“Wonderful staff, favorite Starbucks in all of Pittsburgh. 4 stars for the food only because they occasionally get my drink wrong, which is a menu drink with one alteration. But at least it's always ready for me way before the "ready by" time!

Parking: Only 8 of the 12 space parking lot is meant for Starbucks customers - beware. You'll likely even get a "move, or we'll tow" sticker if you park there and go across the street (I was just getting a donut from Dunkin). Never made that mistake again. Parking on street only free on Sundays.“

“Got a breakfast sandwich, and it wasn't what I thought. Unsure if it was potatoes in the breakfast burrito or wjat, but it just didn't settle well.
My mom got a dragon fruit something or other drink, and she was disappointed, thought it was a smoothie“

“Based on other ?? not coffee shops in general it was good and has a better vibe then most. Went during retrograde 10/10 would recommend.

“I love this location! The staff is friendly and accommodating! I tried the Oat milk Lavender foam matcha for the first time. It tasted great!!! The lavender foam was yummy and my favorite part! However, I didn't get that much foam and there was some leftover. The picture looks like you get about an inch or more. I barely got that. Just letting you know...😊“

“This location is a gem! ***And the staff are off the charts!!!*** They are warm, helpful, proactive, authentic. And they strike the perfect balance of talking to customers to make them feel welcome, but also stepping back so people can do work/talk to others in peace. How do they do that so well? It's almost like walking into a community center more than going to a business. I look forward to coming here everyday because they get my day off on the right foot. “I came in because I needed something to drink while I was out n about. I had purchased a new cup and got my usual a mango dragon fruit lemonade. I asked for it in the cup and they did. But im also so glad that they take really good sanitation measures when they do this. Such has have you put in the measuring cups they have and taking the lid off for them. Thank you for taking care of me while I was there.“

“i was not having a great day, and i asked for a drink that was manly, seeing as my buddy got some sort of innately feminine latte or something, and whichever young woman was working that drive thru, decided to throw some labels on my bev about how “manly” it was after recommending what she claimed was the manliest drink on the menu. needless to say when i saw all these “super manly” labels all over my drink, it absolutely made my day today. good job to whoever that girl was, shes going places and i hope the current ceo makes the right decision to relinquish his position to said drive thru employee. needless to say, the drink paired extremely well with the cigar i was smoking. thank you Starbucks and give that girl a raise.“

“Stopped in for a matcha between appointments, the space/atmosphere is really surprisingly relaxing and feels the farthest thing from a hospital coffee shop, which must be really nice for patients and their family.
The employee Rue (spelling?) is really so great at her job, i was stressed and my hands were full, and her demeanor and attitude were that of someone who is very patient and comforting. The blond haired younger guy making the coffee's also had a very gentle personality. This location is really lucky to have employees who are so genuinely nice for the sake of the stress both hospital employees and patients go through daily.“

“both times i’ve come here the service was fast; and short brunette haired girl has been a literal angel. First time i ordered the wrong drink (meant to order an iced) and didn’t hesitate to make me another & was so sweet about it. Today my car broke down in the drivethru and again! a literal angel!! she shut down the drive thru and was ready to help me push my car and finding someone to help me jump start it. And tried to give me my drink for free! I wish i got your name but its people like you that still make others smile on hard days. never change!! 🤍“

“Everybody is always nice but the making of the beverages can be hit or miss.

Parking: There are maybe 3 spots (for curbside and handicap) beside the store, other parking is located across the lot and you have ti walk across the drive thru to get into the store this way.“

“I’m not sure what her name is, but the lovely barista with the pink hair always makes my drink and she draws little strawberries on the side of the cup and it makes my nights! I usually stop by before class but now that my class is over, I’m sad I won’t be in as often. 💚💗“

“There are some things we know. Starbucks is good. Target is too. Why not combine them both?! The beauty of this location is that, despite its small size, it's conveniently located right inside the popular McKnight Target. No worrying about making an unnecessary stop beforehand, it's all in one place. They take points from the Starbucks app or 5% off if you use your Target RedCard! This shop has also been recently renovated along with the rest of the store, so it's up to date and fresh looking. I've never had problems here and the baristas/Target team members are helpful and up to regular Starbucks standards. They also have merchandise and seasonal flavors too.“

“This location 910 Freeport Road ( right outside of Waterworks Mall in Fox Chapel PA) is huge, very clean, and has subtle lighting, at least at 5. am, which I LOVE because bright lights hurt my eyes. The baristas were very kind and patient w me because it took me a minute to find my card. Everybody was friendly and I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Frappe and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! ps, thank you for the Red Cup ❤️“

“I only had coffee. A flat white which was made with almond milk. Tasty! Busy location in Market Square. Ample seating indoor with window seating looking out on the Square for people watching. Good music waiting in the queue. Inner City vibe. Thanks!

“Of the 5 Starbucks in the Monroeville Area, this Wilkins Township location and the one in Target are by far the best.Drinks are consistently consistent and if you order something like extra dry foam on a cappuccino, it'll come out right.If you order off the app, on the weekends before 8am, I would add an additional 25 minutes to whatever it says the pickup time is. Rush hour on the weekends is generally 11am to 5pm.

Parking: Parking in Penn Center is a little dicey. The main parking lot has a "common lane" that's a pass-through for the Texas Roadhouse traffic to the left and the Applebee's to the right.And both those places get EXTREMELY busy around 4pm 'til close. So drive slowly, and totally expect someone's going to back up into the common lane.If you head out this parking lot on the Texas Roadhouse side, the through-lane to the stop sign wasn't built for 2-lane traffic.“

“Frequently work there when I need a change of pace to my home office. A bit noisy to have a phone conversation but fine to carry on an in person convo with someone there with you. For a time there seemed to be a lapse in cleaning the floors, booths, tables but they’ve made a change recently where I don’t notice it quite as often. The parking lot can get dicey- It’s a Starbucks after all - everyone wants their coffee and they want it NOW, so just go slow.“

“Just came back from trail walk. I needed a place causal yet convenient for me. The Place just open recently. I like it. It's nice and smart. The service was excellent and fast. The Barista, Steve was friendly and efficient. I ordered The Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap was great washed down with VT. Pineapple Lemonade. So good. The ambiance is Smart so Shadyside I love it. Definitely coming back.“

“My online order was to be ready for pickup only three minutes after I completed my purchase. That had never happened to me before. So, I got there pickup up my food around 40 minutes after my pickup time. I explained my situation. Instead of reheating my breakfast wrap the Starbucks worker threw out the breakfast wrap and made me an entire new one! !! No questions asked! Excellent customer service! !! Thank you!“

“I got off the train and needed a place to wait for three hours for my ride to pick me up. There were homeless everywhere and a bit sketchy area, it was also freezing cold and I was not dressed suitably for the weather. So I bought a very mediocre sandwich at this Starbucks with a mediocre brownie and waited there and used their outlet to charge my phone. No one bothered me, homeless stayed out and I was warm till my ride came.“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Giant Eagle Market District. It's right by the hot foods and bar area. The service is quick, despite being so busy and the baristas have never gotten my order wrong. They are professional and polite. It's my go-to Starbucks on my lunch break.“

“This place was slammed the entire half hour I was there (I was meeting someone after a music lesson). They get a 5 star for handling everything so well with how busy it was. These workers never got to slow down with drive through orders, mobile orders, and in person orders. I got my order pretty quickly despite the crowd.“

“This is probably hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The coffee, in my opinion, seems to taste better here. I’m sure they deal with a lot working at this particular one, with it being a children’s hospital (emotional parents, rushing employees, kids running around) and yet, they always have a smile on their face. They have a little section where kids can play while they wait, and the store itself is always clean. They have the usual selection of bakery items and coffee drinks, I love the Smoked Butterscotch iced latte they come out with around this time of year, and the cheese danish.“

“I was in the neighborhood and decided to go to this Starbucks. I ordered at the register and the person was Smiling and Happy. She took my order quickly and even got the special way I wanted it made. The drink was very tasty and was the way I wanted it. Service was very friendly and was quick. “I was just in this store on 10/7/22 at 4:15 PM and the two ladies working (one had tattoos on her arm and the other had purple in her hair maybe?) were the NICEST ladies ever! “Frappucino was excellent, but took a while to get it. Had more people (I counted 5) socializing in drink making area than working. Very focused on their conversations, so I had to wait a very long time in the drive thru, at the window, to get my drink. Finally a manager asked what I was waiting for, then it was made and I drove off. Otherwise, as expected for Starbucks- consistent taste, quality, and quantity.“

“This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. The seating was so cute and couple like and was very comfortable. The tables were somewhat clean just needed a quick wipe down. Your able to see each direction of the mall and plan your next move when your finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

Kid-friendliness: There is at-least two places you can see directly behind the Starbucks that are kid friendly. I think one was a daycare like place you can take your child to place while you shop or go in with them.

“Ordered a classic Starbucks coffee. While it wasn't great, it wasn't bad and the atmosphere was fantastic. There were plenty of places to sit and many different options. I chose a high top in the window area to watch the snow. The interior was clean and we'll maintained.“
