ideal location for them.“

“Cute little Starbucks located in a school building. The baristas here were very helpful and sweet. I bought the Iced Lavender Matcha with Oatmilk drink they were advertising and I ended up not liking the taste very much. I asked if I could get them to make me a different drink and I'd even pay again if I had to and they made me the Sanrio Keroppi drink they had free of charge. It was delicious! ? Thank you! ♡“

“Everybody is always nice but the making of the beverages can be hit or miss.

Parking: There are maybe 3 spots (for curbside and handicap) beside the store, other parking is located across the lot and you have ti walk across the drive thru to get into the store this way.“

“I am a caterer and I had a last minute breakfast drop off catering order so I decided to go with Starbucks. Alexis waited on me both times and she made everything so easy! She was helpful she made sure I had all the extras, she was so pleasant! She helped me carry everything to me car! Because of her I will use Starbucks every time! She is wonderful! Hold onto her it’s hard to find good employees like that I would offer her to work with me in a heartbeat!!!!“

“The service is usually great, but the girl in the drive thru right now wasn't very nice to me at all. I ordered on the app when I was close to the store and went into the drive thru to tell them my name. She thought that I had said a different name at first, so I corrected her that it wasn't me and told her my first name again. She told me that they didn't get to my order yet and to just pull up, so I said I just wanted to tell you. So I pulled around and I tried to tell her my name again, she didn't hear me and i said it again and she got an attitude with me then closed the drive thru door. When she handed me my drink, she said, "Have a nice day." I know what that means when they say that to customers. I didn't appreciate that.“

“The consistency of Starbucks from location to location never cases to amaze me.

Given the location across the street from City Hall, the clientele here includes lawyers, politicians, staff, lobbyists, clients, defendents, police officers, and the like.“

“This is the only Starbucks I will go to in the city when I come home to visit always the best drinks today for instance, I got A iced white Mocha with no ice, accidentally got messed up, but the barista was so gracious, very kind, Matt was so nice he made probably The best one I’ve ever had. “Just came back from trail walk. I needed a place causal yet convenient for me. The Place just open recently. I like it. It's nice and smart. The service was excellent and fast. The Barista, Steve was friendly and efficient. I ordered The Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap was great washed down with VT. Pineapple Lemonade. So good. The ambiance is Smart so Shadyside I love it. Definitely coming back.“

“This location 910 Freeport Road ( right outside of Waterworks Mall in Fox Chapel PA) is huge, very clean, and has subtle lighting, at least at 5. am, which I LOVE because bright lights hurt my eyes. The baristas were very kind and patient w me because it took me a minute to find my card. “There are some things we know. Starbucks is good. Target is too. Why not combine them both?! The beauty of this location is that, despite its small size, it's conveniently located right inside the popular McKnight Target. No worrying about making an unnecessary stop beforehand, it's all in one place. They take points from the Starbucks app or 5% off if you use your Target RedCard! This shop has also been recently renovated along with the rest of the store, so it's up to date and fresh looking. I've never had problems here and the baristas/Target team members are helpful and up to regular Starbucks standards. They also have merchandise and seasonal flavors too.“

“My online order was to be ready for pickup only three minutes after I completed my purchase. That had never happened to me before. So, I got there pickup up my food around 40 minutes after my pickup time. I explained my situation. “I stop at this Starbucks on my way to work everyday and find the service is excellent. The only issue I found is that you can get your Starbucks points from buying thinks there, but you can't use your Starbucks points at that location.“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Giant Eagle Market District. It's right by the hot foods and bar area. The service is quick, despite being so busy and the baristas have never gotten my order wrong. They are professional and polite. It's my go-to Starbucks on my lunch break.“

“This place was slammed the entire half hour I was there (I was meeting someone after a music lesson). They get a 5 star for handling everything so well with how busy it was. These workers never got to slow down with drive through orders, mobile orders, and in person orders. I got my order pretty quickly despite the crowd.“

“This is probably hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The coffee, in my opinion, seems to taste better here. I’m sure they deal with a lot working at this particular one, with it being a children’s hospital (emotional parents, rushing employees, kids running around) and yet, they always have a smile on their face. They have a little section where kids can play while they wait, and the store itself is always clean. They have the usual selection of bakery items and coffee drinks, I love the Smoked Butterscotch iced latte they come out with around this time of year, and the cheese danish.“

“I was just in this store on 10/7/22 at 4:15 PM and the two ladies working (one had tattoos on her arm and the other had purple in her hair maybe?) were the NICEST ladies ever! I came in for my Birthday drink and they made me feel so special on my Birthday! They were super friendly to not only me, but to everyone else they came in contact with. The world definitely needs more people like these two beautiful women!! Give them all the Starbucks treats and raises because they deserve it ALL!“

“Of the 5 Starbucks in the Monroeville Area, this Wilkins Township location and the one in Target are by far the best.Drinks are consistently consistent and if you order something like extra dry foam on a cappuccino, it'll come out right.If you order off the app, on the weekends before 8am, I would add an additional 25 minutes to whatever it says the pickup time is. Rush hour on the weekends is generally 11am to 5pm.

Parking: Parking in Penn Center is a little dicey. The main parking lot has a "common lane" that's a pass-through for the Texas Roadhouse traffic to the left and the Applebee's to the right.And both those places get EXTREMELY busy around 4pm 'til close. So drive slowly, and totally expect someone's going to back up into the common lane.If you head out this parking lot on the Texas Roadhouse side, the through-lane to the stop sign wasn't built for 2-lane traffic.“

“This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. The seating was so cute and couple like and was very comfortable. The tables were somewhat clean just needed a quick wipe down. Your able to see each direction of the mall and plan your next move when your finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

Kid-friendliness: There is at-least two places you can see directly behind the Starbucks that are kid friendly. I think one was a daycare like place you can take your child to place while you shop or go in with them.

Parking: The Starbucks is located in the mall so you can park in the open parking lot.

“I recently visited the Starbucks in Pittsburgh, and I must say, it is the absolute best Starbucks I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how smoothly everything ran. The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly, making sure every customer feels welcome and attended to.

The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The drinks and food are always prepared to perfection, with great attention to detail and consistency.

“i was here last Saturday afternoon, it was super busy and it looked like only one employee was present, she both took orders AND made drinks in record time, despite an intimidating long line. I haven’t been that impressed in a while. Hoping a manager sees this, that woman deserves a raise.“
