“I visited Pittsburgh 3 times this year in March, May and August and I went to this Starbucks a few times during my visit and the staff is great. The manager there he actually remembered me from past visits on my last visit in August nice person. I use to live a few doors down from Starbucks there and when I lived in Bloomfield I went there everyday now I live in Florida but when I visit Pittsburgh I always go to that Starbucks.“

“This is my neighborhood Starbucks and it's awesome! Melissa and her crew of Baristas are amazing. They welcome everyone and treat everyone with respect. (Even some customers who aren't so nice!) The place is always clean and they are consistent when making drinks. It's always a comfortable place to meet friends, hang out, and have a snack or great drink.“

“Michael , Mike and Gilbert AKA ( bailey), we're very kind and helpful. The coffee tasted great the ice caramel macchiato that I ordered with a double shot of caramel. My first time here .it's nearby my work. I told Gilbert to check out Gilbert gottfried.“

“I came in because I needed something to drink while I was out n about. I had purchased a new cup and got my usual a mango dragon fruit lemonade. I asked for it in the cup and they did. But im also so glad that they take really good sanitation measures when they do this. Such has have you put in the measuring cups they have and taking the lid off for them. Thank you for taking care of me while I was there.“

Because it's somewhat tucked away and not as heavily advertised as some of the other Starbucks locations on McKnight it's able to have a very relaxed environment while not being obscenely busy. Also they have a huge parking lot so no issues finding a place to park if you just wanna chill and hang out.“

“This location is a gem! ***And the staff are off the charts!!!*** They are warm, helpful, proactive, authentic. And they strike the perfect balance of talking to customers to make them feel welcome, but also stepping back so people can do work/talk to others in peace. How do they do that so well? “This location at Virginia Manor Shops is one of the best in Pittsburgh. The store is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The baristas here are consistently friendly, patient, and upbeat — they truly make you feel appreciated as a customer. My drink was made perfectly, exactly the way I like it, and it came out quickly even though they were busy.

The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax, study, or take a quick break. Plenty of seating, good vibe, and smooth service every time.

“I’m not sure what her name is, but the lovely barista with the pink hair always makes my drink and she draws little strawberries on the side of the cup and it makes my nights! I usually stop by before class but now that my class is over, I’m sad I won’t be in as often. 💚💗“

“Giving 5 stars because of the Baristas. I truly wish I was able to get their names but R (Riley maybe?), the blonde barista, and the entire staff today were absolutely amazing. I went here with my family earlier because my sister just had to have Starbucks. We were not expecting the amount of people there. Insanely busy but our wait time wasn’t bad. (5 drinks and 4 food items). Every other customer had a complaint or needed something to the point where it was interrupting their ability to make drinks. People were just so incredibly entitled and impatient and they handled it with more grace and kindness than I would’ve. Merry Christmas and maybe get those girls a raise and some more staff.“

“This is the only Starbucks I will go to in the city when I come home to visit always the best drinks today for instance, I got A iced white Mocha with no ice, accidentally got messed up, but the barista was so gracious, very kind, Matt was so nice he made probably The best one I’ve ever had. “this is by far one of my favorite starbucks ever! i am from ohio and have now moved to south carolina and i still dream of the caramel macchiatos that this starbucks made. the staff was always so nice and quick and even when it was busy we still got our drinks fast. the vibes inside are so nice and calming. to me, this is the best starbucks in america.“

“Stopped in for a matcha between appointments, the space/atmosphere is really surprisingly relaxing and feels the farthest thing from a hospital coffee shop, which must be really nice for patients and their family.
The employee Rue (spelling?) is really so great at her job, i was stressed and my hands were full, and her demeanor and attitude were that of someone who is very patient and comforting. The blond haired younger guy making the coffee's also had a very gentle personality. This location is really lucky to have employees who are so genuinely nice for the sake of the stress both hospital employees and patients go through daily.“

“I’m usually not one to ever leave reviews, good or bad. But my recent experience here was fantastic! I’ve been drinking Caramel Machs my whole life
, and the one they made me this morning was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch the names of who waited on me or made my drink but it was the morning crew on Saturday July 26th! Perfect speed, perfect temp, perfect flavor ratios. 10/10.“

“I got off the train and needed a place to wait for three hours for my ride to pick me up. There were homeless everywhere and a bit sketchy area, it was also freezing cold and I was not dressed suitably for the weather. So I bought a very mediocre sandwich at this Starbucks with a mediocre brownie and waited there and used their outlet to charge my phone. No one bothered me, homeless stayed out and I was warm till my ride came.“

“Just came back from trail walk. I needed a place causal yet convenient for me. The Place just open recently. I like it. It's nice and smart. The service was excellent and fast. The Barista, Steve was friendly and efficient. I ordered The Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap was great washed down with VT. Pineapple Lemonade. So good. The ambiance is Smart so Shadyside I love it. Definitely coming back.“

“I give it four stars because it’s an average Starbucks, BUT absolutely stupid landscaping, they are going to get someone seriously injured trying to leave the parking lot with the shrub creating a monster Blindspot! You can’t see any of the traffic coming towards you that you’re intended to merge with! I had to sit there and wait for the light to turn red because that’s all I could see through the top of the shrub!“

“Love this Starbucks. It's very convenient (especially in winter) and accessible for the folks who work at Steel Tower. Friendly staff and fast service. Ever since the Starbucks in Omni William Penn closed, this has become the go to place for coffee for folks who work in and around this area.“

“Frequently work there when I need a change of pace to my home office. A bit noisy to have a phone conversation but fine to carry on an in person convo with someone there with you. For a time there seemed to be a lapse in cleaning the floors, booths, tables but they’ve made a change recently where I don’t notice it quite as often. The parking lot can get dicey- It’s a Starbucks after all - everyone wants their coffee and they want it NOW, so just go slow.“

“I was in the neighborhood and decided to go to this Starbucks. I ordered at the register and the person was Smiling and Happy. She took my order quickly and even got the special way I wanted it made. The drink was very tasty and was the way I wanted it. Service was very friendly and was quick. “There are some things we know. Starbucks is good. Target is too. Why not combine them both?! The beauty of this location is that, despite its small size, it's conveniently located right inside the popular McKnight Target. No worrying about making an unnecessary stop beforehand, it's all in one place. They take points from the Starbucks app or 5% off if you use your Target RedCard! This shop has also been recently renovated along with the rest of the store, so it's up to date and fresh looking. I've never had problems here and the baristas/Target team members are helpful and up to regular Starbucks standards. They also have merchandise and seasonal flavors too.“

“It's great that there's a Starbucks in the hospital but this also means that it gets very busy with patients and hospital staff. It is on the smaller size so it can also get crowded. I suggest ordering in advance.
The staff was quick and cordial and they efficiently prepared my order.
Overall a positive experience.“

“I only had coffee. A flat white which was made with almond milk. Tasty! Busy location in Market Square. Ample seating indoor with window seating looking out on the Square for people watching. Good music waiting in the queue. Inner City vibe. Thanks!

“This is a smaller Starbucks. The drive through was a little tough to navigate and it was slow. But se of that could have been from how busy it was. There was alot of walk in people. Parking is a mess there so beware. But the food was hot and the drink was as well. The staff greeted me and smiled. Its super close to home so probably will be my go to.“

“I returned to the Oakland Starbucks today, near UPMC Presbyterian. Again, the wonderful team rocks. It was the first time in 15 years I ordered a Frappuccino because a team member educated me that they can make one not sweet. The espresso Frappuccino is fantastic. I'm happy this team teaches us .

“I was just in this store on 10/7/22 at 4:15 PM and the two ladies working (one had tattoos on her arm and the other had purple in her hair maybe?) were the NICEST ladies ever! I came in for my Birthday drink and they made me feel so special on my Birthday! They were super friendly to not only me, but to everyone else they came in contact with. The world definitely needs more people like these two beautiful women!! Give them all the Starbucks treats and raises because they deserve it ALL!“

“The staff here are so so incredible. Although I wish the hours were longer for weekends, the workload they manage while maintaining the quality of drinks is amazing. I'm endlessly impressed how they manage to make all of the morning orders and still draw a cute doodle on my cup (although I don't believe the art should be a company requirement). They are the backbone of hospital staff getting through the day, myself included, and I'm very grateful to have them here :)“

“I wanted to leave a reply to the person who left a review about the barista making a “racial” comment towards his wife by saying the pull apart bread tastes like monkey bread - and how he said he’s sure that. I such thing exists. Well, yes monkey bread exists, and yes the pull apart bread at Starbucks tastes just like it. No one was being racist or incentive. They were simply describing how something tasted. I’ve provided a picture of monkey bread. Lastly, I wanted to add that the baristas at this location go above and beyond in serving the community.“

“This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. The seating was so cute and couple like and was very comfortable. The tables were somewhat clean just needed a quick wipe down. Your able to see each direction of the mall and plan your next move when your finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

Kid-friendliness: There is at-least two places you can see directly behind the Starbucks that are kid friendly. I think one was a daycare like place you can take your child to place while you shop or go in with them.

Parking: The Starbucks is located in the mall so you can park in the open parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are buttons on the mall doors as you enter and exit to help.“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Giant Eagle Market District. It's right by the hot foods and bar area. The service is quick, despite being so busy and the baristas have never gotten my order wrong. They are professional and polite. It's my go-to Starbucks on my lunch break.“

“This location 910 Freeport Road ( right outside of Waterworks Mall in Fox Chapel PA) is huge, very clean, and has subtle lighting, at least at 5. am, which I LOVE because bright lights hurt my eyes. The baristas were very kind and patient w me because it took me a minute to find my card. “Frappucino was excellent, but took a while to get it. Had more people (I counted 5) socializing in drink making area than working. Very focused on their conversations, so I had to wait a very long time in the drive thru, at the window, to get my drink. Finally a manager asked what I was waiting for, then it was made and I drove off. Otherwise, as expected for Starbucks- consistent taste, quality, and quantity.“

“Starbucks at 202 6th St Pittsburgh, PA 15222 brews AMAZING Dark Roast Coffee. I love strong bold dark coffee. I have been to hundreds of Starbucks locations all over the United States and overseas. This location impressed me with the rich bold flavor of their coffee. The coffee was hot, fresh, and there were no grounds at the bottom of the cup. Absolutely perfect! The Barista was fast and professional. I also judge the quality of a Starbucks based on their electric outlets. They have multiple outlets by their tables for charging your devices. Thank you for serving me a cup of coffee the way I always hope it will taste!

“Been coming here since moving here but after a bad experience I stopped for while , but lately specially in the morning a few baristas that really make you feel welcome and feels like they enjoy there job. One stand out for me 3 times now i have seen them (Erin) engament , warm welcome , enthusiasm, these are the people make you wanna come back.“

“I love this location. I never go sit anyway so no seating is not an issue for me. I usually just get regular coffee and it always has the best flavor here, some places don’t make it as good or it’s watered down. From my experience the staff is always super friendly too.“

“Ordered a classic Starbucks coffee. While it wasn't great, it wasn't bad and the atmosphere was fantastic. There were plenty of places to sit and many different options. I chose a high top in the window area to watch the snow. The interior was clean and we'll maintained.“

“I am from out of town so I don’t frequent the area much. Due to the mixed reviews I was hesitant to wait and order here vs going to a Starbucks before arriving at the airport.
